• Shuling (10/5): - The instruction was clear on how to check in. The apartment was very clean and spacious. It can fit 8pax. Very good for big family. The area was very convenient. It's easy to travel around. There's only 1 key access to the apartment which 1 of the family member will have to come down to fetch others.

• Muhd (8/5): - Location from CIQ and Mid Valley. Very convenient Comfy for 5 pple stay.- more than enough rooms for everyone Can't watch tv, dunno how to operate the tv. So just watch YouTube throughout my stay when Indoors.

• jing hong (9/5): Comfortable stay near Midvalley Southkey JB - Can walk to Midvalley Southkey Mall, apartment is spacious and comfortable, bath towels and shampoo were provided. Can connect to Netflix using own account on the tv. Check in details provided are easy to follow. Good stay for families or large groups. The shower area in the master bedroom does not have a door so water tends to splash out, water flowed down slowly in the same shower area, no bath mat
• Jie (10/5): - It’s close to the mall. Parking lot is close to the lift. Room is clean. Sufficient towels were provided.
• Mabel (9/5): This is a great stay for family. - Check in instructions was easy and Love the bathtub and rooms. It’s walkable to mid valley mall. There were a few ants at the table and the water in master bedroom seemed a bit bit cold. Other that that love this place.

• Kaili (9/5): Awesome! - Location was great. Near to midvalley southkey. Security of condo was awesome too. Had to scan QR code to enter and exit. Swimming pool looks nice but didn't have time to try. There's a small water playground for kids too. Apartment was clean and beds comfy. Lots of space in living room and all the rooms. Extra toilet rolls provided. Trash bags too, so we were able to empty trash daily. Overall, a very very nice stay. Will book again next time. Need hand soap in toilets. And it will be nice if there is floor mat outside bathroom that is attached to bedroom.

• Tze Wei (10/5): We had a comfortable stay. The agent was able to provide the top up of toilet paper when we called him. Good response fr - Good proximity to mega mall, clean and new. The aircon in master bedroom is noisy.

• Imelda (7/5): Great space for families and convenient location with huge mall just next to it. - Spacious, low beds kid friendly, condo facility was fantastic. Responsive host Not enough floor mats for bathroom and no hand towel to wipe sink counter top. The shower area shld have a door to keep floor dry. There shld be a trash bin in all bathrooms. Floor was quite dusty. Hence disposable bedroom slippers would be good to have. Shld provide 2 pillows for each guest instead of just one.

To push it from a 'Great' to an 'Excellent', the owner could consider providing a few more amenities which would work great for families staying for a longer duration: (I) Tables - there were hardly any tables in the living room or rooms to put our things or work. (II) A clock - I had to wear a watch around the house to tell time. (III) Mop and pail - for minor cleaning.

Place is nice (clean lobby) and convenient and near to MidValley. Host extend check out timing too. Received the check-in instructions after 3pm due to some unforeseen issue. Master bedroom toilet is glass door. maybe can install blind for more privacy.

• John (8/5): Pleasant stay for family - Spacious apartment. Check in/out instructions were clear. Location very near to Midvalley mall Towels could have been better. Some of them are worn and not absorbent.
• Fion (8/5): Good and would consider staying again - Unit was what the photos showed. Spacious and tidy. Liked the tatami style bedding. Beds were comfortable and clean. Hot water pressure was good and consistent. One of our children accidentally locked the master bedroom whilst all adults were attending to stuffs. The host kindly arranged for someone to unlock it within 30mins. - Easy to miss the entrance to the apartment for first timer. Host asked us to google map apartment name and it brought us to the complex next to it whilst the entrance was on a separate driveway. So we had to do a big turn around. Would have been helpful if the owner gives specific direction. - Had to drive up 7 floors to get to the parking lots. - Would have been great to have bit more privacy i.e. non see through doors for the bathroom in the master bedroom so it can be used by others and don't have to lock the bedroom door just to use the bathroom. - Second bathroom had a little bit of smell but wansn't something unpleasant. - Trails of ants on the kitchen benches and got onto our food and containers (baby-use) which was a bit annoying. - There was no kitchen towel / tea towel. We had to use the toilet papers and our own wet wipes to clean and dry the basin area. Not sustainable. We asked the host to provide one soon after we checked in but we didn't get one till we checked out. - Entrance night light was flickering and hurting the eyes so we couldnt use it. - General wear and tear. Need a little bit of tender love particularly the wall of the 2x singles bedroom. Sharp edges, not child-friendly.

• Joyce (7/5): Good - The accommodation is spacious and location is great. Walking distance to Midvalley Southkey Mall. Check in and out is convenient. Generally the place looks clean. The bathroom with the bath tub has strong urinated smell. Some of the furniture is not child friendly due to sharp edges.

• Bai (9/5): Would definitely book again! :) - The apartment was so spacious and had a lovely minimalistic design to it. Looks just like it is in the photos! The rooms were very clean and cosy. Floors were generally clean, facilities were great and sufficient, the shower had really nice hot water. The location was absolutely excellent, it was a 8-10 minute walk to Midvalley Southkey mall and also has a really yummy kopitiam right downstairs the place :) The stay didn't have an electric kettle inside (or we didn't find it oops) but it didn't matter to much as it was really close to the Southkey mall and a grocery shop so we could go get the water we needed. Also I am a bit of a clean freak so I'll rate the cleanliness of the room a 7/10. A lot of effort was definitely placed into cleaning the place, but because the apartment is so big and spacious, some corners on the floor and some shelves were just a little dusty. The toilet sink had a little bit of yellow/brown stains on it.

• Emkaysg (10/5): Value for money for a short trip. - The check in process was easy and seamless. The place is very well kept and clean. The area is spacious with all the facilities you would expect to have. The apartment is close to the Mid Valley Mall which was just a 10 mins walk away but there's an abundance of shops and coffeeshops around the building for a quick meal. There's Netflix and YouTube access on the TV which was a plus. It would have been great if there's a bidet in the restroom.
• Jery (9/5): Happy Stay - The location is superb, the unit is very spacious and clean Aircon a bit noisy and would be good to install shower curtain for both bathroom. The while bathroom is wet after shower and thus the floor is very slippery
