• Theresa (8/5): - The apartment was very central (a few short metres from the town centre), it was clean & comfortable & towels, sheets & small toiletries were provided. Near to lots of local shops/restaurants & all attractions were within a 10/15 mins walk. Difficulty finding the agents office to collect the keys (the building numbering system is not sequential), the apartment is on the 2nd floor of an ancient tower, with no lift! The stairs were very narrow & steep & if you have mobility issues, could prove a challenge. Being so central could get noisy at night from nearby restaurants & if you're not an early riser, the bells from the Duomo will wake you up from about 5:00am.

• Masteller (8/5): Very good - Location, bathrooms, kitchen, remodeled and up to date. Responsive staff, very accommodating. The apartment wasn't fully cleaned when we arrived so that was off putting. Plus, the kitchen has zero cooking implements. It did have good sharp knives, a cutting board, flatware and a veg peeler. That was it. Also, no hospitality condiments like salt, pepper, coffee, coffee filters (?), napkins or paper towels. Thankfully, there were pots, pans and dishes.

• Nicole (6/5): Pleasant - Central to everything. Beautiful location. Kitchen needed more cooking utensils, more bed rugs needed for winter travel. We had trouble with one of the heaters not working.
• Ron (4/5): Hopefully this place will get better with time - and learn how to deal with customer problems - Location is pretty good, right in the center of the Duomo (please note - it is a noisy place, but you can close the windows and hear nothing). The size of the apartment is very good, three big bedrooms. There are many (many!) stairs, the apartment is on the 3rd floor, with many tiny stairs you need to climb. If you are not fit, or carry heavy luggage - be aware. (Must mention here that the apartment representative was there to help us carry things up). The main disappointment I had: there was some fuc*-up in the cleaning process, so the apartment was not clean until 3-3.5 hours after check-in time. The owners did their best to resolve, but bottom line was that I actually got the cleaned apartment only late in the evening, and being with small kids - this was very inconvenient. I didn't ask for any major compensation - just the partial refund for the time the apartment was unusable. I got rejected - very bad customer handling.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Fantastic apartment - Great location & very spacious apartment. Nice & modern with a hint of Italian architecture. Had a few flights of stairs to get to it but we were all happy enough given the apartment is great.
• Michael (7/5): Good - The location of the apartment is excellent. Very close the the Duomo, the Palazzo Vecchio, in a neighborhood with many restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. There are many steps (40+) from the street level to the apartment, as well as a few steps inside. The washing machine smelled bad, and it did not drain. We used the local laundromat. There was also a smell in the small bathroom. The apartment is fairly spartan. The pictures are representative.
• Cttano (8/5): Spacious apartment in a great central location. - Great central location! Spacious apartment. The tightness of the 2nd bathroom and the noisiness of the ventilator in the main bedroom.
• Martita (10/5): Great location, helpful hosts, spacious apartment; just be ready to navigate serious stairs - Location is ideal and hosts were very easy to reach and helpful, both before and during our stay. The apartment was exactly as pictured and comfortably spacious for six adults. The only caveat is that (like almost all apartments in Florence) there are significant, steep stairs to navigate each time you come and go. As long as stairs are not an issue for anyone in your party, this apartment is an excellent choice.
• Tura (9/5): Large apartment in central location. - We appreciated having three bedrooms and two full baths. Location was amazing and having AC throughout the apartment was nice. We loved that we could check in early. I didn’t appreciate coming back to the apartment an hour before checkout only to find a stranger there, starting to clean. We still had our personal things in the apartment. The cleaner should have immediately exited the apartment once he saw our things still there as we obviously hadn’t checked out yet. Property manager needs a better system in place so this doesn’t happen again.
• Agne (10/5): It has a romantic nook with a view of the dome - What an amazing stay! The apartment is in the heart of Florence. The Santa Maria del Magiore is just around the corner. The rooms are very spacious. One of the bedrooms had a wonderful nook, which we have named a writer's corner. The kitchen is very well equipped. Our group of six people was very comfortable and happy staying here.
• Julie (10/5): Florence beauty - Excellent communication from staff, allowed us to drop bags early before check-in time. Beautiful spacious apartment, clean and warm for winter with heat pumps in every room and heated towel rails. Excellent location right in the middle of the old town No tea/coffee/drink supplies available
• Luli (9/5): Superb - The location was great! We would have wanted to know in advanced that there was no elevator in the flat. It was difficult to carry the luggage up.
• Yin (7/5): The facilities and room itself were great, but the missing toilet door and steep staircase made it less accessible. - It was located in the middle of Florence, 5 minutes from the Duomo by walking. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, excellent for large groups. The architecture was very Italian, with wide hallways and arches. It was well equipped and the heating was very effective. One of the bathrooms DID NOT have a door so it was unusable. This was not notified to us prior. There are also 3 flights of very steep staircases that lead up to the apartment, which made lifting the luggages up to the room near impossible to do alone. The neighbors below the apartment are also quite hostile, as they are very sensitive to noise and do not tolerate moving luggage up and down the stairs even at 730pm.
• Hans (10/5): Awesome HUGE apartment and AMAZING LOCATION! - The location was incredible just blocks from the Duomo. The area was safe and touristy. The apartment was huge with lots of space, great kitchen, laundry, etc. Great communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends. Nothing! It really was perfect. It was up three flights of stairs, without elevators so be aware of that if you're not extremely mobile.
