• Kim (2/5): Admin mistake - On arrival found that they had made a mistake with our booking and only had a one bedroom apartment when I'd paid and booked a two bedroom. They apologised and offered to bring up a mattress to put on the floor. The apartment didn't seem to have enough floor space for another mattress and didn't want to sleep on the floor anyway. They offered another 2 bedroom at another property in a different location. Sent pictures and we agreed to go to that property. It didn't look like the pictures. It was old, dirty and in poor condition. We paid for a premium beautiful place and got the dump we finished up in. When I asked for a refund for the difference for what I'd paid, no response.

• Stella (4/5): Do not stay - Arrived at 10pm to no towels in the room or pillow cases on the pillows. They were not delivered until 2pm the next day. We were chaperoned everywhere by security who walked us to our door to enter our room and we had no access to use the pool. Made to feel very uncomfortable as we were told it’s a residential building and it’s illegal to book for short stays. The 2nd bed was a food out hard futon and my 26 year old son had to sleep on the couch which was more comfortable, the lights only worked intermittently.
• Factosquare (4/5): - 진짜 소통도 안되고, 체크인 과정 진짜 최악중에 최악이었습니다. 무슨 각자 업무도 모르는 사람 두명에 처음엔 이상한 방에 데려다주더니 거기 캐리어 있어서 이거 뭐냐고했더니 호스트꺼라고 하질않나; 이상하다고 방 바꿔달라고 했더니 바꾸는거 안된다고 하고 예약한방(방2개)이랑 다르다고 따지니까 그제서야 바꿔줬어요. 깔세에 깔세인지 몇명이 껴있는지 모르겠는데 개판입니다.

• sharon (2/5): - When I arrived there was no booking for me, I later received an email explaining the situation from Expedia, that was fine, but I was abruptly told by reception and security to leave their premises, basically 72 years old and thrown out into the street with my belongings, I have never been treated so badly, thanks to Expedia they refunded my money that the MARQ had taken and paid half of the cost for the new apartment Somerset Chancellor Court, which was amazing👍to Expedia.
