- Sami (3/5): - Beliggenheten var bra, alt var i nærheten og sengene var komfortable Leiligheten lukter skikkelig, det er nesten ingen luft inne og ingen vindu man kan åpne. I tillegg var det muggsopp
- Helle (4/5): Alt i alt sidder vi ikke tilbage med en særlig god oplevelse da Overnatningsstedet begrænsede os. - Vi har overnattet i Berlin 6 personer i fra 14-19/7. Overnatningsstedet har lavere fin beskrivelse, men vi oplever der er meget undladt som er afgørende for en god oplevelse. Selve rumene og køkken var rigtig fine. Vi har har brug for at klage over følgende: 1. undladt at beskrive at det er beliggende i stueetagen og dermed skaber begrænset mulighed for udluftning efter bad. 2. Ved at åbne skodder kan alle se direkte ind i lejeligheden, hvilket er ubehageligt, da det var et utrygt miljø den lå i. Ikke rart med unge og børn. 3. Grundet manglende mulighed for udluftning, da de to bad/ toiletter har dårlig ventilation og dermed dårligt indeklima for 6 personer. 4. Utæt toiletter og sorte pletter på øvre væg i den ene toilet som blev værre dag for dag. 5. Ekstrem lugt af tis i indgangen. Vi oplever at ovenstående beskrive har været med til at trække gevaldigt ned på oplevelsen og vores ferie i Berlin. Og ikke er egnet til 6 personer.
- Kelly (6/5): - Ground floor, great facilities There was a lot of street noise and as it was in the Turkish section of Berlin there was not a lot of variety of food.
- Martin (4/5): The location and amenities were good, but the apartment had several unresolved issues. - The apartment was in a good location, close to public transport with easy access to major Berlin sights. The host provided clear and detailed check-in instructions, which made arrival smooth. Communication with the host was also prompt Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet expectations. There was a blockage and leakage at the bathroom sink, and several maintenance issues such as loose door handles and curtain rods that were falling out. I had to partially fix some of these myself, which really shouldn’t be the guest’s responsibility. Cleanliness was also below standard The biggest concern was the shower — it was extremely unsafe to get into and out, especially for elderly guests. Overall, the property felt neglected and not in line with the price paid.
