• James (5/5): Average stay and probably wouldn't go back. Very dirty and not clean - Great location. Easy to get the keys from the lock box and the apartment block was secure. Provided a coffee machine with plenty of pods. Also provided plenty of liqiud soaps for showers and washing up. The floor was extremely dirty. When walking in the apartment the floors were sticky on your shoes. There were also left of wine caps on the floor and the carpets in the room hadn't been vacuumed. The bathroom was also dirty.
• Tina (7/5): - Great location, great host very communicative and friendly. Just a few little issues that l messaged the host about to make the stay more appealing to guests. The back room was noisey and hard beds but it’s a short stay accommodation so it is what it is.

• Nicola (8/5): Fabulous location for the CBD with an amazing host. - The location is fabulous, right near Rundle Mall and within easy walking distance of the Zoo, Botanic Gardens, Oval and the Old Gaol. The bus from the airport stopped right outside the apartment and we could also easily walk to the train station or free tram stops. The apartment was simple and functional, with plenty of space for 2 people, and I had the pool to myself every single day! The block is quiet and we saw hardly any other residents, and heard no noise from the neighbours at all. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Adelaide! It’s not really a dislike, but there was a lot of external noise when sleeping in the main bedroom, which is not surprising given the CBD location, but the second bedroom had no window so was much quieter at night. The furnishing are basic and functional (rather than luxurious), but met our needs sufficiently.

Could simplify the check in process ? Keep key in lock box or with a business and simplify the check in process with the security deposit having to transfer money again , instead add it to the price then return once property is inspected instead of swapping bank details. Also having two sets of keys for the property instead of one …

• David (8/5): Great place, felt very homely - Lovely hosts, answered all my questions and resolved a minor issue quickly. Great location, transport right outside, kids loved the pool 2nd bedroom had no Window, so was really an office with a bed.

• Gen (10/5): It is a Bundled Bliss! - We loved the location - central to everything, and I mean everything you could want was a 5min walk - trams, supermarket, food, alcohol etc! Adelaide airport is only 20 mins away - don't get a taxi, use Uber - I paid $20 more for a taxi (just a hint) The apartment was perfect for 2 women, fully self contained, great massage business downstairs, pool was an added bonus, not heated but warm enough to swim in 25+ degree weather, very quiet floor, didn't notice the neighbours at all unless they were coming home, but it is a mainly residential building so it is definitely not a party apartment, I found the beds super comfy and nice to have plenty of pillows available - Our hostess was amazing! Remember that you are staying in a city, expect to hear construction noises, it is more noticeable in the larger room as it has the larger windows, my friend is a light sleeper so the room closer to the front door was perfect for her.

No hand rail or non slip mat. This was unexpected and was the cause of our poor rating . 2. Only one towel each and no sheets. Doona too hot for comfort. 3. All else very good except we could not contact you and emails were returned.

Geographical advantage: The location is very advantageous, with a commercial pedestrian street on the opposite side. This location facilitates our shopping and leisure activities. Gillian and Tim responded quickly to our problems and solved them efficiently. At the same time, they were very friendly and enthusiastic, and the extra care made us feel warm. None.
