• Juan Antonio (10/5): - Todo fue maravilloso, la localización el estado y limpieza del apartamento y el proceso de entrada. Volveremos la próxima vez que vayamos a Florencia
• Émilie (8/5): - Le logement est confortable, bien équipé et sécurisé. Idéalement situé à 5min à pieds de la gare et proche de toutes les visites à faire. Les tapis et les chaises sont tachés. Nous avions choisi ce logement car il est équipé d'une baignoire à remous, celle ci est hors service et on nous a proposé une bouteille de vin en compensation que nous n'avons jamais eu.
• Sara (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de los puntos de interés y todos los servicios necesarios en la misma calle ( bazar, estanco, supermercado, bares, restaurantes, alimentacion, panaderia, taquillas para guardar msletas, etc). Es propiedad privada, solo tiene acceso al recinto quien se aloje alli. Está muy bien decorado y distribuido. Tal cual las fotos. Muy bien equipado en cuanto menaje y utiles del hogar. Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrion. La bañera de hidromasaje no funcionaba. El aire acondicionado dificil de manejar y no enfriaba demasiado.
• Régis (10/5): A hostess Mariana foi muito atenciosa. Apartamento ótimo - Apartamento excelente, tudo novinho, espaçoso. Ter que retirar o lixo e levar até um ponto de coleta.
• Amelia (8/5): - Appartamento, carino, arredato con gusto e con ottimo uso degli spazi interni. Ben tenuto e pulito. Il condizionatore dell'appartamento non funzionava correttamente e quello della camera da letto era sempre in funzione con la ventola al massimo facendo un rumore fastidioso che non ci ha fatto dormire tutta notte. Non c'era nessuna possibilità di modificare ne la temperatura, ne la velocità della ventola. Inoltre, avevo chiesto un cambio lenzuola a metà soggiorno che non è stato fatto.

• Donna (10/5): Outstanding flat, very well situated. - We had a wonderful stay at Unyca Luxury Central Suite. Perfectly situated for all the main attractions, literally 5 minutes walk from the train station and the tram, the flat is really lovely, very clean and the staff are absolutely outstanding. Any requests were dealt with immediately and in a very professional and friendly way. We will definitely visit again. Bravo!
• Aleksandra (1/5): Uncomfortable, there is no way that the AC broke as soon as we arrived. - Location AC in the upper bedroom(loft) was not working from day one, AC in the living room stopped working in the middle of our stay. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We were told by the host that the AC can’t be fixed and we could get 80 euro refund. Pressure in the shower minimal. I can provide a video.
