• Laura (8/5): Buena opción para 4 en Pleno BELGRANO - La ubicación es ideal. Cerca del subte en pleno Belgrano. El departamento es amplio, muy cómodo para 4 personas. Muy luminoso La cocina y horno estaban sucios. Los marcos de la ventana de la cocina oxidados. Necesita un reciclaje
• Sandro luiz da (6/5): - localização boa O anuncio dizia dois banheiros, porem um dos banheiro era apenas um lavabo sem chuveiro, o banheiro principal o box era uma banheira desnecessária perigosa pra subir e descer dela, a cortina do box de plástico oque fazia molhar todo o banheiro e deixar mais perigoso ainda. e quando estava embaixo do chuveiro tinha q se abaixar pra ficar embaixo dele. o cheiro de gás do aquecedor invadia o apartamento todo...
• Roberto (2/5): DON'T !!!! - Location is very good. That is the only thing that was good in this property. The apartment lacks ANY maintenance and is dirty and fully worn down. I do not recommend it at all. Please see pictures documenting most of all this that follows ! The apartment absolutely lacks maintenance. Pretty much everything is worn out and/or broken or dirty. Linens and comforters are stained (blood and other fluids) and disgusting. Most doors handles are loose. Nothing was clean (bathrooms, living room, bedrooms), curtains were stained and partially broken or detached from railings. Walls were overpainted cheaply, scratched or lacking paint in several places and in most rooms. Kitchen lacked appliances and the ones that were there were dirty (microwave, toaster) or too worn out, Cutlery was dirty and of the cheapest quality (plastic) and not even enough for 4 people. Ironing board was 20 years old, rusty and falling in pieces. Fridge was barely cooling even though the setting was at maximum and had a huge ice block inside signalling that it was badly malfunctioning. Washing machine was dirty and disgustingly moldy. Kitchen cabinets were broken and did not hold in place. Toilets had covers with hinges that were yellow and old and loose to the point one fell down after touching it. Toilet paper hangers were falling from the walls. The kitchen window was rusty and the wall around was breaking apart. Kitchen faucet was profusely leaking so we needed to wrap a cloth around it so it could leak into the sink. Stove was dirty as hell with disgusting plastic knobs that have never been cleaned. And the worst of it all... the kitchen sink drain (under the counter) was open which flooded the whole apartment with a stinky and horrible smell coming from the sewer system. I absolutely do not recommend this apartment in the shape it is now. I asked for a refund from Booking.com and was not granted as they said they do not guarantee the properties they list.

• Javier (9/5): Gran departamento - Ubicación e instalaciones completas Todo perfecto . Quizás hubiera venido mejor una limpieza a fondo más de los baños
• Richard (10/5): Excelente, repito... Excelente!! - Excelente ubicación. Pero realmente excelente. Amplio. Cómodo. Muy iluminado. Excelente vista. Muy seguro. La piscina excelente. La cancha de tenis excelente. Guardia de seguridad 24hs. WiFi muy veloz. Tv. Muy cómodo. No hay que dejar decaer algunos detalles mínimos. Por ejemplo la ventana de la cocina tiene la traba rota. La canilla de la cocina tiene una pequeña pérdida. El porta rollo del baño secundario está suelto. Son pequeñas cosas que si las dejan sumarse, terminan opacando lo bueno que es el lugar.

Cómo sugerencia, no es reclamo, deberían prestar atención a dejar elementos de limpieza , tales como trapos para piso, repasadores, paños de limpieza, dejar bolsas para residuos, etc...
