• Karen (10/5): A great gem to spend a few nights - Great location. It had everything plus more, the coffee machine was an extra bonus. The views from the windows & deck were incredible the fireplace was great at night warmed the whole house. It worked well with 2 couples. We loved the property and look forward to coming back. The only thing I would suggest is better signage from the road you can’t see the number due to the trees plus it was dark when we arrived but that’s all.
• Rob (8/5): A wonderful home close to the beach and to all places of interest on Bruny Island. A well equipped, clean and spacious p - Close to the beach. Large enough for two couples. Well equipped, clean and a lovely outside area. Yard near beach requires a clean out.
• Sharyn (9/5): Beautiful place to relax and unwind - The Beach House is a perfect place to relax and unwind with just a few steps down to a beautiful beach Ground floor bedroom close to the road
• Carole (10/5): - This is a great house, everything you could possibly need is here. Unfortunately it was a bit wet when we were there so we didn't utilise the outdoor deck and firepit but the house was cosy with a great fire to keep us warm inside. Great views and access to the beach. We totally enjoyed our stay.

• Fiona (10/5): Stunning home, fantastic location. - Beautiful home in a fabulous spot with an amazing outlook over the Bay. The home has a well loved and lived in feel with all the comforts made available. We loved opening up the bifold door to enjoy the beautiful days and the easy, private access to the beach. The view from the upstairs bedroom is pretty special! Thank you to host Sarah, for making your incredible property available and sharing this little piece of paradise! We hope to be able to return and stay a little longer.

• Terry (7/5): Could have been a lot better. - Location was good, fairly quiet but Road noise was noticeable upstairs. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were really lovely and clean. Pizza oven and BBQ were handy and lots of condiments were available. Kitchen appliances were very good but a bit grubby, WiFi was good and lots of games were available. The concrete floor felt gritty and the shabby mats slipped easily, a few had curled up corners which were a tripping hazard. A lot of the cookware was unusable due to age and wear (really need to be replaced) and there was no knife sharp enough to use for cutting meat or hard vegetables. Other than the bathrooms the general cleanliness was poor. I used the vacuum downstairs myself but the mats were quite dirty and the lounge covers could do with a wash or dry clean. The drive way was dangerous, very slippery and caused wheels to spin and steps to the beach need maintenance and made it impossible for me to get to the beach. For what we paid I was expecting a lot more.

• Sonia (10/5): Beach get away - The house is perfect, amazing views, well appointed. Beautiful to lay in bed and look out at the stars through the floor to ceiling windows. Utilised the outdoor pizza oven and nothing like a wood fire to warm you up.
• Robyn (9/5): For a great stay in Great Bay book this house. - Well equipped house in good location with great views. Only 15 minutes from ferry & right on Great Bay. Scenically beautiful location. Lack of ventilation, not many opening windows.

• Camilla (10/5): A wonderfully relaxing and spoiling stay !! - It was like coming to a home. All the little bits and prices for cooking, playing games, relaxing. Beds were fabulously comfortable Nothing … everything was perfect !!

• Rachel (8/5): A beautiful architecturally designed home let down by lack of wifi and general cleanliness. For the price we paid I expe - A beautiful, architecturally designed home in a fantastic location. Beach just on the doorstep. Outdoor area was a lovely spot to sit out in the afternoon/evening. WiFi was so unreliable it was basically non-existent. This made it impossible to stream movies/watch tv in the evenings. The house had clearly not been cleaned throughly prior to our stay - there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher which had been there some time and many of the kitchen utensils and dishes packed away in the drawers were caked in old crusted food.
