• Bop (9/5): The Unit was lovely decorated perfectly great for a nights stay, - We had our own food. Coffee tea cereal and milk was available. We were messaged after the booking by the host that a mistake had been made in regards to the price we paid, we paid 162 Dollars for one night, and the Host messaged me via whatsapp to say that it should have been 220 dollars, the Money was removed from the Visa card immediately, I did message her back and gave her the opportunity to cancel us and give us a refund, that offer was not taken up by the host. I did offer to pay the extra amount. This is the first time we have experienced this as seasoned travelers US, Europe Asia it took as back a little, NO car parking was available had to park on the street verge.
• Jo (7/5): Comfortsble accommodation - good for a quick stay over. - Good location. Clean and well decorated. Comfortable bed! Lovely patio with table and chairs. There was no sink in the kitchen, only the bathroom. The host took our dishes to wash but it felt a bit strange. It was a little dark.

• Kristine (7/5): Comfortable, clean bed & good for a night’s stay. - The bed was very comfortable and location close to local shops etc Layout of kitchenette is strange, fridge placement poor & vacuum with tangled cord sitting alongside it, lounge is not comfortable & sink is outside.
• Daniel (7/5): We mostly enjoyed the comfort of the bed. Watched a movie on a laptop. - Bed was really spacious and comfortable. Bedroom design, giving beachhouse vibes. No aircon or fan in the bedroom. Decor of living area and kitchen.

• Hannah (7/5): Great Bed, nice apartment good location - Comfortable bed Can hear everything upstairs, didn’t realise the landlord was upstairs, wasn’t aware it was like an air bnb set up I left a power bank there they offered to send back to me if I covered postage I agreed then I was advised they would also need a $30 fee on-top of postage for driving to post office I wasn’t desperate for it could have been posted on their next trip to post office and I could have payed a smaller inconvenience fee but I thought $30 was a bit steep considering they offered to post it when I initially said they could just keep it… Place is located on a steep driveway House is tidy and is a great set up for a AIR BNB I just didn’t know that’s what I was booking as I’d rather a hotel to be more impersonal (my fault I’m sure it was stated somewhere before booking I may not have read thoroughly) Couldn’t use either TV no instructions and I didn’t want to msg at 2am in the morning to ask how to use the TV It is a great tidy apartment, great bed
• Stephen (10/5): A great find and would very happily stay again - The whole unit is exceptionally decorated and a super comfy bed that made for a great night's sleep. Location for our visit was perfect and a very peaceful quiet area. The cornflakes were welcomed and a nice surprise. We both love the area, and wouldn't hesitate to stop there again when we revisit. Not that it was a huge deal but the TV in the bedroom worked but some channels had sound but no picture.

• Brad (6/5): Pleasant - Well presented unit, comfortable bed and environment Disappointed to find out the morning of checking in that the fridge wasn't working and I was provided with a tub to put ice in instead. This should have been communicated far earlier as this left me with no option to decide whether to stay there or choose a different location
• Andrew (8/5): Great location and beautiful setting. - Very clean and beautifully decorated. The bed was exceptionally good. The fridge didn’t work as it was an old one. Unfortunately this was the only thing that was wrong and the owner was prepared to make an alternative arrangement which was appreciated.

Tv in lounge did not work. as no aerial and had no notifaction it did not work. Found tv in bedroom 1 hour after. Bathroom floor very slippery and dangerous. Girlfriend to scared to have shower. As you told us no sink in kitchen but does need one.

• Andrey (9/5): We recieved such a lovely place to stay in this house and it reached all of our expectations. - We Really liked the look of the house and it was very comfortable to park and live in. Very Good house for what we payed therefore i would stay there again if i go to Mandurah again. Very Nice bed and a great environment. breakfasts were layed out for us including tea and coffee and it was amazing. The House alarm went of for no reason at all but it all got handled very quickly by the house owner.

• Carole (9/5): Comfortable and clean accommodation. - The location was great for us. A lock box was convinent, very comfortable King sized bed, plenty of space in the apartment. Breakfast was basic but I need to eat something with my medication, it did the job. Very clean, good shower. A water supply and sink in the Kitchen would have been good for washing up, but we managed with the outdoor tap.

• Roderick (7/5): Comfortable unit with a very good location that has a few quirks. - The unit was spacious and comfortable. The location was ideal for our travel plans. The overall description and picture of the property did not quite match its first impression. The various views as described seem a bit of a stretch. As refereed to in various other reviews, it was very odd that the kitchenette had no running water or a sink - this is unusual notwithstanding that the host is willing to deal with washing up.
• Deborah (5/5): Over priced accomadation - We liked the terrace. No kitchen sink no access to water unless you went bathroom, which was not ideal. Musty smell through apartment and linen. Decor was tired looking, bed sofa uncomfortable.
• Francine (8/5): A lovely break away with an extremely beautifully and brightly renovated space, including the lovely private courtyard. - Beautifully renovated. Colourful and everything was well placed and mostly had everything you could need. Lovely outside courtyard. Bed was of a high standard too and a great sized fridge. It was unfortunate that there was no running water inside or even that the sink outside had no hot tap. However Alex did her very best to compensate for this and provided extra plates etc and an area to leave dirt dishes.

• Edwina (9/5): Our stay was extremely comfortable and we would definitely return and highly recommend the property to everyone. - What a wonderful find Dolphin Beach House was. Alex the owner greeted the us to check we were ok and informed us of nearby restaurants/beaches etc. The property is so spacious and everything has been thought of to make our stay comfortable. Please don’t let the fact there was no sink in the kitchen put you off experiencing this really great property. There is out side sink and Alex lets you know to leave the dishes and she will put them in her dishwasher. It is unusable but everything else is so perfect you must go to the Dolphin Beach house.

• Margaret (9/5): Very peaceful, comfortable and relaxing stay. Ideal for a couple. - The house is in a quiet location and the quality of linen and towels were excellent. There are plenty of blankets and cushions. The house is very clean and colourful with good lighting and plenty of utensils. There was fresh milk in the fridge and generous amounts of soaps and shampoos. Ideal size for a couple and the bed was extra large and very comfortable. The owners are easily accessible by phone. It is strange not to have a sink in the kitchen. We didn’t cook so it wasn’t a problem but not ideal and no shower curtain. The initial photograph implies the property is situated on the island it didn’t affect our stay but don’t know why that is so.

• Vicki (10/5): Great location and facilities - Location was close to where we visited and local shops for supplies were close by. The property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A shower curtain as the water went over the floor. other than that, we had everything we needed.
