• Veseli (10/5): - Everything. The location was about a 6–7 minute walk to Saint Peter’s Square. The room was CLEAN, and there was also room service; our room was cleaned and prepared every day, which we didn’t expect because we thought of the place as more of a B&B style. There was a fridge, coffee, tea, and most importantly, a BIDET in the toilet, which is actually ultra rare in Italy. Dora the hostess was super helpful with us. She communicated via WhatsApp and told me everything we needed — how to get to the inn from the airport, self check-in instructions, nearby restaurants, and more. If we ever come back to Rome, we already know where we’re staying. Nothing, we liked everything. The only small thing we noticed and would change was the water pressure in the overhead shower. The handheld shower head had perfect pressure, but when we switched to the overhead shower, the pressure dropped a bit. This is just a small suggestion so future guests won’t have anything to mention. Overall, everything was great.

• Camilla (9/5): - Molto comodo perché vicino alla metro Ottaviano e a San Pietro. Zona con molti ristoranti e bar. Camera ampia, pulita, silenziosa e letti comodi. Bagno ampio, area comune com a disposizione acqua fresca, thè e caffè. Personale molto gentile e comoda la gestione di tutto il.check in da remoto. Consiglierei un attaccapanni nell'ingresso visto lo spazio a disposizione, sarebbe utile per appendere le giacche e non dover utilizzare il guardaroba.
• Nelson (10/5): - We stayed in Rome for 5 days and our choice of accommodation at 52 Vespasiano Vatican Suites turned out to be an absolutely fabulous and sensible choice. The location was excellent - the Vatican, the river, the city's historic centre, the metro, restaurants and bars: all within walking distance. The room was charming, spotless, and very comfortable. We found the small coffee and tea corner inside the apartment's common area very sweet and welcoming. The hosts, Rossella and Dora, were kind, helpful and professional. Thank you for the lovely stay. We'll most certainly be back.

• Jackie (10/5): Excellent stay and a great position and the host Rossella was very helpful. - The property is in an excellent location with many of the fabulous sites and restaurants within walking distance. The shower could do with some upgrading but it was very clean.

C'erano tutti i confort necessari e nella zona in entrata delle camere anche un angolo a disposizione con acqua, bibite, patatine, caramelle, caffè. La padrona di casa molto gentile e disponibile, infatti ci ha consentito di utilizzare la camera tre ore prima del check in. . tutto perfetto.
• Markella (8/5): - Our experience was very nice except for one mishap that was resolved. The room was clean. Every day they came and gave us new towels and cleaned it. They also had snacks, soft drinks and water at no extra charge. Everything was close to us, from the metro to the Vatican.

Le indicazioni per il check in chiare e semplici. Internet incluso e un kit di benvenuto per la doccia. Direi molto buono. Unico appunto consiglio di mettere il doccino in un bicchiere con aceto per un giorno e poi funzionerà benissimo

• Carmen Jesus (10/5): Apartamento cerca del Vaticano - Buena ubicación (al lado del Vaticano y de parada de metro), todo muy limpio y ordenado. Rossella súper amable, muy atenta y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. Edwin también fue muy amable. Tenían snacks (patatas, bollería, caramelos, máquina de café) y bebidas disponibles (refrescos y agua) en la zona común. El día de Nochevieja nos dejaron copas y prosecco para brindar.

• RUGGIERO (9/5): - Posizione fantastica, vicino alla metro e a 2 passi dal Vaticano. La zona è piena di locali e negozi quindi comoda per tutto. La sera si gira senza paura. La procedura di check in è comoda. Non ho mai visto l'host ma ho sempre avuto la sensazione che ci fosse. Gentile, premurosa e cordiale. Anche se la colazione non è compresa, all'ingresso c'è un angolo con caffè, acqua e snack completamente gratuita e a disposizione degli ospiti, oltre a delle merendine in camera. Comodo anche il servizio di deposito bagagli. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera un po piccolina per 3 persone (due adulti ed un bambino) e senza un armadio per riporre i vestiti. Per due notti è andata bene perchè non abbiamo disfatto le valigie.

Comunque presenti caffè te bibite e dolcetti confezionati oltre ad acqua . Sinceramente nn saprei cosa poter migliorare

• Nichole (9/5): Great location and clean - The property was in a great location 5 min walk from the Vatican museum and grounds. Lots of food places below to choose from and quick walk to the metro! Very clean and comfy. It’s a renovated apartment so walls are a bit thin, we could hear other guests coming in and out as well as the front door slamming.

• Mariana (10/5): Hermosa habitación para descansar, muy limpia y el sector es hermoso. - La ubicación es perfecta queda a 6 minutos caminando de la plaza del vaticano restaurantes deliciosos alrededor, el host fue muy atento siempre nos respondia a tiempo y nos envio informacion util de lugares para comer cerca y ademas nos guardaron nuestras maletas despues del check out. todo nos encantó :)

Camera pulita, bagno piccolino ma con tutto quello che serve. Rossella (la proprietaria) molto presente (tramite w.app), molto disponibile e cordiale. Procedure di check in e check out semplici.

• Olena (10/5): Замечательная квартира в прекрасном месте! Преятнейший персонал! Всем очень довольны! - Очень понравилась квартира! Чисто, минибар, ванная комната очень комфортная, хороший матрас, в минибаре есть вода, кока колла и вино! Есть снеки , чай/кофе, чайник и еспрессомашина. Персонал очень приветливый, ежедневная уборка и замена полотенец! Стараются сделать проживание максимально комфортным. Несмотря на то что мы приехали на три часа раньше без предупреждения, мы смогли оставить наши вещи и воспользоваться туалетом. Радом есть множество ресторанов, кафе и даже McDonald’s за углом. В 5 мин от дома продуктовый магазин Тодис. Ватикан видно в конце улицы. От метро 3 мин. Квартира находиться на второй линии от дороги между метро и Ватиканом, поэтому тут более спокойное место. Вход с улицу , не нужно заходить в страшные закаулки, подъезд чистый. Я с дочкой чувствовала себя в безопасности. Мы обязательно снова вернемся сюда!
