Deposit: A deposit of 10% of the total booking amount will be charged to the card registered for your booking. This helps secure your reservation.
Card Surcharge: A 3% card surcharge will apply. Please note that this surcharge is non-refundable if the booking is canceled after confirmation.
Pre-aithorization hold: For security purposes, a pre-authorization hold maybe placed on your card 24 hours before your check in date. This will be released after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges.
Guest and Cardholder Name match: The guest name must match the cardholders name. If the names do not match, you will be required to provide a photo of the cardholders valid ID, and proof of payment, such as a screenshot of the transaction showing our merchant name, payment amount and process dates (please corp or mark sensitive account information or other transactions) from your bank account or payment provider (not from the booking platform). If you are unable to provide a transaction screenshot, a photo of the card used to pay (showing only the last 4 digits and cardholder name) may be requested to confirm that you are authorized to use the card.

They (suggested to) kicked us out at midnight cause we checked in arriving late from a convention and it was soooo dirty. Fingerprints on the toilet flush, the kitchen table was dirty and easy to whipe off suggesting no one actually bothered doing that. Windows gross...

- Dominique (4/5): Facilities great, room crap. - All the parts relating to the facilities were excellent - concierge, pool, gym and spa The room was in a very poor condition - they failed to advise that there were extra costs for 3 people even though we booked for 3 people. The doors in the kitchen were falling off, the chairs were dirty and the shower had no pressure.
- Letitia (5/5): Will not be staying at Fawkner again. - The bathrooms The unclean floors some sort of powder in the cupboards wasn't ideal with a baby crawling around. The pull out couch/bed was broken a few kitchen doors we're off their hinges. The coffee was unsealed. The linen was dirty/stained one of the pillows had no cover to be found anywhere and the spare Donna was just shoved into a cupboard no care taken at all to keep it looking fresh. The front desk was very unhelpful.

It backed on to Fawkner park which was beautiful The apartment was not very clean . The beds were hard. The air fryer could not use . The frypan had rust . I had to buy my own to use

Parkplatz war sehr praktisch. Wir würden gerne wieder dort übernachten.
- Mike (8/5): Overall a nice new apartment that is easy to get to by car or tram. A few minor housekeeping issues - Handy location to a tram stop to St Kilda and the city. Well appointed new facility with visibility of the bay. Second bedroom blinds don't block out all the light in the morning. The rattens under the bed fell through a couple of times so we had to pull the mattress off to reset them (there a couple of bolts missing at each end that hold them in place I think). There was only one wine glass and no coffee for the coffee machine which the owners had delivered to us that night via Uber, with a chocolate gift. Coffee delivered was instant not ground so couldn't be used in the machine anyway. A map of the car park bay in the basement would save some time as it wasn't eady to find. Coffee cups were metal so the handles were too hot to hold when hot drinks in them - we left some we bought from an op shop there.

- Andrew (9/5): For a stressful week of hospital visits this place was the stress relief we needed. - This is a very nice place in a very good location. If you have a need to be near the Alfred hosptial for any length of time stay here. Its a short walk to the hospital. The main st kilda road tram is right out the front. The Gym, Pool, Spa and Sauna are first class. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds are super comfortable. There was not a chance that we could figure out how to turn off the kitchen lights without using the master switch. Other that that it was all good.

- Harsha (8/5): Very good - The view of the city, the parks and Port are fantastic. The apartment is well fitted out and comfortable. The 2nd bathroom shower drain was blocked and needed clearing. As we had a busy schedule the cleaners couldn't come in until we left. Thankfully we could use the master bathroom shower.

- Amy (6/5): Great location but lower expectations. - Central location, parking included, great pool with view. Easy to locate and get around (we did drive so no public transport used). The unit was dirty. Hair all on the bathroom floor (there was a vacuum which I could use) kitchen items dirty. Towels and bedding were also dirty. Ended up washing the towels myself. The place was run down for the expensive price tag. Beds have no top sheet, couch was uncomfortable as the extra bed - kept coming apart. Pillows were uncomfortable. Beds were also small for two adults. No pool towels. Felt the need to be quiet the entire time especially in the shared facilities. Balcony was not cleaned - Had something spilt all over the table. Aircon vent completely full of dust - which affected my sinus and there were no tissues in the apartment. Shower door in ensuite was half of the hinge and couldn’t be used for safety reason. The bathroom floor tiles are not suitable for the shower- very slippery when wet and washing hair.
Someone moving in when we’re were leaving and blocked the driveway.
Suitable for a couple only - Not for a family of 5 even for a quick stop over.
For the price tag expected more or at least a clean area for our family. More towels, a dryer, spare pillows or blankets would also be a bonus.

Quietness Trying to find allotted car park. WiFi not working. No notice to turn mains powere on. Flickering lights. No milk. Unable to open door in second bedroom. Cleanness of balcony

- Merryn (7/5): A comfortable apartment with access to a lovely park and about a 25 min walk to Prahan markets. - It was a comfortable apartment with a good view. Good temperature. Nice to have easy access to a heated pool and the park at the back. No restaurants nearby but luckily we are good walkers! A couple of things:
1. Only 3 wine glasses and 2 outside chairs even though apartment caters for 4 people.
2. Only a doona and no top sheet. Sometimes too hot to have just the doona. We did try and turn the air-conditioning down.
3. Lounge suite would also be quite small for 4 people.
4. The mugs for tea/coffee were tin and therefore hot to hold and had a lip making it difficult to drink.
5. No dishwashing powder

- Brenda (3/5): I would stay in that complex again but not in that apartment - The complex was lovely and the location was great The apartment was cheaply furnished. The sofa was dirty and uncomfortable. The beds were cheap and uncomfortable. The dining chairs were dirty and uncomfortable and smelly. The towels were rolled up damp and there was no tumble dryer to dry them. The bedding smelled musty.

- Linda (9/5): Superb - Location - close to Prahran market, Royal Botanic Garden, Chapel St eateries and St Kilda Beach. Great view from the balcony - watched a bit of the New Year fireworks. Swimming pool had nice temperature and was not busy. The bed in the main bedroom seemed to make a creaking sound at every move. There was a coffee machine but no coffee supplied (unless we didn't find it?).

The indoor pool area was lovely with great views.
Nice balcony with great views and afternoon sun.
The beds were comfy. And the bathrooms were clean. The concierge was unhelpful and did not make the effort to help. All he kept saying was call your agent.
There could have been a better line of communication between the agent and concierge so the check in could be smoother.
The agent was helpful once we were able to get in touch.
The facilities in the apartment were good. However the lights kept flickering on and off and the hairdryer was overheating and sparking. Could do with a replacement.
