• Valentina (5/5): KO - Purtroppo gli asciugamani erano pieni di capelli neri lunghi, sulla dimensione della camera avrei chiuso un occhio anche perché i gestori sono stati molto gentili, forse però dovrebbero cambiare chi fa le pulizie. Se non fosse per questo avrei fatto un altro tipo di recensione ma purtroppo tanti capelli neri lunghi in mezzo agli asciugamani che in teoria dovevano essere puliti, hanno fatto la differenza

• Nicoletta (8/5): Delizioso alloggio per esplorare zona navigli! - molto carino, proprio sul naviglio. Ti da la sensazione di vivere in città, adatto a persone che non amano luoghi formali. Stanza grande e luminosa, perfetta x una coppia o per un gruppo di amici affiatatə bagno carino ma molto piccolo.. no bidet. Manca un tappetino per la doccia Mensole e Frigo vuoto. Far trovare un pò di caffè per la mattina, magari olio e sale visto che c'è una cucina a disposizione sono piccoli gesti che farebbero sentire gli ospiti graditi e un pò come a casa

• Antonia (5/5): Camera senza riscaldamento - La posizione molto comoda per la nightlife di Navigli Faceva freddissimo, abbiamo acceso il climatizzatore per scaldare un po’ la camera, ma non ha aiutato un granché, non c’era neanche una coperta o un piumino in più, non si capiva bene come accendere le luci

• Alessandro (1/5): Forgotten guests - location I had an issue and called the number provided by the property within the check-in time, but no one answered. I was not contacted that day, nor on the day of departure, and no one reached out to ask why I had called. I felt completely forgotten — anything could have happened to me, and they would have shown total indifference.

• M. (10/5): Very helpful host! We suggest staying at darsena suite! - We really liked the location! Easily accessible by metro and by tram! The house is located near all the nice cafes and bars in the beautiful Navigli area! The house was perfect for a couple!

• Lance (10/5): Great location for enjoying the Navigli neighborhood - Excellent location to enjoy the night life in Navigli! Watch the low door getting in from the street (and also getting into the bathroom) if you are tall. I think people in the past must have been MUCH shorter!

• Daniel (1/5): worst experience ever - good location only good thing about this property was location. apartment was filthy, dirty pots, pans and cutlery which has not been cleaned from previous use. there’s not even any washing up liquid in the property to use, which explains why everything is dirty. bed sheets were filthy, ridden with bed bugs, me and my girlfriend woke up to bites all over our face and body. we had contacted the property owners, requesting compensation for the the lack of cleanliness of the property and the trauma of the experience from being bitten, we had discovered blood marks on the bedsheets, obviously they have denied the situation, my messages to the host were very reasonable, they then stated they didn’t like my smart A** attitude, further goes onto to accuse me of trying to extort them and proceeds to call me a criminal, after requesting compensation. further on goes to say we are lucky that we left the property as they would of sent security. i have been reasonable the entirety of messing the host. the way i’ve been spoken to as a customer is insane, i have no idea how they will get away with this, regardless of the situation. they need to be removed from booking asap, i can only attach a few photos below.
