• Tomei (1/5): Buena ubicación, lo demás todo mejorable - La ubicación La ubicación del apartamento es buena, pero la experiencia general ha sido muy decepcionante. Desde el principio, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue deficiente: le pedimos varias veces la contraseña del wifi y nunca nos la facilitó. Además, nos ofreció un moisés, pero cuando llegamos no tenía ni sábanas, y nos lo comunicó el mismo día de salida, lo cual no tiene sentido. También se indicaba que el alojamiento disponía de secador, pero no había ninguno. En cuanto al estado del apartamento, deja mucho que desear. El techo del baño estaba completamente lleno de moho. El mobiliario está muy deteriorado, prácticamente se cae a trozos, y tanto los muebles como el suelo estaban muy sucios y llenos de polvo; incluso el suelo se hunde al caminar. Las ventanas de las habitaciones no se pueden abrir, lo cual es un problema importante. Además, encontramos telarañas y una falta general de limpieza. Las habitaciones están muy mal equipadas: no hay ni una mesa, y la supuesta mesa de la televisión son simplemente dos mesitas de noche juntas. En resumen, aunque la ubicación es lo único positivo, el estado, la limpieza y la atención del anfitrión hacen que no recomendemos este alojamiento.

• Alberto (5/5): Calidad precio aceptable. Algo sucio - La ubicación. La parada del metro está a menos de 10 minutos andando y te deja en el centro La limpieza. No estaba muy limpio, sobretodo el baño y la entrada. La entrada de bajo compartida estaba muy muy sucia y tenía mal olor
• Yanela (8/5): Muy recomendable!! - Amabilidad del personal. Limpieza y orden. Muy espacioso. Wifi. Ropa blanca a disposición. Muy bien equipada, un placer. La parada del bus es a la vuelta, llegar al centro es accesible. Éramos 7 y solo teníamos 5 sillas, lo cual nos fue muy incómodo. Una de las camas era muy incómoda. La entrada al establecimiento estaba desprolija.
• Paris (7/5): Spacieux - 3 grandes chambres et proches des commerces . Infos pour les futures location, c'est a 40 min su centre de Londre mais ça nous le savions, en revanche, il y a de la moisissure sur le plafond de la douche. Les voisins en dessous la première nuit une catastrophe la musique a fond tremblement sur le sol VRAIMENT horrible ... Ça a durer une bonne heure et demi. A minuit.
• JOSE MANUEL (3/5): Un alojamiento que no recomiendo - No está preparado para un grupo de 8 personas como era nuestro caso. El sofá cama que aparece en el anuncio no es el mismo y resulta muy incómodo dormir dos personas ahí. La mesa del salón sólo tiene 5 sillas, al igual que los vasos que son escasos. El alojamiento no estaba muy limpio, incluso nos encontramos taza llena de café. Tuvimos que desatascar el desagüe del lavabo del cuarto de baño porque estaba atascado y salía toda la porquería que había dentro, ya que tiene el desagüe abierto. Resumiendo no lo recomiendo, buscar algo mejor si podéis.
• David (7/5): Estadia cumpriu - O apartamento fica a 5m a pé da estação de metro de Manor House e relativamente perto do centro O aquecimento funciona bem Cozinha bem equipada A entrada tem muitos papeis espalhados no chão dando um ar de abandono A casa acomoda 8 pessoas mas só tem 6 cadeiras e uma mesa pequena que já não está em condições Manchas de sujidade no sofá
• SILVIA (6/5): Correcte just - Prop del metro i del bus, els llits són calents, la cuina està molt ben equipada, l’airfryer és un bon punt. Té dos supermercats molt pròxims i el barri és molt tranquil. El personal de l’allotjament s’ha ofert a solucionar els problemes que tinguéssim. La neteja bàsica és correcte. La porta de l’apartament interior és de riure, tampoc està indicat quin és el B i quin l’A. La calefacció no funcionava, sense tarifa de telèfon no vaig poder trucar el propietari, tot i que es va oferir. La pica del lavabo estava completament embossada i no es podia fer servir. Necessita una neteja a fons. L’apartament està preparat per 6 o més persones, però només hi ha 5 cadires. No hi ha wifi.

• Huvelin (6/5): Ok pour un WE mais je n'y resterai pas plus longtemps - La grandeur de l'appartement, la salle de bain, la cuisine équipée Le mobilier qui est branlant : table qui menace de s'écrouler, il suffirait de visser les pieds correctement, 5 chaises pour 6 personnes,
• Sarah (8/5): Modern clean flat in fairly quiet area with comfortable beds, all we needed for short stay with a responsive host, would - The location was fairly good for us attending a concert in Tottenham hot spurs stadium, (20 mins tops in an uber), also considering it was in a city it was a fairly quite area especially at night so even with the windows open we slept well even on the sofa bed, we did find all the beds comfortable. The flat is pretty modern in a clear and simple way which makes it easy to keep clean. There was plenty of hang space in the wardrobes. The kitchen was well equipped and even had an air fryer. The host responded well with me also. It was also good it had an extra separate toilet even though it was a very small narrow room it was good to have with 4 of us staying. There were lots of plugs in most of the rooms and there were even fans provided which was great in the extreme temperatures we had. The blinds were blackout which is great and easy to use. We booked this property for the on street parking with parking permit but unfortunately when I called a few days before our stay to check on everything I found out that they didn’t currently have the parking permit so I had to last minute scramble to find safe parking near by. The host did offer me a parking permit for of street parking at another of his properties in Camden Town which he said was a 15 minute walk away but unfortunately for us that was no good as I’ve recently had a heart attack and can’t be wheeling a suitcase across London, I did find parking on someone’s drive just round the corner , but I think it would be good to either take of the listing that it has parking until new permit is obtained or let customers know in advance that the situation has changed because if I hadn’t called we would have arrived in a car with no where to park it and had that stress on arrival after a long drive. Also the dining table and chairs were really wobbly and need tightening or replacing and the seal on the shower door was loose but again that’s an easy fix and just something from wear tear. The front door is very temperamental and trick which was a little worrying late at night if we were gonna be able to get in but I did feel confident that if we had any issues Chris the host would answer and respond to me quickly and sort things out. Tea towel and had towel in kitchen would have been good especially when trying to get hot things out the oven.

• August (8/5): Very good - Nice location and very nice and equipped kitchen. Get beter sofa in front of tv.. This folding bed in front of tv is painful to sit on longer than 10 minutes

• Deeyo (6/5): Location was good, near the metro or 10mins walk. The instructions guven to me on how to find the key was wrong. I also - Location and it has spacious rooms. The mattresses were stained, the duvets were degrading and stained, strands of hair found on linen sheets. I also have to make the bed and apply the sheets and duvet covers. No hand soap in the toilet nor washing up liquid provided.
• Valeria (10/5): Cozy and clean. - The house is beautiful very comfortable and clean, has extra comfortable beds!! We got fresh linen and clean towels the hose was immaculate! The location is confortable as is close to shops and the tube. The shower is lovely, has an extra little toilet very cute. A nice big tv and the kitchen is well equipped, has even an air fryer and a capsule coffee machine. We were really comfortable, rooms have wardrobes, is very quiet! Lovely to rest after walking all around town. Thank you I will definitely recommend this place. Can’t complain
• Hon (7/5): Overall is okay. Value for money - Good price , clean & location near underground & bus stop Walk up staircase too narrow & without handrail. Main access door lock difficult to unlock.
• Aron (5/5): Passable - The apartment is in a nice location, situated near Finsbury Park. The bedrooms were spacious. Very basic apartment, furniture was quite cheap and wobbly. The beds were not that comfortable. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.
• Carole (10/5): Christian was very helpful and responsive! He even gave us tips on how to navigate the subway, and the congestion zone. - Great convenient location for the tube to London! Lovely park right nearby to walk, etc. Convenient grocery stores around the corner. Interesting layout of the property – one long hallway, off of which were all the bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen. But not a problem – historic neighborhood.

Kitchen well equipped with coffee machine, air drier , utensils The staff look after the place, Christian is exceptional , did everything to make our stay more enjoyable. We were very happy with the service Christian provided .

Close to supermarkets Nice and clean apartment, all the basic you need for a few days stay Comfortable beds Wifi could have been better, sometimes it worked very bad and sometimes there were no problem.
• Lea (8/5): Modern and quiet flat within good distance to central London. - This modern and clean flat is perfect for a short to medium stay in London. It is equipped with comfortable furniture, towels, and kitchen items. For London, the neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful while still being close to local shops and restaurants. Central London is easy to reach and not too far away. It would have been nice to have hand soap and shower gel. The check-in could be improved by clearly labelling which door leads into flat A or B to avoid confusion.

Chris was super quick with his responses. Overall a great place to stay in London if you need a big place in an accesible location at value for money prices. The doors should have stoppers

• Michaela (9/5): Great! - Perfect place to stay for group of people. Great location (zone 2/3), close to the bus stops, underground so you can easily get to the centre. Communication was also easy and Chris was very helpful. I would definitely choose this apartment again. Kitchen could be more equipped. We were also missing the hangers, but as this is a new accomodation I believe with another guests it will be better and better.
• Leoš (6/5): Affordable place for a group of 6 to 7 people, not too far away from the center in a reasonable neighborhood, with the k - It is fair to state upfront that we were looking for a low-cost accommodation for a family of six people. And this was a low-cost accommodation that we could afford, so thanks. It was clean, the neighborhood was OK, not so far away from the center (30 min.) and relatively close to the metro station Manor house (7 min). The equipment of the kitchen was practically new, cutlery and pans needed a bit of cleaning before we could use them, but otherwise it was OK. It was quiet. When we learned how to turn on the heater, it was also pleasantly warm and we had hot water. Handing over the key was very easy because of the safe attached next to the main door. There was a tiny grocery store 30 seconds from the house and the Sainsbury store about five minutes away. The neighbor downstairs with a separate entrance was a nice man. Number one is that when we arrived late in the night, the heater was off and the only difference between the outside and the inside were just the house walls – it was freezing cold inside as much as outside. We had to study how to turn the heater on (including the boiler for heating up the water), so that in the morning, when we woke up, it was finally Relatively warm inside. We hope that the owner will learn his lesson and turn the heater on well ahead of time for the next customers to come by himself. This will make a huge difference, I’m sure. If I was the owner, I would try to respond immediately and with full care. I’m not saying that the owner was not responsive and kind, but his reactions and their timing were far below the expectations. And finally, one of the rooms (at the very back) would benefit from a simple wardrobe for clothes.
