• Walker (10/5): Highly recommend. Beautiful room, amazing staff. - The room was very nice, and the location was perfect, but the staff were the highlight of this location. We had had a mixup with our date ranges when booking and shorted ourselves by one day. We did not realize that the checkout day was wrong until we were on a tour and got a call midday from hotel staff, as of course, our stuff was still all over the room since we were anticipating on staying an additional day. The mixup was completely my fault. However, staff went out of their way to assist us in a very stressful situation, and even helped us find an accommodation close by for our last night. I highly recommend this location for the beautiful rooms and the outstanding service.

The townhouse is kept in great shape and there's a charming lobby area for coffee/tea and lounging around. The location is perfect - outside the chaos of the city centre but close enough to get there in a 20 minute walk along beautiful streets. No breakfast option at the hotel but it's not really a big deal since there are a number of restaurants and cafes nearby.

• Éva (9/5): Would return - Great location, 20 min walk to downtown. I liked the atmosphere of the place, the decor and especially the teacups in our room. There were free the teabags and coffee capsules. The room was always nice and warm which I quite liked, sometimes even a bit too hot with the duvet. Our window overlooked the street which was very quiet. Overall it was good value for the price we paid. I always woke up to our neighbours coming and going, it would be great to install soft-close mechanisms to the doors to prevent the loud slamming noise. The bed is quite small for two people. The room as well, there is no space to put two suitcases but you can't unpack either as there isn't any room for that either.

• Melissa (10/5): Gorgeous, great staff, clean & comfortable. - Amazing find! Lovely location in Dublin. We were down for a concert and stayed in the quad room. All the girls were so pleased. Gorgeous decor, clean, comfortable and staff were great! Little communal area with complimentary tea/coffee was a fab touch! Couldn’t say a bad word. Would definitely stay here again next time we plan to visit! Nothing!

• France (10/5): - Cet hôtel est très bien placé dans le quartier des ambassades. Très sûr et très pratique : toutes les visites peuvent se faire à pieds. Le parking est gratuit, au pied de l'hôtel. On s'y sent comme chez soi, excellent accueil, hôtel à taille humaine et très cosy. Du café, du thé, toute la journée dans un salon très bien décoré et très confortable. Chambre très calme. Dans la rue, on y trouve tous les commerces (cafés, supermarchés, restaurants,...) Aéroport à 25 minutes. Rien de particulier! nous espérons juste séjourner dans une autre chambre lors d'un prochain séjour pour découvrir le côté 'jardin'.

The suburb is lovely and it’s walking distance to bars, restaurants, cafes, and downtown. It has free parking. A bit overpriced for the space/amenities compared to other places we stayed all around Ireland.

• Arrigo (10/5): Bellissimo soggiorno dublinese 💚 - Bellissimo quartiere, edificio georgiano elegante e accogliente, sicuramente un bel biglietto da visita per entrare nel mood romantico della città Mi è piaciuto tutto, camera confortevole, caffè e tè a disposizione, manca solo l’offerta di una colazione inclusa ma non è necessariamente una carenza, in questo caso è una scelta, e nei dintorni ci sono ristoranti e caffè bellissimi e di ottimo livello

• Lea (8/5): Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. - The room was nice and well-equipped, with a small fridge, kettle, and coffee machine. The beds were comfortable, and there was also a TV. The space was quiet, with no loud noise. The location was convenient, right next to a bus stop, with several nice cafés, restaurants, and a large Tesco nearby. The staff were friendly and baggage storage was also available. We were unable to open the window in our room, so we needed to change rooms. Additionally, we experienced some issues with the heating, as the AC was not working properly, and had to contact reception several times to have it fixed.

• Adrià (3/5): Decepcionante: habitación muy ruidosa y en mal estado - El hall es precioso, el personal muy amable y la ubicación no está mal. La habitación asignada no debería considerarse apta para huéspedes. Planta baja con ventana directa a un patio con andamios, los porticones no tapaban del todo la ventana y tuvimos que cubrirlas con toallas para tener intimidad y bloquear un poco la luz. Extremadamente ruidoso, sin ningún tipo de aislamiento y pegada a la lavandería, con vibraciones tremendas de las lavadoras y secadoras. La reserva se hizo con más de 6 meses de antelación y se pidió expresamente una habitación silenciosa NO situada en la planta baja. Por otra parte, las ventanas estaban MUY sucias y la habitación tenía desconchones, parecía la habitación de un motel.

• Justin (10/5): I liked it so much, I decided not to go out and stay in. - Very plush. Lovely "waiting" area at reception. The bathroom was stunning. In some hotels, the hot water in the shower takes a few seconds to "build up". In this hotel, it is automatic. The toiletries in the bathroom were also rather "premium". For events in Ballsbridge, it is perfect. Nothing.
• Maeve (7/5): Good spot would recommend - Good location, in a safe area of Dublin with a selection of pubs and food places close by. Walkable to city centre with good transport links alternatively. Parking was a huge plus. Nice welcome area with free coffee available. Bathrooms were modern with nice quality products. TVs had streaming services and casting available. The room was a bit small but high ceilings helped it to still feel airy. Didn’t find it noisy from the traffic on the road outside but some noise did seep in from other guests using the hallway. Nothing that would stop me staying again.
• CECILE (10/5): Excellent séjour d’une semaine - Très bonne localisation, à 30 m d’un arrêt de bus qui emmène directement au centre-ville en 15 min, et établissement situé aux alentours d’une rue avec de très bons pubs et restaurants. Chambre très confortable, avec une très bonne literie. Propreté impeccable. Un cadre élégant et agréable. Il est également possible de se garer gratuitement juste devant la porte de l’hôtel. Tout était très bien! On pourrait juste reprocher l’absence de petit déjeuner, mais il y a dans la chambre de quoi faire du thé et du café. À noter également de l’eau en bouteille rechargée régulièrement dans le petit frigo qui se trouve dans la chambre.

• Basak Ozan Ozparlak (10/5): Cozy place in Dublin - Silence, cozy place, right next to a bus stop. I wanted to stay at a place "Dubliner", not in a stndard hotel. Waterloo Townhouse was more than my expectations. I loved it. Everything was smooth and seamless. No restaurant at the hotel but atbthe corner there are lots of options, once I even made a take-away.
