• Volker (7/5): Wohnung für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut gelegen und geeignet; hat Optimierungspotential. - Die Waschbecken im Bad besitzen eher die Größe von Handwaschbecken; die Armaturen sind alt und unflexibel, sodass das Waschen sehr unkomfortabel ist. Die Ablaufrohre sowie die Lichtschalter sind alt, vergilbt und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Der Teppich unter dem Wohnzimmertisch ist verdreckt.
