Pre-aithorization hold: For security purposes, a pre-authorization hold maybe placed on your card 24 hours before your check in date. This will be released after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges.
Guest and Cardholder Name match: The guest name must match the cardholders name. If the names do not match, you will be required to provide a photo of the cardholders valid ID, and proof of payment, such as a screenshot of the transaction showing our merchant name, payment amount and process dates (please corp or mark sensitive account information or other transactions) from your bank account or payment provider (not from the booking platform). If you are unable to provide a transaction screenshot, a photo of the card used to pay (showing only the last 4 digits and cardholder name) may be requested to confirm that you are authorized to use the card.

- Jürgen (10/5): A perfect base to explore Melbourne and the Yarra Valley - Perfect spot near Albert park and very close to the city. The apartment was very open, with lots of windows and light. The owner was very pro-active and helpful. A tram takes you to the city center in 15 min. If you have a car there is a reserved spot in the underground carpark. Nothing to report
