• JOHN RICHARD (3/5): Not a great experience! - Location was close to Paddington Station It was not a great experience - the intercom near the door was broken and it was left lying out with all the wires hanging out as if the property had been abandoned. We were left to wait for 3 hrs outside as there was no one to check us in, we called several times, the number which was written on booking .com and received no answer., 2 of us had to stay with the lug gages while the other two went to look for the offices which was around 4 blocks away. The office was closed and said that it will reopen 2 weeks after but finally someone answered. After a 3 hr flight and not knowing the area. Under the beds was dusty and we even found someone's dirty socks under the bed. The windows would not open, so very claustrophobic. The furniture was also not up to standard, scratches all over the wardrobes and one of the wardrobes would not open. and one of the kitchen cupboards would not close. The main bathroom was full of mould on the walls, the grouting was dirty and we could not even have a bath as there was no stopper. Also, the common parts lights were defective - When I called at the end of the stay to give my feedback privately I was rudely asked to write on booking. com. Steer away. However it is close to Paddington Station.

• Katalin (5/5): Nagyon jó helyen van , de hosszú távra nem bérelném ki. - Az elhelyezkedés . A 2 db fürdő és a 2 hálószoba . Penész a fürdőben . Nem volt teljesen tiszta . A ház kívülről és a lépcsőház nagyon igénytelen .
• Yasmina (6/5): Ubicación buena, pero le falta limpieza - La ubicación es perfecta. El apartamento está bien, lo único que la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. Todo muy sucio. Si tengo que volver, no sé si llegaría a volverlo a coger a no ser, que no encuentre nada parecido por el precio. Tiene lavadora y secadora, que va muy bien. Pero todo es viejo y está algo echo polvo. Deberían de darle un refresh. Todo muy sucio. Le falta darle una limpieza a fondo y, luego entre entregas, porque había polvo en el suelo de hace semanas... la sarten estaba tan sucia, que daba grima. Luego no había pastillas lavabajillas, ni para fregar. Muy guarro todo.

Väldigt kallt i det ena sovrummet och där också mycket ljud in från gatan. Flera trasiga lampor. Inget svar från värden när vi skrev och klagade.
• Tzvetan (8/5): Great location, very big and spacious apartment but need better cleaning. - The apparent is very big and spacious I like a lot that we had two bathrooms I think they should make more effort to keep the place cleaner.

• Denise (4/5): Appartment not value for money and due to the range of problems I would not recommend. - The property is centrally located - a five minute walk to Paddington Station. It is also close to Queensway and Bayswater. On arrival at the property it looked ok however after a closer inspection there were a number of problems with it. Firstly we did not see the 2 rodent infestation notices in the communal hallway until later in the evening. This was distressing and made our stay very uncomfortable. I contacted the lease holder about this issue and was told that no reports of rats had ever been received about this particular apartment. This was the second time I had reason to contact the lease holder. Previously I had emailed him about the fact that one of the bathrooms was not cleaned to a high standard and that although the property had three wardrobes only one could be used as the two others had damp duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases hanging in them. I found this to be a very odd situation and would assume that the practice would create a damp smell in the wardrobe. When I complained about the state of the bathroom and the damp bedding in the wardrobe I was told that there was a quick turnaround on that day which may account for these issues. On closer inspection there were a number of other problems. Both bathrooms had no windows so there was a constant unpleasant damp smell. The shower head holder in the en-suite was broken which left the shower difficult to use. The flushing mechanism in the toilet was also poor. In the kitchen area the kick board was broken and there was a carton of frozen milk in the freezer. In the living room the main lamp had missing bulbs and didn’t work. In one of the bedrooms a ceiling fan was very grimey and full of dust. One of the lamps in the other bedroom wasn’t working properly. On the morning of our departure someone unlocked the door without knocking or giving notice. This occurred before 10.00 am and we did not have to leave until 11.00 am. Overall for the standard of cleanliness and the state of fixtures and fittings this was most definitely over-priced and now value for money.

This is quite an old apartment. Cleanliness and comfort could be improved including the cooking appliances, soap, tea and sugar...
• Karin (8/5): Fantastic location, great flat, with enough space for family. - Key collection was very easy, Rashed was extremely helpful. Responded quickly when we had queries, and tried to assist wherever possible. Unfortunately the dishwasher wasn't working, which was not great, as we were a family of 4, and self catering. No plugs for any basins, really not set up for washing dishes properly. Rashed tried to assist, but dishwasher needed replacing. On a positive note, we were offered a slight rebate on our accommodation.

• Muhammed (1/5): Bad - The property is old and not well maintained the only good thing was the location The apartment is dirty and old. I found a woman’s hair in the apartment so pretty sure it wasn’t cleaned after the last guest left. The host was also not helpful at all. Not worth the price in anyway
• Andrew (8/5): Great base to explore London very easy access to Paddington - Really great location and the living room, kitchen and back bedroom (with two double beds) were great. All to be expected for central London but the front bedroom on the street side is noisy and the bathrooms are small.
