- David (7/5): Nice apartment in a great location. - Great location, well supplied kitchen with good basics for cooking. Good to have plentiful supply of coffee pods. Lovely touch to provide milk, biscuits, chips for arrival. Sofa is a little uncomfortable, had to use additional cushions to sit on. Expected to have a mid stay clean and fresh sheets for a 2 week stay.

Clean and instructions were left clearly for those amenities.
Coles easy walking distance Didn't relize it was on a top floor and getting a large suitcase up them was very difficult as I'm 60.
Maybe should mention it in advert when booking.
Sliding door is broken and couldn't lock
- steven (9/5): - It had everything we needed , the kitchen had all the necessary items. Great location and quiet Nothing really , there is no lift so if you were a little less able you might struggle with bags. But you would book somewhere ground floor.

Lack of power points with the use of dodgy double adapters. This drew attention yo the fact that no equipment had been tested and tagged.
Poor when compared to another airbnb, close by that was lesser cost.

- David (8/5): Convenient stay in a great location but could do with a little spruce up. - Ted as a host was excellent - Very helpful, friendly and easy to contact. The location is very good, being just a 3 minute walk to West Leederville train station. Free parking is great and hard to come by in Perth. This is the reason we chose this accommodation. There apartment is spacious with cooking facilities. The price is in the lower range for accommodation in Perth. On the whole, would be happy to stay again if visiting Perth. The apartment could definitely have been cleaner and there were some very obvious large cobwebs in easy to reach places. The furniture and fittings can feel a bit dated also. For similar prices one could find more modern places to stay but the free parking here is a game changer as I feel one needs a car to properly experience Perth and its beaches due to the sprawled nature of the city.
