• Nathalia (10/5): Una experiencia excelente de principio a fin. Todo estuvo impecable, el lugar es hermoso y muy bien - Sí, todo fue muy fácil 😊. La recogida de las llaves fue rápida y sin complicaciones, las instrucciones estaban claras y bien explicadas. Al llegar no tuvimos ningún problema y todo estaba perfectamente organizado.

• Angelina (2/5): Rather unpleasant - Nothing, The instructions to get into the apartment is very lengthy, no numbers posted outside apartment or building. Like a prison facility. Very noisy surroundings from outside in the streets. Security measures to enter the building are ridiculous for travellers. Parking garage also no markings. Impossible to find.

• Ștefania Mihaela (10/5): - Totul a fost perfect, locația într-o zona apropiata de centru indiferent dacă mergeai cu mașina sau la pas. Apartamentul foarte curat și cu toate cele necesare. Un mare plus este garajul pe care îl are la dispoziție apartamentul.

• Jerri (9/5): Nice apartment and good location - The apartment was spacious and we enjoyed the mountain view. Walking distance to hadji dimitar metro station and Billa. Its a nice family building and the area was safe. Facilities were ok, with a decent washing machine and kitchen. We mostly ordered food and did not really use the oven and stove top plus the internet connection was fine. Remote for the AC in the bedroom was missing and we just used the AC in the living room, it was still under 30 degrees celsius. I have to use my own netflix account but its ok. Stove even set at the highest took time to make scrambled eggs. One incident were a young couple opened the door with their own set of keys and told me check out was 11AM. Due to language barrier I have to explain to them that I still have 2 days more. I just message the property thru the app and reported what happened and I did not expect that there are other set of keys. Anyway it did not happen again and there were no other problems. We just made sure to double lock the door.

• Alex (1/5): Awful experienced caused by the apartment manager - Location The reason for this negative review is the way the property manager handled a problem in the apartment I rented. It turned out that there was a long-term leak that came from the kitchen, spread to the wall and floor of the hallway, and went out into the common areas. On Friday at about 10 am, I received a call from a person who introduced himself only as the manager, without giving his name, and in a rather arrogant tone accused me of flooding the apartment. During the phone call, the building's house manager and the owner of the flooded apartment were in front of the apartment's front door. A phone call was made on speakerphone in their presence. The property manager called me "inadequate", using other offensive words. In a phone conversation with the building's house manager, he explained that the guest /me/ could not be the cause of this problem, since it is obvious that this is a long-term problem that does not appear in a day or two. The situation that has arisen clearly proves the inability of the manager of the property I rented to manage the property assigned to him for a fee, with the care of a good owner, to know the problems of the property and to deal with unpredictable situations. I would not recommend renting places that are managed by HostMe - a property management company. The phone number from which I was called is registered in the name of the company. The company employee, in this case, showed very poor communication skills with the guests of the apartment, arrogance, incompetence and lack of any qualities to deal with an emerging problem. Accusing and insulting the guest for a situation for which he has no fault is not a way to solve a problem that has arisen.
