• Alberto (9/5): Sensación de amplitud - El techo es tan alto, que da una agradable sensación de amplitud. La cocina sirve perfectamente de espacio social, por lo que en realidad tuvimos dos habitaciones. El detalle de las cápsulas de café también nos gustó mucho. El aspecto general del apartamento me ha gustado y tener una boca de metro cerca nos ha ayudado a desplazarnos por la ciudad. Aunque no es algo tan malo, me hubiera gustado que tuviese gel de baño. El sofá cama cruje un poco, aunque en mi caso no fue impedimento para dormir.

• Jonathan (9/5): Tolle Unterkunft in ruhigem Viertel - Die Unterkunft ist ruhig, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Sie liegt inmitten eines wenig touristischen Viertels mit vielen günstigen Cafés, Bars und authentischen Restaurants sowie verschiedene Minimärkte für den täglichen Bedarf. Die Metro ist nicht weit entfernt, zum touristischen Zentrum (Colosseum) ist man damit inklusive Fußwegen etwa 45 Minuten unterwegs. Kommunikation auf Englisch mit dem Gastgebern war problemlos. In anderen Rezensionen ist die Rede von einem Zugang per App - das ist nicht der Fall, Sie erhalten den Schlüssel vom Gastgeber, der Sie zu der angegebenen Zeit vor dem Haus empfängt. Verbrauchsmateralien für die Küche (z.B. Schwämme, Trockentücher, Lappen, Seife), sind nicht vorhanden, können aber schnell beim Markt um die Ecke gekauft werden (auch sonntags). Einen Geschirrspüler gibt es nicht, ansonsten ist die Ausstattung wie beschrieben.

• Agnieszka (9/5): Pobyt bardzo udany, dobra lokalizacja w cichej i spokojnej okolicy. - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Metro i przystanek autobusowy w niewielkiej odległości. Dla osób lubiących aktywność do Koloseum godzinka spacerem. Na rogu ulicy fantastyczna piekarnia, w której można było zjeść pyszne i niedrogie śniadanie i wypić bardzo dobrą kawę. Blisko sklepy i restauracje. Gospodarz również pomocny, bezproblemowy kontakt.

Очень понравилось: 1. тихо, все окно на красивый сад, очень красиво, как дома! 2. до метро 6-7 минут пешком. 3. кровати шикарные, мягкие, сон чудесный. 4. Отличный ремонт! 5. Современный новый дом. Спасибо хозяину за все! Для семьи идеально! Изначально рассматривали район Термини, но после проживания поняли, что лучше пожить чуть дальше от центра, но в отличных условиях и спокойно ночью! Всем советуем! Есть ограничения по одновременному использованию мощных электропотребителей, но это особо не влияет на проживание, можно приспособиться!
• Ihor (4/5): - 1) Расподожение комнат. 2) Кондиционеры в каждой комнате. 3) Тихий спальный район. 4) Поблизости супермаркет 1) Забит сток раковины на кухне 2) Старый продавленный диван 3) Не удобное расположение ( до центра добираться 50 минут) 4) Небыло даже минимального набора ( мыло, моющее средство, чай, кофе , сахар). 5) Грязный внутри не размороженный холодильник 6) Жёлтый от ржавчины унитаз 7) Плесень в душевой кабине 8) Очень плохая шумоизоляция, слышно когда проходит каждый сосед и из-за этого вздрагивания ночью... 9) Квартира уже требует хоть минимального ремонта( хотя бы побелка стен).

• Rudolf (10/5): - Ubytovanie bolo vynikajúce, splnilo naše očakávania, ubytovanie bolo priestranné, čisté. Dostupné reštaurácie, obchody. Pre mňa bol matrac veľmi mäkký.

• Oscar (7/5): - Ubicado en un barrio tranquilo con algún buen restaurante alrededor. La comunicación con el centro de Roma es buena pero está a 40-50 min en transporte publico. La linea C de metro no llega hasta el centro porque está en construcción (actualmente). Hay un tranvía muy viejo, sucio...a 5 minutos de la estación de tren de Termini que te deja cerca del apartamento. Da un poco de respeto pero lo usamos bastante y nunca tuvimos ningún problema. Lejos del centro de Roma y habían mosquitos. El sofá cama no es muy cómodo.

We are concentrated on the historic sightseeing and satisfied with the apartment we live. Thanks for the property owner let us living in your’s. It is neat and localized place. It is convenient shopping around for local food. We tried local food easily. We like it.

• Sabyasachi (7/5): Decent property but inconvenient location - Clean with all basic facilities. The location is very uncomfortable. Be prepared for change of Metro from Line C to Line A for everyday you step out for sightseeing.
• Sabyasachi (6/5): Nothing great to share - The size of the apartment is good for 4 people. All utility things provided as mentioned on the site. Far from main city. Located on Metro C, so city travel required change in train every day while going and coming. It consumed much time. Hosts non-responsive on WhatsApp for any query / request.
• Lorena (9/5): Superb - It is very close to the buss stations, and you can easly go to the main atraction of the city. The apartment is cozy and nice, seems like it's newly renovated and easy to find the adress. The host it's verry helpfull, is replaying fast and helped us with all we needed. You have nice places in the area where you can drink a coffe, or eat something.
• Łukasz (9/5): Clean, nice, highly recommended - no issues for us - Everything as described, I was more than happy. No interaction with the host - door is being opened via app so you need to have an internet (both to the building and apartment). Everything was clean and as described, large bedroom, nice kitchen and another room with a couch to sleep on (it is nice that the bedrooms are separated by the kitchen and the bathroom so you can have some privacy). No issues with the bathroom, water was always warm. 10minutes from the apartment there is Pigneto area where you can find many bars and restaurants with a lot of locals - which was a plus for us. It is not an issue itself related to the accomodation, as location is clearly visible, but the city center is accessible either by the buses or two metro combinations so keep that in mind (as buses in Rome is totally different story...), HOWEVER you can switch the Metro C to Metro A on the station San Giovanni - you need to exit C and enter A so two tickets are neccessary - or a daily ticket - as we have traveled with 60 years parent, we used this combination a lot to avoid waiting for the buses and it worked pretty well for us.
