• Lev (8/5): - Perfect central location, the flat is well equipped, clean and modern. There is staff to help you if anything is needed. As some other guests wrote in their comments, one can hear the passing trams. But the sound is quite soft and not disturbing. Besides, they have several flats on the same floor and not all of them face the noisy street. So those who are light sleepers can contact the host and request a flat on the opposite side. AC units are in very poor condition, they produce a lot of cracking noise when working. Fortunately, we stayed there not in the very hot season (September), so we switched off the AC in the bedroom, and the AC in the living room was sufficient. That one too was making the same noise but at least it was not immediately above our heads, so we could sleep. Also, when I turned on the AC in the living room, some water splashed on me from above, fortunately, not much.
• Tardio (10/5): - Posizione strategica, mia figlia doveva frequentare delle lezioni di danza al Teatro Carcano che è praticamente all uscita del portone. Di fronte invece avevamo la fermata della metro. Tutto il necessario è veramente a portata di mano : supermercato pam , pizzeria a taglio, farmacia, e tanto altro ancora La pulizia dell appartamento è impeccabile mi sono trovata davvero bene ed è davvero molto comodo. Manca la macchinetta del caffè.. sia a cialde che la moka.

• Mooza (6/5): The apartment is good in general; but needed some communication enhancement for better and satisfaction . - Near to metro station Carrefour and property has kitchen,with utilities, and spacious clean bathroom with amenities Clean and spacious room There was a time where the temperature was above 20, and we informed them but they said as per the law they couldn’t turn it on in some specific temperature which is 8-12 C, so we opened the window which allows the mosquitoes to enter and got multiple bites which led me to go to pharmacy mid night -communication with the staff were difficult and delayed -theres no coffee and tea, but there’s kettle -theres dish washer without soap. -1 toilet paper for the whole stay (4 nights and we were asked to buy more as they dont provide more than 1)
• Peta (7/5): Great location, awesome apartment, but noisy - Great size, right near a train station and a short walk to the city centre. Secure building. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable Very noisy, it’s right on a tram line and a busy street. The trams run all night and the windows don’t block the sound. Aircon didn’t work but having the windows open meant we couldn’t sleep due to the noise. No access to laundry facilities

• Ελισσαβετ (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful apartment with all the amenities in the first floor with elevator available,clean very very close to the city center only 15' away from Duomo by feet and only 2 stops away with the metro line 3 which is also 6 stops away from Centrale , the metro is opposite to the house. Very friendly staff always able to communicate and very helpful, highly recommended to anyone looking for a beautiful and clean house in Milan.
