Een zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Een bar waar een tot laat in de avond drank en snacks kan bestellen. Het hotel ligt wel wat verder van het centrum van Beijing en in de directe omgeving is ook niet veel te beleven.

Оплачивали с карты на месте, показали нам сумму итого за 5 ночей, про оплате сняли на 1 тыс юаней больше ничего не сказав. Начали выяснять позже как увидели - оказалось депозит, который вернется через 10 дней на карту. Было оч неприятно. Сказали бы про депозит - мы бы оставили наличными. Было неприятно 2. Локация на любителя. До метро 10-20 минут пешком, до разных станций. И если низкий этаж слышимость от метро и трассы 3. Кто с детьми не рекомендую точно, рядом ничего, до всего пешком по виадукам, до мини маркета 5 мин пешком 4. До центра час на метро, до аэропорта 30 мин на такси, удален от всего 5. Номера уставшие, грязные окна по всему отелю, витражи, входная группа 6. Просили поселить в удаленном номере, поселили прямо в центре, не комфортно 7. Звукоизоляция на 4, слышимость есть 8. Мини бар ни о чем 9. Бассейн и сауны неплохо, мало людей, стоимость входит в проживание - бассейн большой , 2 сауны, 2 ванные работаем с 6 до 23 часов 10. Завтрак неплохой, но много людей, открыт до 10.30, разнообразный 11. Массаж дорогой очень, не стоит спа этих денег вообще

- Hans (9/5): Great place to stay - Super friendly staff and available to help with logistics, getting a meal upon arrival, organising a day trip. The staff checked the cleanliness of the room and asked several times if everything was OK. Location also very good to visit center and less than 30 minutes away from airport. WiFi is China is for foreigners very limited, no access to LinkedIn or other sites outside China. You end up using the mobile data. In the restaurant on the 4th floor you could only order Ine by the bottle. The restaurant downstairs offers a good variety and the bar/bistro is also very nice to sit

It isn't that central which means it will be around 20-30 minutes in a taxi to get from the hotel to any of the attractions. Although to be fair Beijing is a huge city and it would be hard to get a hotel close to everything.

Crown plaza Hotel 5 diamond and no one understands English well how come??????

W hotelu tej klasy znajomość języka angielskiego powinna być standardem. Niestety, nawet przy użyciu translatora porozumienie z personelem było bardzo utrudnione. 2. Podczas opłacania rachunku za śniadanie w recepcji pojawił się poważny błąd – rachunek został wystawiony na mojego męża, przy czym w systemie widniała informacja, że jest on obywatelem Chin, co oczywiście nie jest prawdą. Natychmiast zwróciliśmy na to uwagę, jednak ze względu na trudności w komunikacji w języku angielskim, wyjaśnienie sytuacji zajęło sporo czasu. Ostatecznie pracownikom udało się poprawnie zaktualizować dane i prawidłowo zameldować mojego męża. Warto podkreślić, że w Chinach obowiązek meldunkowy dotyczy również gości hotelowych, dlatego prawidłowe wypełnienie tego obowiązku przez personel powinno być absolutną podstawą. Na szczęście sprawa została ostatecznie rozwiązana pomyślnie.

- Koul (7/5): Crown Plaza being a five star should at least recruit a staff which knows English language. - I liked hotel location and cleanliness. We didn't liked the food and it was difficult to communicate with the staff as they don't know English.

- krysztal (9/5): Very good stay, comfy room and good gym - Very luxurious hotel, we got an upgrade to a higher floor with very nice city view, the gym was very well equipped, room was spacious and comfortable The breakfast was overpriced, staff did not speak much English, location was not great - not next to the subway

- Giovana (10/5): Maravilhosa - Quarto maravilhoso, espaçoso, camas muito confortáveis, banheiro muito bom também. Ótima limpeza, café da manhã maravilhoso, superou as expectativas. Estação de metro 7 min a pé do hotel, linha 13 amarela. Para nós valeu muito a pena e recomendamos. Nos deixaram fazer um late check out o que nos ajudou muito pois nosso voo era 00:00, guardaram nossas malas enquanto dávamos um ultimo passeio e nos deixaram descansar no loby do hotel. Um ótimo atendimento de toda a equipe. nada
- Thilanga Sumathipala (5/5): Old Hotel without knowing the meaning of the word hospitality. - Nothing I flew via Hong Kong, from Colombo Sri Lanka to Beijing. It was almost 12 hours hours. The receptionist took 35 minutes to find me a room and said my two sons didn't have a reservation. Then, after speaking to someone, said yes, they found the reservation. I was given the room 1935, and my two sons were given right at the other end of the floor room no 1918.

- Davide (8/5): Good choice in Beijing. - Spacious and clean room. Furnishings in good condition. Friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant on the ground floor is excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, although slightly expensive. Overall, I think it's a very good choice if you're staying in Beijing. The nearest subway station is not very close, and getting to the city center by taxi can be time-consuming due to heavy traffic. Generally speaking, in my opinion, the room rate was slightly on the higher side.

- Анастасия (10/5): Был сильнейший ветер в Пекине в тот день, но отель уютный, есть где вкусно поесть. Нам все понравилось - Просторный, красивый номер, очень чисто. Тепло и уютно.
