• Elvie (10/5): Genoten van de spa - De spa en de service was helemaal top. Ook taxi naar het vliegtuig wordt voor je geregeld (18 euro). Goede parking onder het hotel. Je kan makkelijk worden opgepikt voor tours. Wij hebben een tour gedaan naar Bovilla Lake en werden voor de deur opgehaald. Het ontbijt: heel druk en vol met schreeuwende kinderen op de ene dag. De andere dag moeste wij vroeg naar het vliegveld. We waren aangenaam verrast dat ze een ontbijt pakketje voor ons hadden samengesteld. De inhoud ervan echter was erg slecht. Droge boterham met een hele dikke laag mayonaise, pastry die helemaal hard was geworden, een blauw gekookt ei en een hele zure appel. Zonde. De locatie is aan de ene kant wel goed. Tegenover een busstation en een kwartiertje van het vliegveld. Ik denk echter achteraf dat ik liever in centrum Tirana had gezeten of bij het vliegveld. Dit was het allebei net niet. De bus verbinding is niet zo goed als wij hadden gehoopt en 1,5u lopen is niet leuk in het drukke Tirana.

The bed wasn’t good, the duvet cover looks very old and worn out, the inside of the elevator smells bad. Reception entrance door was open and the bad odour from the outside was all over there. It wasn’t just okay for me.

Molto gentile e disponibile lo staff, alcuni ragazzi parlavano italiano. Bella anche la piscina e la spa, peccato l'ultima sera era chiusa per manutenzione. La camera non era molto spaziosa per essere una tripla. Alcuni piccoli dettagli da rivedere ma trascurabili.

• NKEIRU (8/5): The hotel staff were friendly, bed and room was comfy. I would visit again - If you do not mind taking a bus into the city centre, then the location is good. There are bus stations very close by so you do not have to walk long distances. Also, there is a major bus park just across from the hotel if you want to get to other parts of Albania, like Durres. It is a hotel I would like to stay in again. Staff are very polite and professional and easy to engage with, especially the ones at the reception. There was this great guy at the reception but I have forgotten his name – always ready to give you ideas of where to visit and help with other enquiries – very friendly. I also like that you do not have to pay separately to use the spa. The first room I stayed in was close to the elevator so it was difficult having a nap in the afternoon the first day I came. They did explain that it was because there was a group that arrived that same time so their movement and chatter caused a lot of noise. I, however, did ask to be moved further down the corridor and the rest of my stay was very peaceful. Their mattresses are so comfy and I slept like a baby throughout. Though the spa was easily accessible, more effort can be put into ensuring the jacuzzi is always clean. I think the usage is high when they have a lot off guests so cleaning it so often may not have happened because one of the nights I wanted to use it, the water was not clear and I could see some dirt in it. It also would be good to have more protein variety for breakfast. Also warmer options, as they were not always hot. Overall, it was not bad.

• Maëva (4/5): Hôtel bien trop cher pour la qualité du service, mauvais rapport qualité/prix. - Literie confortable et restauration correcte, buffet petit déjeuner avec du choix L’espace bien être très décevant : forte odeur de canalisation dans le hamam, sauna cassé à l’intérieur et non fonctionnel, douche bouchée… sans parler de l’eau trouble du jacuzzi avec une mauvaise odeur. Nous avons pris cet hôtel exprès pour cet espace et n’avons meme pas pu en profiter. Dans la chambre, la couverture de lit est sans housse, et pas de protection sur le matelas. Bref, prenez une nuit dans un hôtel classique vous serez moins perdants et déçus

Atvykus pasitiko paslaugus darbuotojas, padėjo su lagaminais, o dėl parkingo patys pasirūpino mūsų automobiliu, kas buvo labai patogu 💪🏻 Viešbutis gražus, registratūroje viską aiškiai paaiškino, pasitiko su gėrimu. Buvo paprašyta depozito, kuris išvykstant buvo grąžintas. Naudojomės SPA - baseinai, sūkurinė vonia ir pirtys. Pusryčiai labai gausūs ir sotūs, didelis pasirinkimas, ypač desertų - kiekvienas ras ką sau skanaus. Vienintelis nedidelis pastebėjimas - ne visi darbuotojai buvo vienodai paslaugūs ar pasisveikino, todėl bendras aptarnavimo įspūdis galėtų būti dar šiltesnis. Tačiau tai tik smulkmena bendrame kontekste.
• Emaan (4/5): Okay, wouldn’t go again - The staff were friendly and allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel after check in as our flight was later in the evening. The SPA facilities were not clean. The water in the hot tub had not been changed and tub was gross. The hamam room smelt. The bottom of the pool was dirty. They need to seriously practice better hygiene standards. The breakfast was ok, with limited options. However, everything was extremely extremely oily. It would be better to have a more limited selection and cook these well.

La profondeur de la piscine (1,50m). L'isolation de la chambre, le bruit de la circulation des véhicules (très importante dans cette zone) peu vous réveiller tôt le matin

Acceuilli avec un verre de jus de fruit L’hôtel dispose d’un jacuzzi malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu en profité, le premier jour il était vide et le personnel le remplissait, le lendemain l’eau été déjà toute crade.. de couleur noir et des cheveux partout. Συμπεριλαμβανει πολλές παροχές άνετο δωμάτιο,πλουσιο πρωινό,parking,πισίνα,spa και άριστη εξυπηρέτηση reception και συνεργειου καθαρισμού σε συνδιασμο καλής τιμής. Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα. Το μόνο που δεν μου άρεσε είναι ότι το πάπλωμα δεν είχε καλλυμα αλλά το καλύπτε ένα σεντόνι.
• Dan William (8/5): - Hezký hotel s příjemným personálem. Poměr cena / výkon určitě dobrý. Autobus do centra jede hned od hotelu. SPA řekl bych lepší průměr, nakonec jsme využili jen jednou. Výborné snídaně s bohatým výběrem i pro vegetariány. Recepce otevřená 24/7. V lobby restaurace s barem otevřená do 22.30 za nás super. Doporučuji si vzít 50 EUR na depozit, my jsme museli nechat na recepci pas, protože jsme neměli vybraná eura, ale recepci to nevadilo. Hluk z ulice je v noci dost slyšet i přes zatažené rolety, ale s tím se musí asi tak nějak počítat. Pro někoho by mohla být nevýhoda vzdálenost od centra, ale my jsme si poradili autobusem, který jeden hned od hotelu + jsou v Tiraně levné taxi. Třetí den snídaně nebyly úplně čerstvé sýry - oběma nám po nich nebylo dobře. Voda ve wellness by mohla být čistější, hlavně ve vířivce.
• Miia (10/5): - Suurepärane hotell suurepärases asukohas. Ainuke, mis häiris, oli see, et toast ei tohtinud otse spaasse ujumisriietega minna. Ehk siis pidi minema spa korrusele, kus anti hommikumantlid+rätikud ning hiljem pidi seal ka riided ära vahetama. Mõnikord oli pesukabiinile järjekord ning kahe väikese lapsega oleks hea meelega otse tuppa pesema läinud.

• Diptika (10/5): We will forever stay in this hotel whenever we come to Tirana - I love the facilities like spa , sauna and I liked how the hotel people had cared tiny little things to keep in the washroom like toothpaste and brush all those things . It’s really nice and thanks for the chocolate as well I loved everything
