• Cristiana (6/5): Poche pretese, ma buono per gruppi - Posizione ottima in un bel quartiere, spostamenti e servizi intorno perfetti. Appartamento ampio e bellissimo giardinetto da sfruttare col sole. Max disponibilissimo per il check-in. Ci sono tanti lavori da fare all’interno, a partire dalle prese di corrente scoperte e la doccia da regolare e aggiustare. Una maggiore cura lo renderebbe bello, così è decente.

• Jakub (1/5): Tragedia - nic syf, okna niezabezpieczone, prysznice zniszczone i dużo braków. 1 dnia mieliśmy włamanie na to mieszkanie i starty wyniosły ponad 50/60 tysięcy złotych. Kontakt z właścicielem ciężki. Łaskawie po 3 dniach ktoś przyszedł naprawić zniszczone rzeczy oraz zabezpieczyć okna. Totalnie odradzam tego właściciela oraz cała agencję od niego.

• Frida (3/5): Central location and friendly handover, disappointing overall unless basics and upkeep are improved. - The location is excellent for exploring the city, and the key handover itself was smooth: a polite staff member greeted us on time, gave us the keys and a brief tour, and explained how things worked. Pre-arrival communication was very fast, so we felt prepared for a late arrival after two flights. We were charged a €25 late check-in fee even though the apartment was not ready around 19:40: cleaning was still in progress and there was a noticeable urine smell until it finished. After cleaning left, we discovered there were too few basics for 8 guests (about 1.5 toilet rolls, no hand soap, and only six cups/glasses), plus limited indoor seating; we ended up buying cups, toilet paper and soap ourselves. Security was a concern. We were told to keep the street-facing shutters closed “just in case,” yet an uninvited person managed to open the outer and then the inner shutters from outside and enter a bedroom on the first evening. After this episode we were forced to move one of the beds in front of the shutter. The courtyard does not match the listing photos. Overgrown palm block the path, with sharp fronds hangs over the seating area, and a broken parasol makes it hard to use the space. There were also cigarette butts and "drug" bags lying around. Maintenance issues included; a loose floor tile in the hallway; a stained sofa we covered with a throw; the big bathroom with a dripping sink, water damage, and a shower with fixed, non-adjustable temperature; and the small bathroom where the shower did not work (we even tried replacing the hose). Eight guest shared one working shower. Communication became confusing during the stay. Although I had already provided all arrival details and been in touch with one representative, the contact changed multiple times (booking message > first WhatsApp contact > new WhatsApp contact on travel day > back to booking message). When we asked for pruning the palm to access the courtyard and missing items, we were told to message through booking; after sending the request we never heard back.
• Schmelzer (1/5): Cet appartement est le gros point noir de notre séjour. - La situation géographique de l'appartement était bien, dans un quartier sympathique proche de restaurants et commerces. L'agent qui s'est occupée de notre arrivée était super aussi. C'est à peu près tout. On avait l'impression que l'appartement a été laissé à l'abandon. Très peu de portes avec des poignées qui marchent, très peu d'équipement pour la cuisine qui n'est absolument pas adapté pour 6/7/8 personnes, des cigarettes/joints/paquet de cigarettes/sachet pour du cannabis à notre arrivée dans le jardin. Une douche qui a du mal à marcher, l'eau chaude/froide qui n'est pas réglable, la climatisation qui marche une fois sur deux, une télévision qui n'a pas de piles dans la télécommande, du tabac dans le canapé qui est lui même très sale avec des tâches, les murs sont globalement sales, le bouton de la chasse d'eau des toilettes est cassé nous avons dû le remettre plusieurs fois, la porte du four se décroche, une lampe du salon ne marche pas, certaines dalles qui servent de sol dans le couloir ne tiennent plus en place. Pour 1600€ la semaine, on ne peut qu'être déçu voire dégouté de la qualité du logement.

• Maja (7/5): Fin lägenhet i ett bra område! - Väldigt mysigt och tryggt område. Stor och rymlig lägenhet som var väldigt fin och hade det man behöver. Trevlig och smidig kontakt med uthyrarna. Vi hade råttor på utegården vilket kan vara ett vanligt problem för alla med innergård i Barcelona men det gjorde att vi inte vågade använda utegården.
• Ruby (5/5): Passable - Nice and spacious, lovely back garden area and really good location - not too far from metro or bus stops. Little to no utensils, 1 bowl, 1 set of keys and 4 glasses for a flat that hosts 7 people??? Communication from owners was also very poor, no indication of where to pick up keys, was left wandering around the city for hours before someone helped over the phone. Check in and out website didn’t work, asked over 6 times and still didn’t receive a proper link.
