- Fabrice (10/5): - Appartement neuf, moderne et idéalement situé.
Le lit est très confortable et le canapé-lit du salon, facile à déplier, l’est tout autant.
La cuisine est parfaitement équipée : machine Nespresso, grille-pain, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, micro-ondes, four et réfrigérateur.
À seulement 5 minutes à pied, on trouve un grand centre commercial, et juste au pied de l’immeuble, un supermarché pratique pour les courses du quotidien. Le centre historique se rejoint en une vingtaine de minutes à pied, et les plages en environ 25 minutes : tout peut se faire facilement sans voiture.
Nous recommandons particulièrement la visite du musée OXO dédié aux jeux vidéo, une belle découverte. Le dimanche après-midi, l’accès au fort est gratuit à partir de 14h, et offre une vue imprenable sur Málaga.
La piscine, située au 30e étage, est idéale pour profiter du soleil tout en faisant quelques longueurs. Bon à savoir : il faut réserver un créneau par WhatsApp (numéro affiché dans l’appartement), aussi bien pour la piscine que pour la salle de sport. Cette dernière est très bien équipée : tapis de course, vélo, elliptique, haltères, poulie et barre de traction.
Nous recommandons vivement ce logement, parfait pour un séjour en famille (1 adulte et 2 adolescents dans notre cas). Le fonctionnement de réservation de la piscine n’était pas évident au départ, quelques explications supplémentaires seraient utiles.
Le stock de papier toilette était un peu limité pour une famille sur une semaine.

- Ida (8/5): Very good - Great location, apartment was clean, spacious, easily accsesible. Not enough toilet paper for a week's stay. We had to ask for it and renter kindy provided the paper for us. But it was not enough and we bought it ourselves to avoid asking for it all the time. Also, I think every tourist apartment has to have essential kitchen stuff like kitchen cloth, salt, pepper, sugar and oil. Nothing of that was immediately available and again we had to ask for it. That items should be staple in tourist apartments.
- Fergus (7/5): Good - Good property and reasonable location. Check prior regarding pool usage, was out of order until June despite booking with confirmation it was open, with an open pool its value for money, without I’d say it was slightly pricey. Overall a nice apartment thought and staff were helpful. 7/10.
- Peter (8/5): Good but could be better - Apartment was on 20th floor and it was fairly modern. Location was OK, 20 min walk to attractions and restaurants. Comfy bed. Nice view over the city. Supermarket just across road. Arrived 20 mins before we could get the keys, apartment building concierge made us wait outside (luckily weather was OK). No easy way to make you own coffee. Using the shower made the bathroom floor very wet and extractor fan in bathroom didn't appear to work.
- D.-b. (9/5): Beautiful apartment with a incredible view - A new, beautiful, clean and well-equipped apartment, suitable for a family with two children. We loved the views in the morning and sunset in the evening. Very good soundproofing, both at the level of walls and windows. The noises of the neighbors are only heard when they go out into the hallway of the building if you sleep in the living room.
The apartment is also warm (we were accommodated in February), the heating worked very well. The bathroom is not cold at all as another review mentioned (being interior, it has no windows).
The area is very quiet, Mercadona supermarket a few minutes away and 20 minutes from the old center. The kitchen is equipped with everything, including a hood, so you can cook without problems.
What would be useful, as an improvement, would be to add a roll of kitchen paper, a mini welcome package such as 2-4 capsules for the coffee machine (at least to know what type of capsules to buy) and a bottle of water (it is known that the tap water is not the best in Malaga and when you come from a trip, maybe even a long one, it would be good sense to be able to drink water), but also enough toilet paper (1 roll/2 people/2 days). We stayed for 7 days and we only had 2 rolls of paper, we had to buy them. Likewise, enough garbage bags (1/day). We only had one for the 7 days ( we also had to buy more). It was ok that we had dishwasher tablets, but you can add more (at least 1/2 days).
A problem that could arise would be due to the ventilation at the building level. It is not very good. At least, the one in the bathroom is very weak. We also had a problem with the neighbor in the next apartment who painted at 10 pm and the smell of paint solvents entered through the ventilation in the bedroom where our 1 year and a half baby was sleeping. We had to ventilate constantly and sleep with the window open. The next day it was solved and I appreciated the empathetic managing way of Elena, the manager of the Ele Apartments agency.
- Olena (8/5): Very good - The location is top. Nice view, access to the roof where you can see a beautiful sunset. The apartment is new, but you can see that everything is done only for rent.
