Cheap and has the good basics if you want to spend a few days in London while spending most of your time out. A bit noisy
- James (1/5): Horrendous - No bedding for second bed so couldn’t stay had to go home Filthy, no bedding, blood on main bed, no kettle, building was under renovation so builders dust and dirt all over
- Karwai (1/5): Paid for five days but stayed one night only and ran away to stay in other hotel! Waste of money!!! - Nothing is liked. Booking.com should remove this site from the platform. The building is a jobsite. no wifi at all!
- Dame (1/5): Waste of money. - The only thing is that the flat is close to the metro and proximity. The place was dirty, no linen for the sofa bed. The cutlery and pot/pans were rusty and of no use. No wi-fi and the manager was so irresponsible - we asked him to come in few times to no avail.

- Steven (1/5): My stay was awful. Filthy apartment, unhelpful Owner. - Not much to like apart from the location. Stay was terrible. The flat was filthy when I arrived. Wet towels over door and chair, lots of rubbish left in kitchen in boxes and bags, the bathroom was disgusting covered in dirt and makeup all over the sink with no toilet paper left, the bed had almost no covers on it and the bed itself was filthy. Covers were in left in bundles in the wardrobe. The heating didn't seem to work and I had to sleep on the couch because of the state on the bed the first night. I had tried to get the host to have the room cleaned, but since I couldn't wait around for a reply, I left with the keys. Then an hour later I was told there's only one set of keys so the room was left uncleaned. The following day after arranging for the room to be cleaned in the afternoon, the cleaner arrived early around 10am. I hadn't slept that night because the neighbours were literally screaming at eachother for the entire night while I tried to sleep on the couch. I had left the flat for the day and the cleaner cleaned most of the place but the bathroom sink was still blocked as I had found it. Late that night when I came back, I found the bed sheets that the cleaner had but on the bed were soaking wet. I had no choice but to sleep over them in my clothes as i hadn't slept at all at this stage and it was too cold to sleep in the kitchen on the couch. The owner seemed not to care much for my complaints and that their badly managed flat made my weekend very hard to enjoy. They have a slow response time and don't seem to be too worried about the comfort of their guests. Just get a hotel for an extra few quid. After asking about the possibility of a partial refund they stopped replying.

- Jeannette (1/5): Skuffende, snusket og slet ikke lig billeder og beskrivelse. - Lejligheden ligger i et meget usselt og snusket område, den var ikke blevet rengjort før indtjekning. Vi måtte selv skifte sengetøjet. Det så ud som om de forrige gæster lige var smuttet, udlejer var dog hurtig til at svare og tilbød en anden lejlighed men den var fyldt med mig og skimmel. Derfor blev løsningen at vi skiftede sengetøjet og så ville der blive gjort rent dagen efter, hvilket der også gjorde. Men det hele bærer præg af at være en udlejningslejlighed, meget snusket og bestemt ikke en lejlighed vi kan anbefale og kommer heller ikke tilbage en anden gang,

No part of this place was cleaned, bed not changed, dirt and debris on literally every surface with some added public hair in the bedroom, toilet had pee on it, sink full of debris, rubbish bag in the wardrobe, smashed glass furniture and covered in muck, just generally disgusting. Owners have continued to ignore mine and booking.com messages for a refund as we couldn't stay in that filth.

- fairn (8/5): Clean and tidy - Nice stay wish it had wi fi but it’s affordable through week, clean and tidy Misses Wi Fi and tv be great but nothing major was clean and tidy
- Smith (1/5): Terrible, avoid!! - The flat was filthy, there was rubbish left everywhere when we arrived, they didn’t even bother to clean it. When we tried contacting them there was no response. There wasn’t even clean linen or towels, would avoid this flat! Only thing going for it is that it’s near Camden market.
- Ellie (1/5): Didnt even get to stay, no keys no refund - Nothing, keys were not there and still have not been refunded for this stay when we couldn’t get in and didn’t get to acc stay here No keys at entrance, had to stay elsewhere as host did not answer calls and asked to message on WhatsApp, couldn’t get in at all, still no refund. Completely unreasonable and unhelpful. DO NOT STAY HERE

- Judy (1/5): Gross, don't bother staying here. - Nothing tbh, it was grubby. We had to provide our own toilet paper for gods sake! As a serviced accommodation property the clue is in the title you provide basic items, like toilet paper, washing up liquid. The dishwasher wasn't working and had been standing stagnant for god knows how long so there were flies around the area...yuck (check out the reviews and you will see guests had the same problem months ago). The whole flat made me feel unclean and I couldn't wait to leave so I could get home and have a shower. See above!

- Victoria (3/5): Nice location and size but unresponsive owner. Cleanliness needs to be improved. - Location, the size of the apartment, bed was comfortable. Really pool communication with the owner. Not responsive. Had to wait until 1 hours before arrival ti get instructions about checkin. Not replying to messages. No wifi available although clearly stated that there is wifi and not responsive when asked about wifi.
- Rose Marie (3/5): very bad experience and the worst part! I found a dead mouse on the carpet when I left! - I paid 200 Euro for two nights and expected this flat to be clean and relatively pleasant. Kindly reimburse me 100 Euro - this flat was not in any condition to be let and I will report this to booking.com and pursue a claim for reimbursement through them.

- James (1/5): The worst apartment I have ever stayed in - the hosts ignore your messages and it is dirty - I have absolutely nothing good to say about this apartment. - The apartment had NOT BEEN CLEANED properly: dirty kitchen, dust everywhere, stains, hairs, horrible old dirty sofas, blocked sink in bathroom etc.
Furthermore, the washing machine had not been uploaded and neither had the dishwasher. The contents of the dishwasher were full of grime and bacteria because it looked like it hadn’t been unloaded in weeks or months.
- No bin bag: just a kitchen bin with old food in it, with flies – disgusting.
- The hosts ignored almost all messages, as well as not fixing issues raised
- The house is super noisy, with noise coming from other flats, traffic outside and from the trains. It is hard to sleep peacefully
- The house itself is falling apart and is not maintained
- A utility cupboard full of rubbish and dust
- No kettle
- Nothing for making coffee
- Uncomfortable and dirty bed
DO NOT STAY HERE. This place needs to be shut down, removed from Booking.com and investigated by the council.

- Sebastien (3/5): Poor and Uncomfortable but great location! - Great location, 5mins walk to Subway and Roundhouse Venue, 10mins walk to Camden.
Shops, pubs/bars, restaurants all nearby.
That’s the only thing this place has got going to it. - Room smells lightly of damp
- Apartment look’s very tiered
- Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes (as mentioned in other reviews)
- Washing machine was full of laundry
- Wet bedding chucked into the wardrobe (which seemed clean)
- Wet towels on the towel rack (again which seemed clean)
- Bedsheets barely fitted the mattress, stretched.
- Pillows where flat as a pancake
- The “spare bed” is a Click Clack sofa which is as hard as marble flooring!
- Metro noises can be heard at night (not good for light sleepers)
- Wifi didn’t work.
- Poor/Zero communication from host when needing support.

- Sebastian (1/5): Experiencia para olvidar - La conexión con metros y buses hacia toda la ciudad. Un estado de suciedad nunca antes visto, el lavavajillas está lleno de vajilla sucia y agua estancada con olor a podrido, ni siquiera cerraba para evitar que el olor no saliera, no funciona claramente.
El lavarropas estaba cargado de ropa lavada que en los 4 días que estuvimos nadie vino a sacar.
No había ningún tipo de producto básico, ni siquiera papel higiénico ni bolsas para los cestos de basura.
Eramos 3 personas y había una sola toalla. En el único placard había ropa de cama secándose con olor a humedad. Había dos almohadas para tres personas. El estado de suciedad era asqueroso.
No hay wifi.
La comunicación es muy complicada, respondió al momento de la reserva y luego ya no respondió nunca más cuando le planteábamos estos problemas de higiene; veníamos de una cancelación en otro piso y fue lo que conseguimos a último momento en temporada alta, pedimos factura para reclamar a Booking y no nos la mandó.
Es sumamente ruidoso por las noches. Además es una casa que está sudividida en 6 departamentos de alquiler turístico, nosotros estábamos abajo y los ruidos de los de arriba a altas horas de la noche eran molestos; también se escuchan ruidos del exterior. Es una pena porque el lugar tiene potencial, como se ve en las fotos, pero está muy mal atendido y mantenido.

- Avtar (2/5): Would not recommend this place - It was close to Chalk Farm Underground The property and facilities are nothing like the pictures. The towels stunk of damp, no extra blanket for the sofa bed, and I contacted the host to complain about no kettle and my text was ignored.

If anything I'm dissapointed I couldn't stay longer.
- Trish (10/5): Exceptional - The location was easy to get to from Camden and Chalk Farm Station. The apartment had everything we needed. Double bed in a very spacious bedroom and a pull out double bed in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped and clean, as was the bathroom. Communication with the owner was prompt. We would definitely stay at this property again. Ideal for 2 couples. Also a super reasonable price 👌 🙂

- Rebecca (8/5): Great location! - Perfect location for Camden, Roundhouse etc. good sized flat, good shower. Make sure you switch the red switch on for hot water (works fine). Helpful and responsive host. No kettle. Sewage smell outside front door to building.

- Ramona (6/5): Pleasant - The flat has an amazing location and very close to attractions. Easy to find as well as on a main road. We did not like that the flat was not very clean when we arrived, floor, hob, radiators. Also the bedding was not ironed therefore you could easily think they were not clean, which we though they were but, it is hard to tell. Bed headboard is broken, and one of the blinds are broken as well. Toilet was blocked which we managed to unblock, we did not have hot water for the night as the boiler was turned off which we did not realise at arrival and was not instant to heat up the water. The flat is not very homely, no pictures or anything on walls, needs a bit of TLC like shower gel holder, tiles to be fixed, walls etc. This made our stay a bit unfriendly.
- Holly (8/5): Very good - Everything was clean and it was a comfortable stay. The host responded quickly to any queries and made sure we had an easy check in. The location was perfect as its close to train stations and walking distance to the center (and Electric Ballroom which was the purpose of our trip) There's no TV in the flat so I recommend bringing a laptop or similar if you wish to watch anything during your stay. It was a bit noisy from people in the flats above and street noise, but some of that is also due to it being so central.
- Matt (4/5): No hot water, broken window, blocked sink - spacious flat, cheap No hot water, no kettle, Window broken in open position and it was freezing so had to fix that myself, broken furniture, blocked sink in bathroom. Host not helpful.
