Guest Reviews
- Abin (6/5): -
- Rotimi (3/5): - Location was okay and easy to lcoate Pictures are deceiving and host is selling a shared apartment as a whole facility
- Milagros (9/5): Muy cómodo, excente ubicación y estadía. - Excente estadía, muy buena ubicación y departamento. Muy limpio y cómodo. El personal súper atento y amable. Volvería a hospedarme!
- Garner (4/5): - The bedroom was clean and the actual area had a nice feeling. The room advertised wasn't the room I got. I didn't stay there in the end. The room was very small. The kitchen had nothing in it. There were people playing loud music in their rooms and the corridor was very cluttered. There was no towel or soap and I didn't have a good feeling so I decided not to stay there.
- George (8/5): Very cozy, good, would definitely recommend for the price and location - Clean and organised, very quiet and well maintained
- Dr Ruth (1/5): Our stay was so uncomfortable that we left 2 days early and booked somewhere else. - We were unable to cook breakfast because the teflon non stick pans were so worn and rusty that they were unusable. The plates were dirty and the cutlery was very old plastic handled which were loose. There was washing up liquid but no cloth, tea towel or washing up sponge. The oven tray was encrusted in grease from previous guests. If you want to stay here take your own pots and pans, cutlery and plates as well as tea towels. The windows were dirty and the curtains were made up of two different curtains across the window. They dragged on the floor and were dirty. There was no privacy curtains. The room looks out onto Amery Gardens. The skirting was filthy. The mattress was of the cheapest quality and did not offer any back support. No mattress protector. One of the pillows was mad up of 3 extremely worn pillows stuffed into one pillow protector. The 5G signal was weak and the wifi was sporadic. It needed a booster disc. No toilet paper, and 1st time we've stayed in a room with no TV. The 'keep' in the door frame where the door is supposed to lock is very shallow which means it is easy to force the door. Worse stay ever. Communication was limited. I enquired about parking twice and did not receive a response. Only messages were the standard automated 'Thank you for booking', 'Here are your checkin details' and 'I hope you've checked in OK'

- Paul (1/5): Our stay was marred by the state of the accommodation - It had parking The place was in a poor state of repair. No toilet paper, the floors were uneven and lifting so much so that I hurt my foot on it .

- tim (5/5): The description makes it sound cosy and luxurious. It infact is nothing more than a room like in a HMO. All fine just th - Good communication Very basic
- margaret (2/5): Terrible property - Nothing at all Liked nothing about this place.
No key for one of the doors also big gap in the door could see outside cold draft came through the gap bed right beside the door cold. Bedding rubbish kitchen dirty front door was broken when we got there it was botched up with a bit of wood later so security absolutely terrible. We had to take lap tops with us to the hospital to see my son who was in intensive care so could have done without all this. Landlord wasn't helpful at all. Bookin.com didn't get back after we complained to them we couldn't leave to go somewhere else without the refund so had to stay there for three days.Terrible stay. Id like a refund .really upsetting under the circumstances too.

Ďakujeme.

- Giorgia (1/5): TERRIBILE - La posizione Al mio arrivo la camera era ancora da fare letti sporchi cuscini sporchi a terra sporco. Cucina in condizioni disasostre.
Ho dovuto pulire io a terra e il bagno
Ho viaggiato con i miei due figli piccoli ed abbiamo dormito VESTITI!!!!
State lontano dalle soluzione economiche
- Madison (1/5): Unfortunately extremely disappointing, would not recommend to anyone. - Unfortunately nothing. The bed room we were supposed to stay in was disgusting. There were bandaids on the wall, stains on the shades, one bed has a brown mark, and the bathroom was uncleanly. I also contacted the owner telling him we left on the first night we got there due to people throwing a party with loud music very late at night, which made it impossible to sleep. I contacted him and he never responded.
- Taisa (6/5): - Property was lovely and clean. My room was also very big. Easy access also. No tv , bathroom is out of the room and no chairs & tables in the balcony as advertised
- kazi (3/5): Just ok - Location No communication between guest and host
- Tim (6/5): Good London apartment. - Location was good, room was large and adequate, parking was fine. Shower flow was good and water hot. Mattress needs replacing, kitchen sink and bathroom basin needs plugs. Could do with a tea towel in kitchen.
- Priscilla (7/5): adequate for short stays - The room was what you can expect for the price-range and type of accommodation. The shared kitchen was not very clean.
- Lib (5/5): Mid - Location was nice, beds were comfy. Felt safe People in the house being very noisy even between hours of 11pm- early hours in the morning. The bathroom ran out of toilet paper and it wasn’t replaced for a few hours. Room was very small
- calmels (7/5): -
- Gareth (4/5): This room could have potential, if some of the basics were fixed - The room was a good size, with most facilities needed. Location was nice and quiet, within a 15 minute walk to nearest tube. Bed was awful, with uncomfortable and squeaky mattress. Bathroom would be nice if towels were new and soap dispensers weren't empty. Property advertised as having parking, but owners ignored all of our requests to book a space (we sent 5 separate messages via booking.com app/text/call) - we ended up having to find separate parking at additional cost.
- Anna (1/5): Virhe majoitus - Sijainti Siisteys, henkilökuntaan ei saatu yhteyttä koko oleskeluaikana, muut asiakkaat melusi, mutta ei tehnyt asialle mitään.
- Dave (8/5): -
- Jessica Stringer (10/5): Lovely and spacious - It was a great location very near the city. It had parking which was very handy!! N/A
- Asha (8/5): - Property was clean and tidy. Place is good and calm.Facilities were good and easy access. The room was very small for two people
- Gail (8/5): Close to Wembley and v quiet - Near to We look Wembeley for Coldplay concert Pillows were a bit lumpy
- IsabellaCarloni (1/5): Far from "Deluxe" or "Cozy" - just unpleasant - Absolutely nothing. I was extremely disappointed. The property felt poorly maintained from the start: stained, crooked curtains, an old mattress and bed linen, and a thin, worn towel left hanging on the door on arrival. The Wi-Fi didn’t work during my entire stay. While the shared bathroom wasn’t the worst, the overall condition made me feel so uncomfortable that I chose not to shower here. After the first night, the room felt so unpleasant that I left and booked another place to stay. The room was advertised as a “Deluxe Twin” and the property as a “Large Cozy property,” but in my experience, it was neither. The owner did message to ask if everything was fine, but the problems were so fundamental that nothing could have fixed them except moving to a different place. I would not stay here again.
- Julie (6/5): -
- Mai (8/5): Cosy n relaxing - Location
Cleanliness
Security Bed is too soft and bedding is aged
- Stuart (7/5): -
- Kamara (8/5): This is a great space that is strategic located for a sole traveler, but not for romantic purposes. - I liked the location as it is strategically located. The room was very small compared to what I have been used to, and you can’t see any staff to ask for help if needed.
- Shane (7/5): Good for a cheap getaway - We stayed during a heatwave and whoever prepared the room for us closed the curtains and opened the windows, which was very VERY much appreciated- as it was a lot cooler than expected. It was still quite warm so I can imagine how hot it would have been otherwise. I stayed in a room with it's own kitchen (fridge w/freezer shelf, microwave, hob, oven, and sink), and bathroom (shower, washbasin, and toilet with "bidet"). The bidet in the bathroom is something I wish was in more hotels. There was plenty of space to put away clothes/belongings, but I usually just live out of my backpack. There were other mod cons including multiple irons, a vacuum, and even a washer dryer with clear instructions. Overall the property was what I'd call "student let" clean. It could do with a bit more attention in some areas, but it was by no means sub par. Directions for getting into the property were prompt, delivered by message, and there were ~3 parking spaces, of which I was able to use one free of charge.
Relatively quick and straightforward walk to the nearest tube station (Kensal Green). I think the property has probably been renovated on too small of a budget, and it might not have great longevity. The bed was comfortable enough to sleep in, but was noisy; and the flooring was squeaky in some places. I think the bed/mattress in particular would benefit from replaced with a more premium one.
I also had a slight issue with messaging the host- the booking site said that I would need to contact the host to reserve a parking spot, and I didn't get a response to any of my messages. HOWEVER this turned out to be a non-issue as there was a space there for me.
If you're planning on going into central London later at night, be sure to check tube times- we were fine getting back at ~1am on Saturday, but had difficulty getting back on the Friday. The closest we could get was Queens Park.
Regardless of these issues, I would still be happy to book to stay here again, I would recommend it, and I send my thanks to Mohammed.
- Serena (1/5): The room didnt look like in the pictures and although everything was clean on the surface, it wasnet clean if you gad a - The host was friendly and nice The noise from the other people in the building , partying through the night, it was so loud!!!!
- Loena (7/5): Good -
- Casey (10/5): Clean, good location accommodation. Good value for money. - Very clean, easy access inside, parking at property, good location with quick transport options to city and Wembley. Everything was fine
- Bozhidara (10/5): I will come again - excellent location.. nice place.. good host
- Marijana (8/5): Very good -
- Regan (7/5): Great stay - Great property, suited our needs Location was close to underground transport
- Paul (7/5): Excellent location to services in central London via tube. - Location excellent
Parking excellent Comfort of bed was poor, new better mattress required.
Duvet and pillows of poor quality and lumpy.
Curtains poor fitting and let too much light in.
- Charlotte (1/5): Bad - Nothing Very small room
Not clean and had a awful smell
- Atta (5/5): Passable -
- Sagarika (8/5): Very good - Everything was great. Room was super clean and comfy. Heater was not on. It was too cold.
- Kasia (10/5): Exceptional - The place and location were great - a few minutes to the bus stop, from where you could go to the city center or to the train/underground station :) about 15 minutes to this station by walking. I stayed in a room with a private bathroom - everything was clean. No problems with check-in - I received the instructions on time and with all necessary details. Nothing, everything was okey :)
- علي (10/5): Great stay and location - It was great Nothing everything was ok
- Zsuzsanna (5/5): Not recommended, but if you prefer cheap and good location only for a day or a few days,it's brill. - It has a parking space, a very good area, a good connection to busses and overground. Nice shops near. Very friendly stuff. We could leave our car a bit longer there. It wasn't really nice facilities. The bath wasn't worked properly. The bad wasn't comfy.
- Matt (7/5): Had everything we needed, thanks! - The room had everything we needed, and the shared facilities were handy too. The location was good as we had access to central London and Wembley. Thank you for letting us stay here :) The shower on the first floor was very hot and wouldn't allow me to change it, so I used the shower on the floor above.
- Makenzee (8/5): My stay was great, it was quiet and good faway from the busy city life. - I liked how quiet the streets were and how easily accessible the overground stations were. The stairs were small and the entrance into my room was a little bit inconvenient as it did not have a direct landing outside the bedroom door.
- Sara (9/5): All you you could want and more. - A very cosy room with a comfortable bed. Great kitchen facilities to use and clean. Car parking on a quiet road. Easy and safe access to the building. Close to shops etc. We just happen to be staying during the right the neighbours had builders working on the house next door. Hammering would start from extremely early.
- Carl (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (1/5): Poor don’t bother - Location Was like a youth hostel checked out early, was party house music continued all night and morning
Response from owner and booking. Com is 2 days later, reserved parking aswell not available!
- Lois (4/5): Disappointing - Good location, and they gave back our kindle which was left in one of the rooms Noisy tenants, cigarettes flying into our window from above, dirty and stained soft furnishings and beddings and towels smelled like they had been left in the washing machine for days (only in room 2, room 6 was good), quite dirty and dusty in certain places around the property, stacks of dirty dishes found in cupboard (should have lead with that one really), shower was scolding hot and was unable to adjust the temperature, had to go use upstairs one instead, hallway floors were wet as other tenants had flooded it from showering, and dirty kitchen.
- Jack (6/5): Pleasant - Good location, takes about ~40 minutes to get to the centre via public transport. Close to Wembley, free parking. Spacious room had everything needed and was clean. Noise levels were loud from other guests and construction work next door started up at 8am every morning. This was directly next to us and the thin walls made it sound like it was in the room!
- Nazim (6/5): Pleasant -
- Grace (6/5): Pleasant -
- Michelle (8/5): Very good - We looked for a property closer to Wembley Stadium for a concert so we would have an easy commute but this was perfectly in the middle of both the stadium and the city center!
- Claire (8/5): Fantastic compact apartment - Great communication and as booked night before due to being let down was a relief to get somewhere
Easy instructions on how to get in.
Lovely little apartment with all facilities you would need Only thing for me is it needs a new bed, mattress squashed and bed base falling through so little uncomfortable
Also curtains a nightmare to open/close.. someone will damage them in the condition the runner is
- Glen (9/5): Superb - I arrived early and after a quick phone call was given the entry codes. Room was as described perfect for what we wanted. We decided to walk to Wembley Stadium for a concert (just over an hour) and got a cab back.
- Sara (6/5): Pleasant - Easy to locate, great commute
- Neil (1/5): NOT cosy, NOT safe for women. Doors slamming all night, we barely slept. Host not responsive - Bathroom was nice, kitchen okay but everything had to be washed before we used it, the oven was filthy too. The naked man trying to break into his own room at 2am with an 8" kitchen knife was a bonus! We didn't sleep. Doors slamming all night. Furniture from a second-hand store, NOT cosy at all. We left 1 night early as we hardly slept. We are STILL waiting for a refund. The host is ignoring my messages now.
- Judith (7/5): Good communication - Clean and value for money No TV and curtains unable to open without them coming off the rail
- Nawang (6/5): Pleasant -
- Philip (9/5): ACDC at Wembley - Met the needs for what we required for the acdc concert at Wembley stadium. Nice quiet area. 10 mins uber to stadium.
Kitchen and toilet on top and bottom floors Nothing really top floor loo seat was loose and slid around 😂
An although it said parking on the advert, there is a drive enough for 2 cars but it's an 8 room guest house
- Lee (8/5): Very good -
- James (10/5): Exceptional - Easy check-in and comfortable place.
- Jack (10/5): Exactly what we needed! - Had all required amenities, easy access, good location near public transport, would definitely stay again! Safe location too! Nothing !
- Noa (7/5): - - it was a nice place and everything was very clean. It had a nice location, making it easy to get to the center. Thanks for the stay. recommended. -
- Krzysztof (10/5): Exceptional - Room and kitchen was very clean just what we needed on our trip to London
Owner was polite and helpful.
Many 👍🏻🙏 None...
- Elinor (8/5): Very good - Private Kitchenette,
Communal washing machine airer and iron all were very useful. Sheets and white towels look like could do with a good HOT wash or bleach. Block out curtains would be good on such a beautiful big bay window right around the bed. Light to late at night and early morning.
- Dzmitry (4/5): Nice location, the rest is disappointing - - Nice location
- Friendly host - The room is way tooo small.
- No airco, becomes pretty warm.
- Shared shower was dirty.
- Some parts in the shared toilet were broken.
- Sound isolation is non-existing - you hear everything what happens in the whole house.
- Very bad wi-fi in the room.
- Papatheodorou (1/5): All the dust and lack of fresh air, triggered me severe asthma and had to go to the ER and leave the country within 1.5 - The only positive thing was somewhat the location. I would STRONGLY advise that women should AVOID this place as the doors of the room are not secure! My friend was afraid something bad would happen to us from other guests. The windows of our room would NOT open, which made the atmosphere suffocating and with the combination of the dust, my asthma was severely triggered.
The rooms are way TOO SMALL! Keep that in mind.
The staff do NOT respond to emails! If something happens to you for the facility’s POOR HYGIENE, it is your problem. They are inhumane!
If you still want to make a reservation at their property, I advise you to be prepared to face some potential health issues, safety concerns, and fear of being raped as the doors are not secure.
I am expecting the staff to take legal action for my ‘’misleading’’ information-I am sure they will claim that I am exaggerating and lying-that would be interesting! I am urging them to take legal action against me before I do.
I have nothing to hide and nothing to be afraid of. I am totally aware that I can save peoples’ lives with this review.
- Krishnan (5/5): Average - Security and safety. Check-in and check out process and access to city Kitchen sink was choked and not repaired
Toilet had bad smell and toilet hand faucet was leaking
Shower was leaking
Bathroom lock not working
- Urska (1/5): Never again. - Nothing. If you're travelling solo, don't go here. They might put you in room 8 and the entrance to that room is a death hazard.
- Gina (10/5): Exceptional - Everything.... the place is accommodating we love it the staff are nice polite and easy to deal with
They prioritize their tenant Got bless them God bless this place Nothing at all
- Aruthy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yifan (3/5): Poor - No money back even if you check out much earlier! And the room is really small!
- Ian (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and comfortable, quiet, close to Kensal Rise/Queens Park/Kilburn, easy to get anywhere in London from. Host was excellent, really responsive and felt like nothing was too much trouble for him
- Megan (7/5): Good -
- Gina (7/5): Good - The place was accommodating we love it.Hope the next time we visit that will be this April you will give us discount we will recommend it in our friends for sure There's a probkem in the bathroom but simple and can be fix the next time nothing serious
- Ravi (7/5): Good - Location To hot and bed
