• Carmel (10/5): Cute cottage and great back deck - Clean and comfortable. Great back deck overlooking a large backyard with ample secure area dog to play on lawn. Great communication from management.

• Debra (10/5): Cottage cuteness - Such a cute little cottage. Had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked outside deck was so nice to sit and watch the birds. Only 5 min to town. Charger for the car was a great bonus. Perfect for a couple.

• Olivia (7/5): Good - Spacious, well-equipped, comfortable, great deck and yard, pet friendly. We had a great stay overall. Communication with the property manager was a bit awkward. They entered the premises without any notice - outdoor for sure, maybe indoor too, the morning after we arrived. We were out with our dog at that time. The following day we received a long text message with additional pet rules to follow, including not being able to leave him unattended in the unit. These rules were not mentioned at the time of booking, despite the fact that I messaged to property manager saying we were coming with our dog... Location is residential and a car is needed for everything.

• Matthew (9/5): Superb - The car charger on site was a welcome surprise. The view out the back porch was brilliant. Hardies cafe a short walk down down the road was lovely. The small 50L electric storage hot water system limited shower usage somewhat
• Latham (10/5): Very Very Very happy! - The property was very neat and cozy! Will absolutely be rebooking when I return to Albany The only thing which isn't the hosts fault! There was a couple yelling on the road at 3am Saturday morning and woke myself and my partner up. AGAIN NO FAULT at the host

• Taylor (10/5): Annie is a great host, the property was lovely, clean and quiet. Perfect home away from home :) - Really quiet location, cozy little cottage with all the amenities required to be self sufficient.
• Julie (10/5): Exceptional - Delightful cottage, well equipped with everything required for a relaxing stay and a very comfortable bed. Lovely yard and deck. Easy parking. Location is convenient to the CBD and roads to scenic attractions.
• Clark (8/5): Enjoyed our stay and the convenience the property offered. - Large, fully fenced backyard so we had somewhere safe to leave our dog. Fruit trees were a bonus especially lemon and fig. Floor in lounge is in poor condition. Settee in lounge very uncomfortable.

• Nicole (9/5): A perfect cottage as starting point for many excursions and hikes around Albany - The Cottage is located in a quiet neighbourhood, it has a nice deck with views on the garden and surrounding. It is well equipped you will find everything you need. Even a washing machine and dryer is there. The bed is super comfortable, what is most important! The bathroom is okay.

• Avril (10/5): Very clean, bed comfortable and close to town. - Clean and well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. Close to town and very quiet surroundings. Nice to bring our tiny dog with us. Both of us being 6ft the couch was not very comfy for us sitting watching TV for any long period of time.
