• Amanda (8/5): Just okay - The apartment wasn’t the easiest to find but a quick text to Maria and she showed us what we should be looking for . Very noisy . Screaming , banging in to the early hours . The apartment wasn’t terrible by any means but it could have been so much better for the price . Some areas weren’t as clean as they should have been and the books on the tv stand at the least could have been neat . The shower was a squeeze and I’m petite . There was no shelf to put your shower gel /shampoo so difficult to have to reach up and down to the floor with limited room . Having to take your own rubbish to the bins (which were not located directly out side but about a street away) was less than ideal and the most inhospitable thing I have ever experienced .

I would like to say huge thanks to Maria who is an absolutely gem and an asset to this accommodation services, as she is incredibly polite, helpful and responds at all times. • Alessandro (8/5): We enjoyed our stay at Nazionale Dream - Blue Pavone - Position was great, an easy walk from the station, Mercato Centrale and other tourist sites. Maybe should be serviced every 2 or 3 days, however, to her credit host Maria was very responsive, made herself available and promptly delivered fresh towels when requested.

• Kay (9/5): Excellent location and very modern apartment - Very spacious, it was like home from home as had all the essential needed. It had good wi fi , comfy bed. Clean white bedding and towels . NEspresso Coffee machine that was an added bonus. Not much lighting in the bedroom, but overall it was very pleasant. The building externally is very old and I did worry before entering the apartment but once you’re inside you forget about it as the apartment is very modern and exceptionally clean

• Sheraaj (10/5): Your home away from home - Location, location, location !!! Pretty central to all major attractions, markets, and good quality restaurants. It was our home away from home. The bed was next level comfortable. Maria was the perfect host and was readily available to assist. Perfect 10/10 👌 Not applicable.

• Pieter (10/5): Exceptional - Great apartment in the middle of the city center. The apartment was clean & looks newly renovated, also walking distance to everything that we wanted to visit in Florence. Maria was a great host, she even helped us with our suitcases & let us leave our luggage at her office after checking out.
• Raymond (9/5): Great location and lovely stay. - The property was very modern having been recently renovated, its location is perfect being very close to the train station and centre of Florence. The beds were very comfortable with fresh white bedding and towels. Communication from owner and information pack very good. Although the apartment was very secure from the outside it had no safe meaning we had to carry our passports and money with us. There was no shelf in the shower cubicle for toiletries meaning you had to put them on the floor of the shower. The outer staircase up to the apartment smelled of damp and was not reflective of the beautiful apartment.

• Ricardo (9/5): Very satisfying - Well located, clean, and well furnished. Maria was very attentive and very nice. Lots of restaurants, pasticeries, and businesses around, including the mercato. Very convenient from the train station

Had a map and guest advice waiting. Free wifi and air conditioning. Clean bathrooms and bedding. Excellent commincation with host - very friendly and acccessible. Very pleased. Wish I was staying longer.

• Kaloyan (8/5): Very good - Location is good, close to the sites and train station.The size of the apartment was good, it is newly renovated and has all necessities one might need. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. This is not to say anything bad about the apartment but, the entire building was very noisy. I was happy that the apartment faces the interior yard, however the entire building is not sound insulated and it is noisy.
