• Jaroslava (9/5): - Ubytování bylo blízko centra, v super docházkové vzdálenosti k vybraným památkám a k metru. Majitel byl milý a vstřícný. Ocenili jdne také bezkontaktní předání klíčů, takže nás nesvazoval žádný čas, kdy musíme kde být. Na potřeby přespání a relaxace po cestování naprosto vyhovující. Děkujeme za lahev Prosseca. Bylo nás ubytováno 5 lidi, ale většina věcí - hrnečky, skleničky, kapsle s kávou - byly pro 4 lidi. Také nám nevyhovuje společná přikrývka na dvojlůžkách, obzvlášť, když se pak nejedná o páry. U spaní v horním patře mi trochu vadilo, že nebylo žádné zabezpečení. Sice s námi nebyly děti, ale i já, jako dospělá, jsem se necítila úplně komfortně, kdyz jsem měla při slézání z postele pod sebou cca 1.2m hloubku. V ložnici pro tři byl trošku chaos se světly. Dalo se svítit jen lampičkami. Určitě by v budoucnu stálo za to vymalovat. Ale toto všechno byly drobnosti.

• Carmen (8/5): Nos ha encantado - La ubicación, barrio bonito, con vida sin ser bullicioso. Piso muy amplio y cómodo Camas. Los colchones son viejos y el somier de los sofás camas muy incómodos. Poco menaje de cocina. Hay dos sartenes viejas y 4 vasos. Platos hay mil. Por lo demás perfecto

• Karin (9/5): Muy buena calidad precio cerca del centro de Roma - La amplitud del apartamento, el equipamiento y la ubicación a unos 5 minutos andando del metro. Conexión directa con el centro. Es un apartamento estupendo. Una vecina fue bastante desagradable y maleducada con nosotros por ser turistas y tener que abrir la caja de los diferenciales de abajo para el piso tras un corte de luz. El ascensor no llega al piso, pero eso ya lo sabíamos y no fue gran problema.

• Romana (10/5): - Il propritaria ha auitato tanta dal inizio alla fine. Ha mandato tutte informazioni molto utile non solo con la sistemazione ma anche dove si mangia bene, dove c'e il negozio più vicino etc. Non ho mai incontrato nessuno così gentile. Il appartamento è stato arredato in modo comodo, accoglinte, è molto vicino a metro, ma il luogo è tranquillo Mi racommando questa sistemazione molto.
• Adriana (9/5): - Nigdzie nie spotkałem się z tak miłym gospodarzem. Kontakt z nim był doskonały - odpisywał na WhatsApp w przeciągu 2 minut, niezależnie od godziny. Pomógł rozwiązać wszelkie problemy, doradził oraz robił wszystko by było nam jak najwygodniej i bezproblemowo - m.in. pozostawienie bagażu w mieszkaniu w dniu wyjazdu, czy przelanie opłaty miejskiej. Gdybym mógł, wystawiłbym mu i 10 gwiazdek. Lokalizacja mieszkania świetna, blisko do stacji metra, jak i przystanku autobusowego. Obok spory sklep. Samo mieszkanie nie było najnowocześniejsze, ale jeśli ktoś chce poczuć klimat włoskiego podwórka, zielonych okiennic naprzeciwko i klimatycznych pokoi - polecam serdecznie. Zameldowanie również bezproblemowe. Warto tylko wspomnieć, że mieszkanie jest na 6 piętrze, a winda (bardzo mała, 3-osobowa) dojeżdża do 5 piętra. Natomiast nam to nie przeszkadzało wcale. Wszystko super, może tylko poza tym, że w mieszkaniu znaleźliśmy tylko 4 kubki, a było nas 5. Brakowało też kuchenki mikrofalowej, by coś wieczorem ugrzać. Ale to takie drobiazgi.
• mayank (8/5): - Video sharing key collection was shared by the owner so we could check in even late at night. Wifi was fast. Rooms were clean. Big living room. Washing machine easy to use - always provided with a steel dry to hang and dry clothes. CLose to the colosseum. One of the rooms had a weird set up with one bed reachable by stairs. Light could be more proper. There were some weird setup of lights in the living room.

• Silvio-Vinh (10/5): - Appartement très spacieux dans un quartier sympa, proche du Métro A qui amène directement au centre en 15 minutes. Grande bouteille d'eau fraîche dans le frigo à notre arrivée, très appréciable! L'hôte est très sympa, réactif et envoie toutes les informations nécessaires. Le matelas du canapé-lit suffit pour faire dormir des enfants, mais trop mou pour des adultes.

Była możliwość wejścia wcześniej do mieszkania. Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry. Klimatyzacja przy wysokiej temperaturze powietrza nie daje rady schładzać

• Álvaro (6/5): Good but could be improved - The apartment is well located and large, but there are some things that could easily be improved. It says it's for 6 people, but only the two double beds are adequate. The sofa bed mattress is very poor and old, in poor condition. The pillows are old and not comfortable to sleep on. We had to wash all the dishes and cutlery because they were poorly cleaned. The rest was fine.

• Gergő (10/5): Comfortable large apartment - the apartment is in a well-frequented location. It is easily accessible by metro and bus. I really like the building. The keys to the apartment are a safe with a number lock. The owner sent me all the information via message. I received a video of the check-in to the apartment. The apartment has a nice, spacious living room, two bedrooms, and a very well-equipped kitchen. I recommend it for several days, even for a large family. ---
• Anca (10/5): When in Rome 🇮🇹 - We were a group of 5 adults and an 8-year-old child, the apartment is spacious and with everything you need. A nice detail was the fact that the bed in the living room was made, given that I arrived after midnight tired I appreciated that. The communication was very good and prompt, solutions were always found to our requirements. There was nothing we didn't like. I had a very nice stay in Rome.

• Maame (8/5): Very good - Great value for money,location was great and the host was impressive and responsive. The rooms were spacious. Many restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. No air-conditioning in the rooms and the fans were not enough in warm conditions. The lift comes to 5th floor but the apartment is on the 6th floor so a bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise everything functioned as it should.

• Raúl (7/5): Good - Very spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen. 1. The AC was not amazing. It was a portable AC unit in the living room, and although it has decent power, you need to keep the window half open for it to work properly. It was enough to maintain the living room at a good temperature but the rooms get hot at night (even with the ventilators). 2. The sofas were a bit dirty. They smelled funny. 3. The shower is a bit weird. It works fine and all but you have to make a decent jump to get on and off. It might not be suitable for old people or someone with limited mobility.

• Guillermo (9/5): Superb - The check in was pretty easy, the host send me the instructions ahead of time which made the check in pretty easy, he send me the wifi password and some restaurants near the area as well, he care about our stay and make sure we where comfortable and good in the apartment. When we arrive everything was organized and clean like a hotel with towels, shower gel and even coffee. The location is not in the center but it has a bus that can take pretty much every touristic location in Rome.

• Anonymous (9/5): We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others. - The location was close to the metro. There was plenty of room for our group of 6. The communication was impressive. We received a nice greeting with easy check in instructions that also contained a video. We also received recommendations and a check in to be sure everything was going well! The master bed was creatively placed on top of a closet storage area. This was too small of a space for some of our tall travelers. The neighborhood was full of trash and graffiti which we were not expecting, however, we never felt unsafe! Also, the lift was finicky and we had over 12 suitcases which was hard to lug up the stairs.

The host is very kind, he was willing to wait for us untill we arrive despite it was late night it was little cold in the appartment
