• Amber (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with M Village Hotel Tao Đàn Park and highly recommend! - Overall we had a wonderful stay and ended up extending for an additional two days. The staff are amazing, very kind and helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The room was clean and comfortable, and we loved the location which was very close walking distance to anything in District 1. There was nothing to complain about.

Minimalistisch ist nicht mein Ding. Enges Zimmer, kein Stuhl, keine Ablagen im Zimmer, wenige Annehmlichkeiten und kein Pool.

La posizione è ideale per raggiungere il centro comodamente a piedi in pochi minuti. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre gentile e disponibile. La camera era ampia e il letto particolarmente confortevole. Consigliatissimo!

We were on the top floor and it was super hot in the hallway due to the washing machine / dryer being on. Hallway also seemed outdated, but rooms were nice (exception being our shower malfunctioning). Electricity went out in the floor in the middle of the night and we had to switch rooms at 4am but they made it up by offering us a free ride to the airport

Very specific but the body wash in the shower smelled incredible! Lovely hotel, just the wifi wasn’t great is the only problem we incurred.

The road in front of the hotel tended to be congested during peak hours which made it difficult to get a grab car. The grab drivers would cancel the booking.

• Helen (10/5): - Lovely modern hotel in quieter part of town but still very accessible to all the major sites. Good value for money. Very clean, comfortable and airy rooms. Toiletries in bathroom, kettle for hot drinks and bottled water all supplied - also great to have fridge in the room. Super-friendly and helpful staff (reception, breakfast and security outside). Useful to have laundry and use of communal kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Staff were all very friendly. The self service laundry was excellent as well The walls were very thin so I could constantly hear my neighbours talking and other especially at late night. Gym free weights only go up to 15kg dumbells, would love to be at least 25kg

The entrance through a shared workspace and a bar is not ideal, but it is fine. The fact that there are stairs to get into the building is not comfy.

Sound proof was bad and bed was so squeaky. cant even turn around without making the squeaky sound. Terrible for shallow sleepers. The reception has this unique scent of smell， im really not a fan of it. It makes me feel nausea. Although my husband didn’t mind it.

Wir hatten ein super grosses Bett und das Zimmer ist für ein Stadt Hotel gross genug. Der Security hat uns sogar unsere Koffer die Treppe hoch getragen und unsere Taxi angehalten, danke! Leider ist die Schallisolation sehr schlecht, gegen Aussen (Strasse wie genügen Innen (Gang zu den Zimmern)

• Michael (10/5): The perfect location for our stay in Saigon! - Fantastic experience here in, Saigon! We were warmly greeted in the lower lobby even though we got in very late! The staff were all so friendly and helpful! We were so grateful for coffee shop downstairs - they even helped us with our Vietnamese! The air conditioning was excellent and the location was superb! We were in walking distance to a beautiful park, lots of delicious food options (literally right outside!). We were a couple blocks from the military museum and palace as well. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean!

• smadar (6/5): הדבר היחיד שהיה טוב במלון הזה הוא הצוות שהיה קשוב מאד לכל הבעיות שהיו ואף פעל לפתור אותן. - הדבר היחיד שהיה טוב במלון הזה הוא הצוות שהיה קשוב מאד לכל הבעיות שהיו ואף פעל לפתור אותן. המלון מוצג בבוקינג כמלון 4 כוכבים אבל ראוי אולי ל 2 כוכבים. זה מתחיל בלובי/דלפק הקבלה בקומה 2 שנראה כמו חדר מזכירות של בית ספר ונותן תחושה של הוסטל. זה ממשיך בחדר שקיבלנו בקומה 11: מול החדר יש רחבה ציבורית לכביסה... במסדרון מהמעלית עד החדר- השטיח קרוע והקירות מלוכלכים. בתוך החדר - המרפסת שהובטחה קטנטנה ומוזנחת. בחדר הרחצה יש אמבטיה - לא ניתן להתקלח בה בעמידה כי צינור הדוש קצר מאד. המיטה היתה טובה והחדר עצמו די אסתטי ונקי אבל ללא מחשבה על הפרטים הקטנים כמו איפה מניחים מזוודות (לא מתאים על הרצפה). נדהמתי מהתעוזה לקרוא לזה מלון 4 כוכבים. כעסתי מאד ודרשתי פתרון. הצוות הנחמד והאדיב מצא פתרון - להעביר אותנו למלון מתאים יותר של הרשת שאכן היה טוב יותר אבל זה קרה רק למחרת ולא הוסיפו פיצוי על עגמת הנפש וגם לא סיפקו חדר עם מרפסת כפי שהזמנתי מלכתחילה.

• Raven (10/5): Wonderful & pleasant stay. - Great location. Right next to Tao Dàn Park which is a great place to relax after exploring the busy city. It’s close enough to everything that you can easily walk. The room and bed were comfortable. The staff were lovely and accommodating. The security guard offered a kind smile to us every day as we left to explore. Will definitely come back to this hotel again when returning to Ho Chi Minh. Everything was great.

• Van (10/5): Pleasant stay! - Caring and helpful staff, they were always supportive and respectful. The rooms are clean and tidy, just 10 minutes walk to the tourist attractions. This time we were travelling with my fiancé’s parents and they are really love the place as well! We definitely will stay here again next time

The standard omelette, stale croissants and bread, fake cheese and fruit. The rooms are very basic furnished. The bathrooms are not private at all and are open to the bed area. I booked a Suite. This room at 300USD and I received a substantial discount. Even with the discount, this room is overpriced for HCMC

We wanted a better view for our room, where a young man (unfortunately I've forgotten his name) took the time to suggest the other rooms to us. ✅️ The beds in the hotel were not only huge but also super comfortable, I haven't slept so well in a long time. What I also liked was the nice cafe that you enter when you enter the hotel. The cappuccino was delicious and as a hotel guest you get a discount 🤩 📍The location is great, with Grab you can get to your destinations in record time. ✅️ Thank you for a wonderful stay

• Jon (10/5): Great Location Fantastic Staff - The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is not alot of choice, but if you walk right out of the hotel on the first corner there is a restaurant that is open for breakfast and has really great food. the breakfast, but its not a deal breaker, because everything else at the hotel is so good.

The staff texted us several times during our stay to check on us. They also asked what time we would like our room cleaned. The room itself was very nice. We were also thankful for the washer and dryer at this hotel. They even provided laundry soap. The location was great. We were within walking distance to the major sights we had come to see. Breakfast was basic, but they had a really nice cappuccino, latte, hot water machine which we enjoyed. It was much better than just having a pot of coffee. Our flight home was really early. We requested boxed breakfasts which they provided. We were really thankful to have the food, because the prices in the international terminal were quite high.

You can press it without going to the door to put a sign up - Convenient cafe downstairs - Walls were quite thin. Could hear the elevator from inside the room pretty clearly. - There's no security measure in the elevator for the hotel rooms. Anyone can go to any floor of the hotel without a keycard.

Good common work space in lobby with coffee shop below. Great location for local shops, dining, easy to get a GRAB, laundry service down the lane is AWESOME. Misleading breakfast offering and no real option to use kitchen space. Wifi was spotty.

• Miriam (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent, staff were extremely responsive and accommodating. Bed, pillows etc were very comfortable. The room was well appointed. Unfortunately there was significant noise from overnight work including persistent jackhammering immediately out side the hotel which spoiled an otherwise great stay. Not the hotel's fault and they were very apologetic. Apparently they were not advised.

• Camila (10/5): Exceptional - I have nothing to complain about M Village in HCM. The location is great! Very close to the War Remnants Museum and Independence Palace. There are also several nice cafés and restaurants just around the corner. The room was very spacious, biggest bed I have ever seen and the balcony was just delightful. The bathroom was also good, with strong shower and well-working drain. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again :)
