- Timothy (10/5): - Honest, generous and understanding staff Place is great. Highly recommend
- Timothy (10/5): Best place I've stayed in a while - Staff, location, price, size and space to relax and move around the property Lack of security but it's reasonable
- Julie (2/5): - Great location The bed was so uncomfortable to the point I should of slept on the floor đ
- dylan (1/5): - Nothing The fact i payed money to stay there
- Sin Li (5/5): - I like the private room and bathroom seeing cockroachs on the meal table and black thin stringy stuff coming from tap used for drinking...which didn't drink. as it was sort of off putting
- Terry (7/5): -
- Joaquin (3/5): -
- Nil Marion (3/5): Avoid if you can - Convenient location. Room wasn't clean, looked like a basement. Was not worth $90

- Travis (1/5): Good for bongs not sleep. - Good location and allowed for late check in. Had the worst night sleep because other guests were out in the hallway drinking, smoking, singing and laughing until 5am. There were no reception staff to contact and no one to tell them off. What is the point of paying for a room to sleep if you canât sleep? Hard to enjoy much else at that point.

- Elise (1/5): - Cockroaches, room hadn't even been cleaned, items left from the person In it before me, not secure as I returned to find the window had been left open and someone had gone into the room while I was out. Paid $80 to stay in disgusting conditions . They haven't updated Info online and discriminate towards homeless Australians. Don't even bother to stay there it's appauling.
- Robert (6/5): - Good location and price Needed some work on cleaning and maintenance shower head arm kept falling down
- Luke (1/5): -
- Lara (8/5): - Owner, rooms
- nicole (1/5): disgusting bathroom sink loaded with old toothpaste, hairballs in the shower, taps dripping -

- Keil (4/5): DISSAPOINTING đ - Location is good, and central. Good value if your a backpacker, for everyone else with an Australian passport the cost goes up to $120. Rooms were hot and stuffy despite the air conditioner on, it doesn't really cool them much and only made the door jam. Not very clean, no toilet paper, bathrooms were flooded with water, holes in walls. You get what you pay for- it's a backpackers, allthough even for a backpackers I found it below average. đ€·đŸââïž Cleanliness

- Keith and Bek (3/5): If you want to stay in a room that hasn't been cleaned then this is the place for you - The only thing we liked was that the room had a TV The bathroom had not been cleaned. There was someone else's hair all over the floor and in the hand basin. The quilt cover had stuff on it like it had not been washed in between stays. We didn't have a fridge in the room like we did last time and that was not stated in the listing. Also there was a lot of yelling and screaming happening during the night. We tried messaging the motel but got no response. Also if you need anything you can only contact them for a few hours in the morning and then a few hours in the evening. Makes it very hard
- Amir (1/5): This easily qualifies for the worst place to stay in all of Australia. - nothing Every time there is a random person at reception. This time, a racist old local with no shirt, ready to attack customers if he didn't like them. They charge for towel which have stains discoloured and smelly.
- Dario (7/5): -
- Peter (7/5): - Great location, short walk to just about anywhere in town. Basic rooms but the price matches.
- Dinakaran (1/5): Very very bad - Waste of money Nothing to say

- Emma (1/5): Strange people, strange how management let's it happen - Where do i even begin? The room i shared was with an older lady who lives there. She's made the room her home and was so fussy and telling me all these rules she's made. Even threatening to lock people out after a certain time and if they aren't back before then you have to sleep on the shared lounge. Apparently she's chosen to clean the room and not let the cleaners in so there is mold in the shower and around the windows which also doesn't have fly screens on. She's tied rope between the beds to hang her washing on and its a choaking hazard if you don't duck. The beds squeak from the slightest movement and the mattress dips in places. There was no toilet paper in the dispenser and only a small amount on a role sitting on top which ran out pretty quickly
- Dalida Joanna (4/5): - Drunk woman in my room :(

Cleanliness of room was very poor, bathroom looked like it hadnât been clean for a long time. There were cables and extension leads running out of the room and was overall not a great experience.

- Heard (1/5): - Nothing, Fix your attitude!
It doesn't cost anything to be kind and I don't like people who hide behind a mask and are nasty.
In saying that, its also not polite to cough on people!
If your sick don't go to work as the owner has 2 places which you pointed out and the other one has nice staff!
Kind regards,

- Vincent (8/5): If you are looking for value od the money, and for the - The location Ăs handy if someone like to hang around the city. Bus is close by Ji, J 2 catching to the airport, accomodation is valua for the money. Only the location and the staff
- Daniel (8/5): Pleasant travel experience surrounded by friendly staff and backpackers. - Friendly staff, nice n close to all the action in the city.
- Jason (1/5): Shit - Cancelled booking / they double booked Staff very rude
- Stephen (5/5): -
- Falkiner (10/5): - Yes it was a nice stay
- Libby (1/5): The worst stay of my life - Where to even start, do not stay here! Broken glass window, minimal lock on the door, unprofessional communication re late check in. Even uber driver said this is not a safe place to stay. Only stayed one night and honestly wouldâve left if I couldâve booked elsewhere.
- Danielle (9/5): Home away from home, highly recommended. In a funky part of the CBD and safe. - Stayed for two weeks over two weekends. The location is towards the end of Hindley Street, but very walkable to the mall and Oval. You can reach it from the airport with the city bus or a taxi ($22) It is surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops etc in a busy area. A previous review had said the area was seedy, I walked home on a Friday nite at 11;30 and found it safe, though there was clearly a clubbing crowd out and about. I used an e scooter for alot of my time there.
The room was spacious (11) and had everything I needed. There was very little noise. The only noise I had was from the internal stairwell door opening and closing as patrons came in on the Saturday nite. Otherwise very little noise. The room had everything I needed and I grabbed some stuff from the kitchen to eat from and etc. The washing machine worked well, though the dryer was not working. There is a laundromat very close by that I used the second week I was there.
Water pressure was good and hot water plentiful
The bed was big and comfortable, and the room had a cool little table, hanging rack, some fake plants and nice touches to give it a vibe. I added some fairy lights and I was set.
Airconditioning and heating worked very well.
Julie checked me in and was fabulously helpful throughout my stay. She never failed to answer a question or assist me. Only a very few small things. The motel side is older but nice..This means that the fridge worked but did run noisy at night. I got used to after the first few nights, but if you are there on a short stay it may bother you. The water was plentiful, though the taps needed a little managing when turning them on and off. No storage surface in the bathroom, again not really an issue, but I was there for 2 weeks, so I grabbed a $7 hanger from KMart, The communal areas are kept clean and tidy though the overall walls are a little dusty. That's something that happens with most buildings.

- Nikki_37 (1/5): Disappointing overpriced accommodation - I dont have any good to say about this place They didn't provide any bath towels or soap. The shower hadn't even been cleaned as well as the floor had not been vacuumed. There was no cloth, teatowel or dish scrubbers provided for the kitchenette. And no coffee provided. The staff member that done my check in was very rude, insinuating that my passport could of been fake! She treated me like I was trouble from the get go, yet I am far from that as a person. I'm a single hard working women who has had trouble finding myself accommodation so her attitude topped everything off for me. I suggest nobody goes there until they improve their business. Very unhappy with their overpriced accomodation
- Chloe (7/5): -
- Sybil (9/5): Convenience, comfort and close to Royal Adelaide hospitality - Staff (Tullie) was warm and very helpful The other guests in the ladies only dom could have kept the bathroom a bit tidy
- Gabriella (8/5): Value for money, good location. Highly recommend if youâre on a budget đđ - Good location, friendly and helpful manager The bathroom wasnât the cleanest, I donât think our towels had been laundered and there where someoneâs whiskers in the sink but other than that the room was great.
- Robert (1/5): - Nothing Didn't like nor getting a refund

Enjoyed it so much we have extended our stay. Nothing
- Robyn (1/5): -
- Matt (10/5): Eventful - Really friendly and super relaxed. Would highly recommend Nothing, it was perfect
- Siobhan (1/5): It was a hot mess of a place. Charmless and grubby and broken. So bad I almost miss it. - It was close to my work appointments. Toilet didnât flush. I had to pour water from the kettle as a make-shift flush. The broken cistern made a constant sound like a jet engine. There were syringes and drug paraphernalia inside the cistern (discovered while trying to fix broken flush-No reception staff on site to consult). I had to jam a washing-up brush in the cistern mechanism to stop the noise/flow.. The curtains rail was off its hook and curtain falling off - I had to stand on a rickety chair to re-attach so as to have some privacy. All surfaces were sticky. The carpet was so wet in parts it squelched under foot. The bed cover was paper thin and the nights cold. While the art above the bed was hideous, I actually came to quite liked it - like a weird kitsch consolation prize.
- Paul (1/5): Wasted money - never again - Didnât even get to see room Apparently at 9 pm I booked the room the day before
So when I arrive next day
No room
- Christopher (5/5): - Was ok for the nights i stayed The bathroom was not cleaned, and there was rubbish left in the room
- Carl (4/5): thankfully it was only for 1 night - only the location the whole place
- Taylor (3/5): -
- Mary (5/5): Neighbourhood a bit unsavoury but within walking distance and met my needs - No breakfast but close to the Oval Fridge froze everything pretty basic but good enough for me. I had private room. Hostel part didn't look great from the bit I saw
- Christopher (1/5): - First 2 days i was put in wrong room ,next room was complete mould Crows fish station in our fridge microwave room everywhere the owner Gary broke the air con hose that these inside the wall and leads out the bottom all over my floor everyday neurological wiring now he's saying he wants me out because I'll keep complaining when all I've done is try to rent this room or trying to get a single room and a good deal but he's supposed to rip me off Telly f*** yeah he'll come down throw me out so I'm charged with Owners treats to hurt me if I dont leave
