• Matija (9/5): - Everything was clean and we'll prepared and the staff was really helpful and quite fast with replies. Just a bit far from the center, like 45 minutes bus ride but overall good location.

• Dion (7/5): Good location and great for short term stay. - Great location that has everything you need close by - food, the Tollington Arms, Tesco and also very close to the Emirates stadium. Good space with two bedrooms, bathroom and living room. Good amount of natural light through windows and skylights which we appreciated. The apartment wasn’t the cleanest or quite as clean as we would have expected. There was also a lot of noise from the apartment(s) above which made late evenings difficult.

• Ana Filipa (4/5): - Apesar da rua e o próprio apartamento estarem bastante degradados, o apartamento era bastante perto quer de várias paragens de autocarro, quer de estações do metro, o que é bastante conveniente. A zona era calma, pelo que foi possível descansar sem barulho Foi um pouco stressante só ter acesso ao código de checkin quando telefonámos e já estávamos no aeroporto em Londres. O senhor foi bastante simpático e disponível mas a verdade é que não parece que esteja tudo muito organizado. O apartamento necessita de intervenções urgentes. A cozinha está bastante degradada, está tudo com um aspeto muito velho, armários estragados e sujos. Apesar de as louças da casa de banho estarem limpas e da roupa de cama e toalhas estarem também limpas, o resto da casa estava bastante sujo. Tivemos de limpar o microondas que estava extremamente sujo, assim como os talheres, pratos. Dava bastante nojo comer naquela cozinha por isso limitamos ao mínimo. Foi ok porque só fomos lá dormir e tomar, mas para quem planeei mais que isso, não recomendo.
• Galanti (6/5): Per favore pulitelo meglio! - Non male la posizione a 12 minuti circa dalla stazione della metro e a pochi minuti da supermercati e attività commerciali L' appartamento era molto sporco e non ci aspettavamo di trovarlo così. Letti non molto comodi. La struttura di uno dei letti matrimoniali decisamente precaria. Era tutto abbastanza datato... Peccato perché potenzialmente potrebbe essere un nell'alloggio anche se la zona è periferica e un po' degradata.

• Alchimista (6/5): È accettabile per il prezzo, ma c'è da migliorare - La posizione è ottima. 2 stazioni metro a 5 min a piedi. Moltissimi negozi nei dintorni tra supermercati e ristoranti, molti posti per provare piatti tipici di varie culture, ci sono anche due fast food vicini (mc e burger king) per chi vuole una roba familiare. In ogni caso con la metro si arriva ovunque. C'è la cucina disponibile, un divano grande che volendo si puo usare anche per dormire. Wifi disponibile anche se con seri problemi. I letti sono abbastanza duri. Onestamente per me andava bene, ma a qualcuno può non piacere. Purtroppo la tv, nonostante fosse presente e smart, non si collega a internet. Provato diverse volte su entramve le reti. Non c'è stato verso. Quindi non le si poteva neanche trasmettere col mirroring. Le stanze non erano pulitissime. Un po' di povere ovunque e, cosa peggiore, qualche capello nei letti e negli armadi con i ricambi del letto. I letti tra l'altro sono uno matrimoniale e uno 1 piazza e mezzo usato come doppuo e non 2 matrimoniali. Nella stanza del piazza e mezzo c'è anche un divano extra. La cosa peggiore è stato il bagno in cui è presente una vasca completamente inutile il cui buco è mezzo tappato e l'acqua ci mette secoli a scendere. La pressione dell'acqua molto bassa e in generale il bagno è molto visivamente vecchio. Chiaramente manca il bidet ma non siamo in italia quindi ci sta. Non c'è la presa per il phon in bagno e neanche un appendino per gli asciugamani per cui si deve usare un gancio multiplo sulla barra della tenda della doccia. Gli asciugamani avevano delle macchie discutibili. Il wifi c'è ma nelle camere non prende bene. Inoltre sembra disconnettersi ogni 2 minuti per poi ricollegarsi subito, un po' fastidioso se stai guardando un film, per esempio.

• Marina (8/5): Séjour très agréable - Appartement fonctionnel, ni trop grand ni trop petit, placé près du stade de Arsenal pour les fans de foot, à 10/15 min à pied du métro, quartier calme et proche supermarché. Couette trop petite pour le très grand lit.

• Sharron (8/5): Great stay - A perfectly placed 2 bedroom flat with more than adequate lounge/dining room/ kitchen for 2 nights. The kitchen cupboards were worn and not easy to open and both the blinds in the bedrooms were broken with window sills having not been cleaned in some time. It would have been nice to have 2 sets of keys since there were 2 of us staying and we aren’t a couple.

Appartamento che può avere molte potenzialità,ma con un po' di manutenzione continua e la pulizia che e un po' carente .

• Antonie (10/5): Raport calitate preț extraordinar - Au fost amabili și ne-au lăsat să ne cazăm mai devreme după ce au făcut “curat” ,locația este foarte aproape de două-trei stații de autobuz (estimativ trei minute ) respectiv 13 minute de metrou ,super tare! -Lenjeria a fost curată dar nu și călcată dar pentru noi a fost ok pentru ca ne au lăsat să intrăm mai repede Pereții sunt relativ învechiți și nici mobilierul nu este în cea mai bună stare! -Saltele sunt confortabile dar tăblia este puțin mâncată / ruptă

• Karen (9/5): Superb - Great apartment. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. Had washing up liquid, soap, sponges, and kitchen roll. The bathroom was clean with toiletries supplied. We enjoyed staying here. Also, it was a 10-minute walk to the Emirates Stadium for the concert, so it couldn't have been better. Nothing not to like.

• Dauriane (8/5): Very good - The exchanges with the owner were quick and easy. The pictures stick to reality. The apartment is well equipped. The beds are quite confortable. 10min walk from Finsbury Park station Good value for money ! Some things are old, not expensive and need to be replaced ASAP (kettle, shower curtain rod completely rusty, cracked shower head…). Cleaning could be done better. The neighborhood is pretty well connected to center London but can be a little scary

• Craig (9/5): Excellent location for attending an Arsenal football match. - location close to Emirates stadium, good restaurants nearby, close to two Gunners pubs, close to two tube stations. There was no bottle opener in the kitchenette. Otherwise, everything was great.

We didn’t use any of the cooking facilities so are unable to comment on that. We couldn’t get the shower facility to work on the bath. The flat would benefit from a deeper clean.
