• Khadija (7/5): - La chambre était spacieuse et la température idéale, avec un réfrigérateur, et c'était très confortable. Ce qui m'a déplu, c'est que lorsqu'il pleuvait, il pleuvait tellement fort que j'ai remarqué que le plafond gouttait. Le plafond de la chambre était tellement ruisselant que j'ai mis des mouchoirs et une serviette par terre pour éviter de le mouiller. C'est ce qui m'a déplu, et le bruit était agaçant.

• AGM (7/5): Podría estar mejor para el precio - La habitación es amplia pero la cama extra es un sofá abierto, que nuestra sorpresa al moverlo un poco para poner el cargador en el enchufe fue que tenía un macetero o algo así de barro lleno de hojas y suciedad debajo para que la cama no venciese de un lado, algo que me parece una auténtica cochinada. tenía terraza, pero como si no la tuviera porque no había ni una silla ni nada para sentarse y poder darle uso. Tiene microondas que de nada sirve si no hay algún utensilio que te ayude a calentar. Que tuviera un mueble al lado con lagos útiles como cubiertos o recipientes de vidrio para calentar y unos vasos y tazas, sería lo suyo Un plus el frigorífico y el proyector. Cuarto de baño compartido que, aunque estaba limpio aún necesitaba una limpieza más profunda, pues la junta de las puertas de la ducha tenía mucha suciedad y algún que otro detalle. Por lo demas, todo correcto. Que el sofá cama se venciera hacia un lado al quitar el soporte sucio. Para el precio que tiene la habitación, disponer de una cama pequeña en condiciones sería más práctico y mejor. Que no hubiera sillas ni mesa para sentarse en la terraza, utensilios para calentar en el microondas, disponer de vasos, o recipientes de vidrio. Limpieza algo regular en el baño compartido
• Sylvie (8/5): - Chambre spacieuse, excellent emplacement proche d’une ligne centrale de métro. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas un point d’eau dans la chambre. Salle de bains à partager, pas très pratique.

Sentralt (busstopp rett utenfor, men et stykke å gå til metro). 10 meter å gå til nærmeste butikk. Ungene likte prosjektoren med Netflix. Sterk mugglukt i trappeoppgangen (men ikke tegn til dette i selve leiligheten). Det ene av to dusjhoder fungerer ikke. Hadde savnet et kjøkken (men det sto kjøleskap og mikrobølgeovn på rommet)
• Sonia (7/5): Buena relación calidad precio - La habitación es espaciosa y cuenta con una amplia terraza que le da vida. Los anfitriones son increíblemente atentos, serviciales y resuelven cualquier problema que puedas tener rápidamente. Además, hay una parada de autobús justo en la puerta, lo que facilita la conexión con toda la ciudad. La limpieza del baño compartido era mejorable y en la habitación estaría bien tener un número de sillas acorde a las personas que se hospedan. Una de las camas (realmente es un sofá cama) es un poco más pequeña de lo normal para dos personas y dura para nuestro gusto

• Daniela (8/5): Good budget room - This was a great budget room in a cool area of London. The be was super comfortable with extra pillows so we slept really well. It was the perfect temperature inside and we didn't need to turn on the heating. The room is 1 of 3 in the apartment sharing 1 bathroom, which generally wasn't a problem. The room is super spacious with a cupboard and desk to put your things. The neighbourhood is very quiet to sleep at night, but you're on a major road so safe to walk home. Wifi is good. The flat itself is quite old, so while it has modern floating wooden floors it is very creaky under foot and the clanging of doors/keys echos. It might not be good for sensitive sleepers. I would also have appreciated more secure locks on the doors - both within the apartment and on the terrace.

• Puneet (5/5): Sadly, building, stairs and hallway were utterly terrible, awful smell, and so unpleasant. - The room size The building in general, the stairway was dangerous in that there was open wiring, awful smell, the carpet ripped and the door not very secure. Definitely do not take small children here, the area isnt safe.
• Dragan (5/5): Passable - Host was really sympathic, really helpfull. He bring us an adaptator that we forgot! So nice! The airbnb was very well located in one of our favorite neighborhood, Shoreditch. The biggest issue is that the apartment has 3 rooms. The flooring is a very thin floating floor, which means that even the slightest step makes the entire apartment shake and creates a lot of noise. Now imagine the constant coming and going at 12:30 AM, 12:45 AM, 1:30 AM, 4 AM etc., from the other two rooms. Add to that the trips to the toilet/shower during the night. We only slept well 1 out of the 3 nights, with the last night being particularly awful. Additionally, since the door to the room is just a basic one, the sense of security isn’t the same as when you’re in a well-insulated, carpeted hotel room. In summary, I would recommend staying here only if there’s no one else during your stay. If the other rooms are occupied, you’ll sleep very, very, very poorly! :)

• Sandrine (10/5): Exceptional - The room is very large, the bed is very comfy, you also have a mini fridge, and a projector with Netflix in it! The area is really good, everything you want around the corner (shop, restaurant, bus stop), you can get everywhere in London really easily. The little terrace may need some chairs/table to actually enjoy it but that was ok to just have a terrace 🙂.
• J (10/5): Exceptional - The person in charge of the flat was so kind, he even spoke to me in Portuguese. He was very helpful when I asked for a fan. The flat is well equipped and in a wonderful location. I will recommend it to more friends. The wooden floor makes a lot of noise at night if you want to go to the bathroom and it's a bit annoying in the early morning. They could put down carpet and that would make the noise go away.

• Paddy (10/5): Comfortable and clean! Would stay again. - The room was much larger than expected with a nice balcony. The bed was very comfortable and the projector was a nice touch. The bathroom was really clean and the shower was really nice. All communication was clear and delivered in a friendly way. No balcony furniture meant I couldn’t sit in the sun in the morning, that would be something good for other guests.

• Zane (9/5): Lovely on the inside. Surprised me. I've been around a lot. - The first thing that struck me was how big the room is. It even had it's own terrace. The room was really well cleaned. Bed was done up very well. Theres like a massive projector so it's like your own personal cinema. Netflix was included. Bathroom is very clean. Theres a kitchen i did use it. I did have to go buy my own pot as there are no pots in the kitchen. Internet was fast and stable. it was a really nice stay. It's not suitable for people who can't climb loads of stairs.

• Thomas (8/5): Brilliant hosts who were friendly and had excellent communication to assist with check in - Brilliant location near Shoreditch and Brick Lane, definitely worth the price and all other guests were quiet too so I had a good nights sleep. Projector in the room is a nice touch instead of a TV and This is a shared apartment so you are allocated a bedroom but this wasn’t an issue at all, I didn’t even see any of the other guests although I knew they were there, no one was disruptive and no issues using the bathroom or kitchen

• Benjamin (10/5): A comfortable and well located stay with lots of positives - The stay was comfortable, the projector was inclusive with, ready to use/pre-signed in Netflix and other streaming platforms, the owner was friendly and quick to respond with questions, the place was clean, had a relaxing balcony and a comfy bed. Overall, the stay was very well priced and was a great choice for our visit to London, highly recommended.
• Marco (8/5): Great value next to brick lane! - Genuine not touristic neighborhood few steps from a wonderful and famous street called brick lane! Clean and easy to access. Super convenient bus stop just in front of the main door, takes u basically everywhere. Unfortunately being an old building you can hear the steps of the neighbors upstairs, compromising your sleep in the early morning.

Water left all over bathroom floor Entry to flats very dirty and tired looking and I was disappointed that we had to pay £50 to park our car for the two days we were there.

• John (10/5): Great room, I will stay again if I can get a booking. - Room was a good size. I liked that there was a terrace (although there is no furniture so one could not have effectively made use of the terrace), the glass door to the terrace provided a good light source. There was a projector above the bed but I didn't spot the remote controls on the desk until I was packing up to go. I actually left the room as I'd only booked a single night then rebooked for the following night, I found the room very comfortable. I have tried to book again for a couple of nights in July 2024, however sadly on Booking.com site the room is already showing as booked up when I tried to book it. The entrance hallway and staircase to the room are not as welcoming as it could be, however I accept this is a shared entrance and stairway and is only a small issue, don't judge the room on the entrance. The appearance of the entrance didn't stop me booking for a second night. I'd stay again if I am able to book it.

• Ellen (9/5): Superb - Great location, easy access to city, very good value for money for such a central location. Room itself was large, well presented and clean. Some would say sparse but comfortable....dont stay if you are looking for luxury but as somewhere clean and comfortable to just lay your head for the night at a good price for London, this would be hard to beat. Bathroom and kitchen shared but very clean and obviously well looked after. Great, friendly communications from the host. WiFi code could be left in the room but quick response from host when it was requested. Hallways a bit shabby and make sure you wait for the lights to come on before heading down the stairs which are irregular.
