• Zacharias (6/5): Μέτριο - Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία καθώς βρίσκεται δίπλα σε στάση μετρό μόλις 3 στάσεις από το Σύνταγμα. Επίσης είναι ήσυχο διότι είναι στον 10ο όροφο και αρκετά ευρύχωρο ακόμη και για 3 άτομα. Οικονομικό για το μέγεθος και την τοποθεσία. Έφτασα αργά το βράδυ και το διαμέρισμα δεν ήταν ικανοποιητικά καθαρό (χνούδια σε διάφορα μέρη του πατώματος, πατημασιές κοντά στην μπαλκονόπορτα, άλατα στο μπάνιο). Για να μην ενοχλήσω στις 12 30 τον διαχειριστή, του ζήτησα μαζί με φωτογραφίες να στείλει κάποιον να καθαρίσει αλλά μου απάντησε ότι δεν βλέπει κάτι τραγικό. Η εκπρόσωπος της booking μου είπε ότι θα επικοινωνούσαν μαζί του και αφού το έκαναν τότε ο διαχειριστής δέκτηκε να στείλει την καθαρίστρια. Τέλος, ο καναπές ήταν άβολος, το διαμέρισμα δεν είχε καθόλου σαμπουάν και ενώ διέθετε μηχανή καφέ δεν είχε καμία κάψουλα.

• Anna (10/5): - Brand new, spotless, great city view, everything you may need for a city stay. Nice neighborhood, many restaurants of all price range, Caffè and bakeries. The metro is five minutes away. Not a thing

• John (9/5): Nice modern apartment with view - Nice spacious apartment in good location with great views over the city from the lovely balcony. Good facilities in the kitchen inc coffee maker. Close to metro station. Good value. The only odd things were washed sheets drying inside the apartment (we just put them in a drawer!) and the lights in the false ceiling above the bed cannot be switched on! We knew about the quirky glass walls around the bedroom, so this was not a surprise.
• George (10/5): A gem of an apartment with a great view and perfect location. - I totally enjoyed staying in this clean and modern apartment. It is conveniently located in a quiet, peaceful street just two minutes from the metro and a bustling intersection with lots of wonderful cafes and restaurants. The place is a gem with a great view from the balcony and is filled with natural light throughout the day. Everything in the apartment was modern, spotless clean, and of great quality. I would definitely return here on a future visit to Athens. It would've been nice to find a bottle of water for the guests upon arrival at the apartment (especially after a long trip). Likewise, a few capsules of coffee would come in very handy to put the brand-new coffee machine to use, which I never did. The excellent, modern kitchen needs some very basic necessities—such as salt, some packets of sugar, etc.—to make one's stay even more enjoyable.

• Kyriakigr (10/5): Superb flat with City view close to everything! - Perfect location. City view in a quiet apartment. Nice for a small family of three. The apartment is well equiped. Parking at the area is not easy. Even near the area parking spaces are not 24/7 and not available. However, you dont need a car since everything is near by metro, bus, tram.

• Veli-pekka (9/5): Nice Penthous in a good location - The location near Ampelokipi metro station is very convenient. Also the house feels secure. The penthouse faces the inner courtyard and is very quiet. The layout is very practical. Also eg the sofa, dining table and tv is very good. We also liket the kitcheb with new pots and pans. Also the microwave and the washing machinw were very pratical. Also bathroom was very nice with among others the rain shower. The water pressure was good. The oak floors add feeling of warmth during colder month. Although there are some sortcomings I can recommend this penthouse for a stay in Athens and would stay again. The arrival to penthouse was not very pleasent as the radiators and the heating AC units were turned off. I know this is quite common in Greece in order to savw money but does not fit well with an image of quality penthouse. In addtion the host had led the linen and towels of previous quest drying in the living room. There are a few self service laundries in walking distance where they could have been dryed in 30 minutes if the host wanted. Also worth mentioning the the heating radiators were off during our whole stay so you could not eg dry towels in the radiator in bathroom. Also on must mention that the bed room is made mostly using class walls. There is no ventilation available in addition the door to living room. We found out that on some nigths there were not enough fresh air for two people. This could be helped in part by sleepig counterwise facing the door and keeping windows open when sleeping (as is it quiet outside most times).
