- Johann (10/5): Auf jedenfalls eine Reise wert, diese herrliche Gran.Suit in St.Pölten.! - Die Gran.Suite war so wunderschön, harmonisch, farblich eingerichtet, das man ganz ruhig, entspannend die Zeit dort verbringen konnte. Es war wirklich an jede Kleinigkeit, Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Geschirr, usw. gedacht, das man auch mal eine Kleinigkeit, zubereiten konnte. Man konnte auch in der Nähe ganz gut Essen gehen. Die Lage war in jeder Hinsicht, für uns optimal. Gerne immer wieder mal. Da ich behindert bin, wäre es noch praktisch, wenn der Hintereingang auch einen Treppenlauf gehabt hätte. Da das Objekt aber unter Denkmalschutz stand, bin ich nicht sicher, ob dieser so einfach montiert werden darf. Auf der Vorderseite ist aber der Eingang optimal.

- Nikolaus (5/5): Praktisches Appartement in einem heruntergekommen wirkenden Haus - Das Appartement war in Ordnung und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Haus in welchem sich das Appartement befindet allerdings und die Lage desselben waren absolut nicht top. Das Haus war heruntergekommen, d.h. es wirkte wie ein Spekulationsobjekt, wo man trachtet die alten MieterInnen
durch mangelhafte Pflege und Instandsetzungen des Hauses, zum Auszug zu bewegen.
- Bos (9/5): Ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien, - Locatie vlakbij centrum en station. Ruime appartement van alle gemakken voorzien (wasmachine en afwasmachine). Uitstekende wifi. De buitenkant van het gebouw ziet er niet uit. Ik dacht aan het verkeerde adres te zijn. Het zou handig zijn bij de voordeur een naambordje op te hangen. Maar van binnen prima. Een airco zou het afmaken.
- Тоня (8/5): - Nice bright, stylish apartment with beautiful hardwood floors. Clean dishes are a nice touch. Parking in a backyard is very convenient. The location is good, and a lot of stores are nearby. Unfortunately, there was a lot of dust. Very unpleasant accident with a washing machine. Some of the previous guests left black underpants. I briefly looked inside but didn't notice them. It didn't occur to me to double-check, and as a result- all my whites were ruined (I was washing load of only white clothes). There are some flaws with furniture, it is sure nice and stylish, but with noticeable abrasions. There is an upsence of A/C, but I have to say there was a fan.
