• Andrew (1/5): Con artists - This property left us stranded in the middle of London No keys to property the contact number goes straight to voicemail even today We had to go and book other accommodation and they won’t answer my calls to give me a refund Everything
• Emma (1/5): Fake room! - Nothing Fake room, tried to check in, the person living there had no idea about booking. Com. Left in the middle of London with no room! Had to book another hotel, so now very out of pocket. Tried to call host, straight to VM... And has been ever since! Utter rubbish, avoid!
• Luke (1/5): Disgrace - Nothing Mess everywhere when we got there, looked like someone had just used the shower before we arrived as a used towel had just been thrown in the bath. All the bed duvet was in a pile on the bed like it had been used the night before it was disgusting
• Claire (9/5): Overall worth the price, everything meets basic standards - Located in Fulham, safe area, we lived here for a few years before relocating to overseas. Fulham is not exactly Hyde park but close enough to reach central London by tube and buses. Owner is nice and helpful. washing machine and dryer are clean and works very well. Kitchen works well, has basics like fridge, cutlery and plates, oil, salt etc. beds are comfortable. Lots of loud airplane sound due to Fulham is on route of Heathrow Airport, so you wake up early, I suggest bring a pair of ear plugs, I use the orange 3M ones which are enough to block out the noise. There’s no toilet paper so bring your own. This house is quite old and battered itself, proper cleaning needs to be done, there’s food residue on kitchen surfaces, bathroom corners mouldy, very mouldy shower curtain which inevitably will touch your body when in shower which is disgusting, it takes only a few quid to change a shower curtain hope owner can fix this.
