Bastante confortável, ar condicionado em todos os ambientes, tudo em excelente estado para uso (panelas, eletrodomésticos essenciais, pratos, talheres, copos...), bem higienizado; travesseiros novos, lençóis em bom estado. Enfim, uma acomodação aconchegante e bastante confortável! Também dispõe de Wi-Fi que funciona perfeitamente. Perfeito para até 05 hóspedes! Voltaria a me hospedar com minha família, sem dúvidas! Fica uma sugestão: divulgar que os elevadores não estão funcionando (para prevenir sobre o acesso p cadeirantes, idosos e/ou pessoas com dificuldade para locomover-se) e que disponibilizasse cobertores e lençóis maiores mesmo para as camas de solteiros.
