• Armando (10/5): - La ubicación del hotel sin duda fue de lo más favorable, cerca estan dos estaciones del teleférico, donde una de ellas te permite llegar al centro de la ciudad y también puedes tomar la ruta con conexión al la líneas verde que te lleva a la zona sur. Mi habitación era muy tranquila con una vista a la ciudad y al teleférico. Tuve una grata estadía, sin duda volveré a hospedarme en Stannum

Le personnel a été très aimable avec moi et m'a aidé en m'indiquant sur une carte les sites touristiques de la ville. L'emplacement est très pratique et l'hôtel se trouve à quelques pas du téléphérique.

• Einav (7/5): No on par with my expectations for a 4 star hotel - the location of the hotel is excellent, offering convenient access to the cable car and restaurants. Additionally, the reception team was exceptionally professional and helpful throughout our stay. While I was looking forward to my stay, I found that the experience did not meet the four-star rating of the hotel. We had to repeatedly request fundamental items like toiletries, and the breakfast replenishment was inadequate for the number of guests. I hope the hotel will look into these operational issues to ensure a better experience for future visitors.

El menú muy variado, en los desayunos cuentan un variedad de huevos. Cuentan con un Spa en el cual tomé un masaje y fue una experiencia muy relajante. Hotel 100% recomendado.
• Naomi (10/5): Excellent stay at a modern hotel with good wifi and friendly staff - The hotel is located above a shopping mall/cinema and you have to go to the 5th floor for check-in and then rooms are on the 12th floor. The front desk staff was exceptionally helpful and I was able to get an early check-in. On checkout, I could not get a rideshare to take me to the airport and the front desk staff came downstairs and got me a taxi. The breakfast was good with a nice assortment of fruits and breads, with Greek yogurt (a first here!) and made-to-order dishes. Both floors of the hotel had filtered water (hot and cold) available, along with tea. The room itself was a nice size. The bed was comfortable and there is aircon as it does get stuffy with the sunlight beaming in. There are blackout curtains though. The wifi was very fast. Television has English channels. The bathroom was a good size with plenty of room for toiletries. Hot water on demand. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion provided. There is a small fridge with water/drinks in it to purchase. In terms of location, there are lots of restaurants around, but you're about a 45 minute walk from the cathedral and it's all uphill. They only provide one bottle of water for the entire stay. It should be replenished and two bottles. The notices of charging for dirtying the towels was off putting and the prices were outrageous.

• Campbell (8/5): Thank you - Enormous and varied breakfast (far more than necessary, perhaps? How much good was wasted every day?). Staff were very friendly and helpful. The air freshener fragrance in the lobby was awful and completely unnecessary. I had to walk through as quickly as possible every day. Thank goodness the rooms were not fragranced as well, although it meant we could not open our bathroom window as it was fed with air from the lobby.

• Magan (10/5): The best staff in a fantastic hotel in La Paz! - We were so excited for our trip to La Paz, but there aren’t many typical hotel chains to choose. After reading many different reviews, we chose Stannum and were not disappointed! This is unlike any hotel that I’ve stayed at before. First this hotel is in a high rise building, but only takes up 2 of the floors. They were higher floors, so the view from our room was amazing. The included breakfast buffet was delicious, plentiful, and varied! Our room was very clean and the internet was fast and strong! The location was also fantastic. It is not in the city center but that is what we wanted. We were very close to the cable cars and that was our main mode of transport in this vibrant city. The best part of this hotel was actually the staff! Carla, Camila, Daniel, Benjamin, Gerardo, and Diego were outstanding! They arranged rides and excursions, and everything went so smoothly! They also recommended restaurants in the area to eat at, and gave us maps and explained how to use the cable cars. They even loaned us a cable car card to help us get started. This hotel was such a gem! Nothing

• Alexandra (7/5): A good stay in La Paz City - Friendly staff at the front desk, very easy to communicate with. Organised airport transfers both ways at reasonable price which we were happy with. Breakfast had great options, and the access to the local gym was great! The location near the cable car station made it super easy to get around and see La Paz. A solid mid-high range option if you're wanting to stay in the central La Paz area. The room was quite noisy, from both internal noise and street noise. (This hotel is in the same building as the shopping mall below.) Only 1 elevator serviced the hotel level which was very slow. We opted for breakfast boxes after being asked when we booked an early transfer but they were forgotten :( Also, we were charged $50USD for some hair colour on a bath and hand towel... the type of mark any detergent/bleach would typically remove, this was disappointing

• Barbara (10/5): A five star stay in La Paz! - We absolutely loved our stay at Stannum! Even though we have only spent one night here we enjoyed every minute of it. The personnel was absolutely amazing and made sure we were happy at all times. The room was super nice with amazing views on La Paz. Breakfast was delicious with so many things to choose from! We have also used spa services and got a great massage. Just perfect, would definitely come back when in La Paz! -

• Benji (10/5): Really a good place - staff amazing and utmost professional. - The reception is located at the 5'th floor. The room had a nice WIFI connection and TV is large and suitable for me. The room was quiet. The staff is a well deserved doing a good job. I had an issue with breakfast, but it wasn't the hotel fault since all my tours was held before 6 AM in the morning, but they solved the problem. I did not try the breakfast, fitness room or any other facilities since I was too busy with tours. This is just a recommendation. - I recommend WIFI also in the ground floor, so it is easier for us to message. - The bath room had a bit smell (not a bad smell). I am not sure that the hotel had air exhaust suction. - Next time if I stay in this hotel, I will purchase a room upgrade, because I found the room a bit small.
