The location was absolutely perfect—situated in a safe, beautiful neighbourhood filled with gorgeous flowers and lush trees. It made walking around especially enjoyable and relaxing. Another major highlight was the convenience. It’s close to everything—downtown, the airport, and plenty of great restaurants. Getting around was easy, whether by car or public transit, which made exploring Vancouver effortless. The only small suggestion would be to add clearer signage for identifying the #3 property, as it could be a bit easier to find upon arrival.

We could cook, rest and fulfill energy for our trip. Location is great, close to bus station, grocery and amazing Pacific Forest where you will dive deep into nature. Safe, beautiful neighborhood. In addition host congratulated me on my birthday with a delicious mango cake and gift, which was unexpected and so warm.

And it was a perfect location for that. It was a very nice backyard apartment next to the main house. Quiet, lovely neighborhood, easy parking, quick access to other areas of Vancouver Internet went out but it was easy to find a coffee shop to do some work at the last minute.

The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked, and it was so handy having a washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is a bit away from the city centre , but it's a lovely area and Ubers are really reasonable, also bus stop is approx 10 min away, as are shops. Beds were so comfy - even the sofa bed! Liked everything!

• Allwyn (10/5): Spic and Span's Visit - I liked the facilities provided by the Owner and the location is in a nice residential neighbourhood. The Owner is a gentleman and extremely accommodating. He is very responsive. Could have been cleaned a bit more before we came but again our standards are extremely high. My wife polished the house in the 1st day.
• Steven (10/5): Clean, warm and quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep. - The in floor heating was very nice and cozy. The neighbourhood was dark and quiet and the beds were comfy. There was plenty of street parking and the hosts were very responsive to our messages.
