• Milica (10/5): - Sve je savrseno! Lokacija je centar centra, apartman je ogroman, 2 odvojene velike spavace sobe. Ljubazno osoblje, tu su za sva pitanja i pomoc. Pomogli su nam oko stvari, vise puta pitali da li smo zadovoljni, da li treba da se ocisti. Besplatan mini bar. Parking garaza u sklopu zgrade. Zaista sve preporuke!!
• PETROS (10/5): Μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη!!! - Ένα ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Σόφιας. Καθαρό, μεγάλα δωμάτια, άνετο μπάνιο, εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ψυγείο με χυμούς, αναψυκτικά, κρασί... και άλλα δωράκια καλωσορίσματος!! Άμεση ανταπόκριση της reception του ξενοδοχείου παρόλο που στεγάζεται αλλού από το διαμέρισμα.. καθημερινή καθαριότητα. Πολύ εύκολη πρόσβαση του κτιρίου.. πολύ κοντά σε εστιατόρια, σούπερ μάρκετ, καφέ!!! Δεν υπήρχε κάτι αρνητικό. Μόνο ότι είναι στον 3ο όροφο ενός κτιρίου και ίσως δυσκολέψει οικογένεια με μικρά παιδιά..καθώς δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ.. αλλά ενημερώνουν εξ αρχής όταν γίνεται γ κράτηση...

• FİLİZ (10/5): Şahane bir konum , şahane bir daire, şahane eşyalar, aşırı kaliteli materyaller, şahane bir hizmet anlayışı, şahane çalı - Konumu efsane, design, kullanılan materyallerin kalitesi, yatakların rahatlığı, dairenin büyüklüğü, çalışanların profesyonelliği ve nezaketi, otopark, dairedeki ikramlar, neredeyse her şey mükemmeldi. Banyo ve mutfak temizliği çok özensizdi, bu kalitede bir otele hiç yakıştıramadım. Duş almakta çok zorluk çektik asla sıcak su akmıyor, donduk. Klima daireyi ısıtmıyor düzgün çalışmıyordu. Tek tuvalet olması sorun. Bu büyüklükteki bir daireye uygun değil.

• ölmez (9/5): Hem otel hem ev - Yeri merkeziydi. Buna rağmen gürültülü değildi. Eski yüksek tavanlı bir binada modern döşenmiş bir daireydi. Çift kişilik iki yatak odası vardı. Üçüncü kişi oturma odasında çekyatta yatmak zorunda kalmadı. İçindeki mobilya ve eşyalar özenle seçilmişti. İstenildiğinde işletici otelle iletişime geçmek kolaydı. Tekrar kalmak isteriz. Apartman kapısında bir tabela yoktu. Asansör yoktu ama merdivenler geniş ve rahattı. Bavulları taşımaya yardım için otel personel göndermeyi teklif etti.

• Nikoleta (9/5): Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mitten in der Stadt, dazu noch inklusive Parkplatz direkt daneben - Die Unterkunft ist sehr hochwertig und eingerichtet und mitten in der Innenstadt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ein großer Vorteil ist der Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Grundsätzlich wird Sauberkeit in Bulgarien nicht so groß geschrieben. Immer ist etwas nicht so ganz, wie man es als Gast erwarten würde. So auch hier - die Küche wurde nur oberflächlich gereinigt, dabei hatte die Putzkraft die benutzen Lappen einfach da gelassen. Auf der Kochplatte lagen noch Krümel und der Backofen war auch nicht sauber. Dazu war der Kühlschrank komplett vereist und funktionierte nicht mehr und alles lag unter Wasser. Der Service war grundsätzlich gut und zuvorkommend, allerdings wurden wir bei dieser Sache alleine gelassen. Uns wurde empfohlen, den Kühlschrank auszumachen und zu warten. Mehr könne man am Freitag Abend nicht tun, da kein Techniker erreichbar wäre. Nun haben wir uns die Sache selbst angenommen, denn das Essen, das wir dabei hatten, wäre sonst bei den hohen Temperaturen schlecht geworden. Nach vier Stunden auftauen, sauber wischen etc. ging er wieder. Nur von der Unterkunft hat sich keiner mehr bis zu unserer Abreise am Sonntag danach erkundigt - etwas schade, denn das ist nun wirklich keine Aufgabe der Gäste.

Alcuni graditi presenti di accoglienza, reception sempre disponibile e gentilissima. Se arrivate in auto verrete accolti nel box proprio di fianco all'ingresso. checkin e checkout facili facili. Davvero l'ideale per una famiglia o per quattro amici. qualita' prezzo super. e' scritto chiaramente nella descrizione e per noi non e' stato un problema, ma ricordo che ci sono tre piani a piedi a conferma che ci si trova in un edificio storico..

Este spațios, mobilat cu gust, confortabil și dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie. Am primit din partea casei mici atenții pentru care multumim! Am avut si loc de parcare, asigurat. Nimic de reprosat.

Located right in the city center in a gorgeous historic building, the moment I stepped in I was wowed by the contemporary design. Every detail was perfectly curated—it honestly felt like stepping into a dream apartment. It was not only beautiful but also extremely functional: the kitchen had all the amenities you’d need, and the entire place had the feel of a luxury hotel. The best part? Daily cleaning service, which is so rare when booking an apartment. It made the stay even more luxurious. Plus fridge full of complimentary drinks and wine! It’s also pet-friendly, which was a huge bonus for me. I genuinely didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Sofia—especially design lovers! Love everything!

The house and apartment is very stylish and clean, the bathroom, kitchen and furniture are highly modern. The information on and handling of access, safe parking and so on are useful and convenient. • Lawrence (9/5): We all enjoyed our stay at the apartment. - The location was very good. We were beside the national Theatre and a large open green area. A quiet situation most of the time. We were able to walk everywhere in the centre of Sofia. A very large apartment, well appointed. The Juno Hotel staff team were helpful when a few issues were raised. Unfortunately there was a bit of early noise at the theatre on a couple of the mornings because of equipment changes at the theatre. Nothing too bad though. The balcony door came off its hinges, meaning we couldn't go on to the balcony and couldn't be fixed. Once they had been informed, the Juno staff team sent someone to check it, and apologised as it wouldn't be able to be fixed while we were staying there. The lighting in the bedrooms was strange - no good for reading. Would have liked mirrors in the bedrooms.

Excellent services from the Juno team, prompt response to some small requests(more coffee pods). No elevator in the building.

• Derek (2/5): Not as advertised - not a hotel - This condo was not at Juno hotel. It was in an old building far away from Juno hotel. Third story walk up, no elevator. No 24 hour front desk. I had to WhatsApp hotel Juno to figure out what was going on with our room, including lack of water and welcome wine as advertised in the listing. The condo was nice but the pictures in the listing show a modern hotel lobby and gym which was not located near here.

• Anton (10/5): Highly recommend for families or for longer break. - Newly refurbished spacious apartment on the quiet street in the city centre. Excellent service by Juno staff. That was a problem with hot water during our stay but everything was immediately fixed. 3rd floor without elevator
