• Victoria (1/5): Make sure the host offers are real - Not at all She rented it as an entire apartment and it's not true, she lives there, the apartment was dirty, she arrived late to do the check in, and to top it off she has a dog, she doesn't specify that in the app, The photos of the apartment do not correspond to the truth, the rooms are different. Also, the dog scratched my father-in-law's arm, and we had to take him to a pharmacy to have him treated.
• Martha (1/5): BAD EXPERIENCE. - N/A After reservation confirmed, I didn't get the key for the appartment. I was told to cancel the reservation because the key was not availabe at 5pm day of the reservation. the person just said to me to cancel the reservation from my end. So simple like that. I and my family had to look for a place to stay and had to paid more than it should be. very disappointed.
