When we book, we thought it is a hotel, infact it is an old building which they rented some rooms and make it like a hotel. How can it be? I was extremely disappointed with booking.com as well. It seems that booking only take commission and did not check the quality of the hotel. I will never use booking.com anymore! Unacceptable!!!!!

• Shiyun (7/5): Great value but photos are a misrepresentation - Very cheap for its location and clean rooms. The photos are a misrepresentation of how the rooms and corridors and reception area look. If you have been to Hong Kong’s Chungking Mansion, similarly this building hosts several accommodation businesses that offer rooms for stay, amongst other residential and office units next to them. There’s nothing to complain given the price for the location, and great house keeping services. But if you were expecting it to look like the photos and are adverse to staying in an eclectic/diverse mixed use building, then you may want to reconsider. To be honest, if the photos were not a misrepresentation, and I didn’t have to change floors to get to the rooms, I will likely give it a higher score.

W łazience czuć było wilgoć i pleśń, a wyposażenie wyglądało, jakby pamiętało czasy sprzed dekady. Pościel była poplamiona, a ręczniki szare od prania. Obsługa niemiła i kompletnie nie zainteresowana pomocą gościom. Zgłoszone problemy (brak ciepłej wody i głośna klimatyzacja) zostały całkowicie zignorowane. Śniadanie żałosne – zimne, ubogie i nieświeże. Hotel reklamuje się jako „komfortowy”, ale komfortu nie było w nim ani przez chwilę. Słychać hałas z ulicy i sąsiednich pokoi, a nocą naprawdę trudno zasnąć. Zdecydowanie nie polecam – najgorsze doświadczenie hotelowe, jakie miałem w ostatnich latach. Booking powinien rozważyć weryfikację tego obiektu, bo wprowadza ludzi w błąd.

When I arrived, the front desk gave me a bottle of cold water, which was much appreciated after a long flight. My room had a few nice touches—like a lamp with a USB port for charging my phone, and a basket with extra blankets and pillows. The bathroom had travel-sized toiletries that were of good quality, and there were plenty of towels. The staff was always attentive; when I mentioned that I liked to wake up early, they offered to give me a wake-up call, and even left a note with the next day’s weather forecast on my desk. The hotel also has a small lobby lounge with free coffee and tea in the morning, which was a nice way to start the day. The room was quiet and clean, and I had a very relaxing stay. • Ben (1/5): Disastrous !!!! - Nothing !!! In fact we had to cancel our booking and did not bother to pay the cancellation fee of CYN 1486. The least we can say that it was quite a disappointment ! This is by far the most disappointing hotel I have ever booked through your platform. The photos displayed on your website are misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. The address was unclear, and we had difficulty finding the place — we eventually located it only by comparing the surroundings to the pictures sent by the hotel. Upon arrival, it appeared to be an old office building converted into a hotel. The room was extremely small less than 12 Sq. M, with a very low ceiling, a window that could not close properly, and a strong damp, musty odor. In addition, very few staff members could communicate in English, which made it difficult to address our concerns. I believe this property has been overrated with its current score of 8.0. I strongly recommend that you urgently review this listing to prevent travelers from being misled by inaccurate information. When we arrived, we saw several guests complaining and leaving the hotel, which clearly indicates that the property’s real condition does not match its online presentation. This situation reflects poorly on your platform’s credibility and should be addressed promptly

Если вы хотите купить вещи и вкусно поесть, вам вообще не нужно делать объезд. Очень удобно возвращаться в отель, когда вы устали. Самым удивительным является то, что внизу находится станция метро линии 3. Независимо от того, идете ли вы на южный железнодорожный вокзал Гуанчжоу или в новый город Чжуцзян, вам не нужно рано вставать, чтобы успеть на автобус. Вы можете провести пальцем по коду и ехать, что сэкономит много времени на дорогу. Комната чистая и опрятная, и обслуживание также очень внимательное. • David (1/5): It’s a scam. It should be removed from booking.com - It a scam I did not like anything about this property. This was one of the most misleading stays I’ve ever experienced on Booking.com. The photos are completely fake and do not represent reality at all. What you see online looks clean and modern — but when you arrive, it’s the complete opposite. The rooms are filthy, dusty, and neglected, with toilets that don’t even work and a smell that makes you want to walk right back out. The staff have a scamming attitude — no professionalism, no willingness to help, and every answer felt like an excuse. When we went downstairs to cancel our booking, the reception area was full of guests doing the exact same thing, all demanding refunds because of how bad the place was. Even new arrivals were shocked beyond words when they saw what it actually looked like. This property should not be listed on Booking.com. It’s false advertising, plain and simple, and completely unacceptable. Booking.com should remove this hotel immediately to protect other travelers from being deceived like we were.

• Bruna Santos (2/5): Deceiving, is not an hotel - Location was very convenient and the room was clean. The hotel is not actually an hotel. The photos used are used only to estimulate the client to book, as their lobby is not that one and there is no facilities. You access the "hotel" entrance by a parking lot (back of the building) and go to a floor where have several offices, in there they took ages to check us in and when escorting us to the room you need t get out, take other lift up and by the end of a hallway you have the room. We didn't wanted any service and they don't have the option to put on the door yes or no, the rooms smells like cigarettes all the time and wifi doesn't work. No one at the front desk could speak English to us. The rooms look brand new and modern on the pictures but really is different.

The pictures posted on booking.com are deceitful and extremely inaccurate. The facility is probably an old residential building being hastily refurbished. I was extremely traumatised during my stay. No security. Easy access to any floor and rooms. Unkept environment. Very tiny rooms. This facility shouldn't be rated above 5, to say the least. I observed that all the guests who arrived when I was at the reception, were all disappointed with the property. As stated above. Most facilities in this hotel are fraudulently represented on booking.com. This property should be investigated as soon as possible.

They are deceiving. When I arrived, they told me the same room is not available and asked me to pay more for a FORCED upgrade. Even though I had confirmed booking. The area is very noisy and hard to sleep. There is also construction in the building. The staff who attended me was very rude. You have to take two elevators to reach your room. THEY HAVE NO RESTAURANT NO BREAKFAST NO ROOM SERVICE, do not trust the photos of the amazing line up of food pictures. The lobby does not look like anything in the photos. It’s actually like a tall building with multiple hotels and the rooms are quite dirty. The paint came off the walls when I was showering. The price is absolutely absurd for a two bedroom room for what it is. Only reason you should stay here is if u are going to canton fair and are booking a single room cuz then it is somewhat okay. Also the staff when we entered were hella rude and fighting with another customer when we came to check in. Had to wait 30-40 minutes for no reason.

What i was given at first, was a very small room with no room to move around just enough space to fit the bed and an attached toilet. There was also a very strong smell in the room. When I complained, they moved me to a better room but it was still nothing like the pictures. I also found other guests in lobby area that were unhappy with their rooms. Only thing that slightly compensated was the staff that were looking to help where they can.

Save your money! - I arrived at the hotel; and lost 30 min to find the reception because it was not located where instructed via messages. - after paying for the hotel I asked where is the swimming pool and the gym. The lady at the reception told me the pool is now upgraded and the gym as well and they just have 2x3m room with 2 threadmills. Pity, becuase I’ve chosen this hotel just for the pool and gym. But ok - I asked the lady where is the beautiful reception I see in booking photos, and she said it’s not this location but their headquarters. At this stage I knew this is a typical scam with photos from another place and amenities always in “upgrade” mode. - I asked to cancel my reservation as I felt cheated. The lady brought me a ticket saying she returned the money but when I compared this to my credit card charge, around 10% was missing. I’ve asked to refund the full amount as it was the (fake)hotel fault and I will not cover any part of their cheats. She refused. - eventually it turned out that that I paid even more for this hotel during payment process because the lady requested payment in my native currency instead of CNY on the terminal, eventually adding a markup on this transaction without my knowledge. - I’ve never seen my refund in my account. I’ve lost 3 hours there, and few taxi rides to find another hotel. Please save your time and money. don’t do it.

The pictures advertised are fake and nothing close to the reality of the place. It’s a completely different accommodation. It not even a hotel and looks NOTHING like what’s been advertised. Do not get scammed! When you get there, they ask you for the card you used to book the place so they verify to whichever booking app you used that you are there and the app releases the money to them. NB, this is all done before they even show you your room. After the funds are released by the booking app/website, they take you through a very dirty alley to a completely different building. The walkways are very dirty, the rooms and elevators are even worse and carry a pungent smell of smoke.Don’t fall for the fake reviews. It’s fake and probably done by the scammers themselves.

Бесплатный интернет работал быстро в любой части отеля, даже в подвале, где я иногда работал в тишине. Также удобно было, что отель предлагает услугу хранения багажа после выезда—я мог оставить свой чемодан и прогуляться по городу перед поездкой домой. Этот отель стал для меня настоящим спасением во время рабочей поездки.

В ванной комнате был большой зеркало с подсветкой, что удобно для макияжа, и дверца с замком для частности. Туалетные принадлежности были от известного бренда— шампунь и кондиционер хорошо заботили о волосах. Персонал отеля был очень гостеприимным: когда я приехал поздно вечером, они предложили мне чашку тёплого чая, а когда я спросил о месте для покупки сувениров, дали мне карту с отмеченными лучшими магазинами. Бесплатная парковка рядом с отелем позволяла мне свободно передвигаться на машине. Каждый день комната убирали тщательно, меняя постельное белье и пополняя запасы туалетных принадлежностей. Я полностью удовлетворен проживанием и рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ищет уют и комфорт в центре города.

Ce n'est PAS UN HOTEL, juste des toutes petites chambres mal isolées, avec un semblant de confort. Draps propres, mais les ressorts sortaient du matelas.. Pas NON PLUS de panneau extérieur pour indiquer l'accueil, qui se trouve au 7è étage via une porte dérobée derrière l'immeuble. J'ai fais la file 20mn pour accéder à l'ascenseur bondé. Pas de lobby non plus, et évidemment pas de piscine (lol). Toutes les photos sont fausses !! L'accueil se résume à un gars bourru qui mange un bol de riz dans un couloir encombré de poubelles et qui ne parle que chinois. Ça pue la bouffe partout. SCAM ALERT ! Pourquoi ce taudis est sur booking ??? Scandaleux.

They’re not trained to be in a hotel Unfortunately it’s not the same as advertised. This is not a hotel. The rooms were almost the same as posted but the building isn’t. You have to take 2 elevators, one to the lobby and the other one to get to your room and it’s dirty. We arrived late in the evening and we were left with no choice but to stay there. The hotel even had a different name in the building. So much lies. They were nice enough to have the booking changed. I was rushing to check out that morning as I didn’t feel safe there. The lobby posted isn’t the actual lobby. No restaurant, no housekeeping. This is just like a dormitory.

• VINAY KUMAR (3/5): - norhing to like other than being in the middle of high rise buildings the young staff could help the best they could. there are many things that we did not like. right from the entry to the hotel. need to take two two lifts to reach our room. rooms are so tiny i have been 40+ countries and never had such bad stay. i have stayed in many hotels in china but this hotel is very disspointing. pictures shown on booking.com does not looks same. room. filled with ciggerrate smoke and had breathing issues at night. tissues does not flush in toilet because of water pressure is so low. hard to keep even 2 luggages in the room.

• Vasil (1/5): Scam – Completely Misleading Photos and Terrible Experience - Unfortunately, nothing. The whole experience was extremely disappointing. This was clearly a scam. The photos shown on Booking have nothing to do with the reality – we suspect the images might even be AI-generated. When we asked for an explanation, they told us we could get a better room the next day, even though we had already paid for a different room. When we asked for a refund so we could leave, they said we would have to pay 20% of the first night's cost to get our money back. It was a frustrating and exhausting experience. Obviously, there was no better room available. Avoid this place at all costs.

We booked a premium queen room, and was given a dirty little room on the 25th floor. I asked for a refund immediately, and was told I’d be charged for the first night, and the remaining nights will be refunded, but hasn’t been as yet.
