• vanessa (10/5): Appartement parfait empl acement ideal - L'emplacement est ideal a 50 m a pieds du pier de santa monica, et parking gratuit un avantage certain dans le secteur ou le moindre stationnement est payant. L'appartement est propre le lit confotable et tres bien equipé. La residence calme est bien securisé Rien, le soir quelque sans abris au abords mais il ne sont pas menacant pour la plupart. La residence etant securisé cela nous rassurait.

• Kelly (10/5): Absolutely fantastic apartment - This has to be the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I have a back condition so when staying away, it is important that the mattress is of good quality. I have to say, it was amazing! The whole apartment was spotlessly clean. Could not fault it. Great communication from the host too with plenty information about check in. The washing machine was an added bonus too as I am returning home with zero washing from our trip. Fantastic! There was not a thing that we can comment here!

• Vlada (9/5): Wir waren 4 Tage in LA und waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Tolle Lage, eine Tiefgarage ist inklusive. U-Bah - Top-Lage, Tiefgarage. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber

Der er meget sikkerhed ved dette overnatnings sted, man har 4 døre/porte man skal låse op for at komme op til sin lejlighed. Dette gjord det ekstra trygt at være her. Vi have gå afstand til Santa Monica pier, hvilket var et kæmpe plus. De havde også en vagt på stedet som opholdte sig her om natten, han var så sød og venlig, hvilket også gjorde det rigtig trygt at opholde sig her Der var lidt natteliv, jeg sover generelt meget tungt, og vågnede at par gange på de 5 nætter vi havde grundet lidt larm i gaderne. Men det kunne have været meget være så ikke noget jeg ville vælge dette sted fra grundet det.

• Irina (9/5): - Super location. Soft and cozy mattress. You literally have everything in this room, all the kitchenware and washing machine with dryer. Shampoo and cosmetics stuff. The elevator wasnt working, but it wasnt the landlords fault. In the evening some unpleasant people hang around near the parking area. Its better not to walk there- it doesent feel safe.

• FernT (8/5): Nice apartment in a good Santa Monica location that has a lot of things to do nearby. - Host sent pictures that explained the process of getting the keys and parking your car. A little more information on how the keys work in the front to get would be useful. It took me a few minutes to realize the elevator token also worked in the front to unlock the front apartment door.
• Ella (1/5): We were very pleased with responsible management which agreed to refund us 100% of the fee - We did not stay there Unfortunately as soon as we came into the room we decided to leave as the room did not feel welcoming due to not pleasant odour and few other things…

• Rathna (10/5): Amazing spot! Super nice apartment in a great location! - Beautiful and comfortable stay - looked even better than the photos! Great shower, spacious bathroom with amenities, kitchen (with dishwasher!) and a solid washer/dryer combo that surprisingly dries your clothes! The host was super responsive and helpful - even provided us with umbrellas during our stay since it rained! Overall great stay - only thing to note is that the bed is soft (in case you need a firm mattress), but still comfortable. Amazing location - steps away from the beach, Promenade, Target, Trader Joe's and anything you need! The parking is secure and easy to get in and out. We would go back!

• Elke (10/5): Tolle Gastgeberin, zentrale Lage und sehr schönes Appartement. - Die Unterkunft ist super schön eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Die zentrale Lage ist optimal und mit dem Parkplatz hat auch alles super geklappt. Man hat eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, alles ist reibungslos verlaufen. Ich freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch! Es gibt nichts negatives!

• Eduardo (9/5): Confy room, good location and free parking - Self check-in/out with simple and direct instructions from the host. Stayed there only for a night. Easy walkable distance to Santa Monica Pier. Really Confortable room. Free parking was A GREAT plus as the garage was easy to park and saved us a lot of hassle.

The bed is VERY comfortable and the sheets are sooo soft. It was so nice to have dedicated parking and a security guard also. I’ll rent again I’m sure!! Nothing at all. It was wonderful.

Its location in the heart of Santa Monica is unbeatable, with the iconic pier, a variety of shops, and an array of fantastic restaurants all within easy walking distance. The bathroom, complete with a full bathtub, adds an extra touch of relaxation, perfect after a day of sightseeing. Additionally, the inclusion of a laundry facility is incredibly convenient for longer stays. The added convenience of on-site parking is a significant bonus, making it even more practical for travelers. Overall, a perfect base for exploring everything Santa Monica and LA has to offer! I’ve been traveling for the past three months, and every now and then, I come across a hidden gem that exceeds all expectations. This place was exactly that for me on this journey. I truly can’t find a single fault. The property itself was outstanding, the host went above and beyond, and the price was remarkably competitive. It was a standout experience during my travels!
