• Thomas (5/5): Clean, central, comfortable studio that needs some improvement - Clean, comfortable bed, central location, responsive host Shower head was loose and water leaked outside of bathroom, and hot water had to be turned on before each use
• Hannah (9/5): Lovely studio, friendly feel - Excellent location, studio exactly as shown. Very comfortable and it had a 'friendly feel' to it. Self chrck in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Having tea, coffee and milk provided was a lovely touch. Excellent wifi. Would definitely stay there again. Minor thing but a small hot plate or microwave would be an excellent addition.

• andy (7/5): Ideal if you’re running one of tye Nicosia marathon Races as everything is very near by - I liked the location A few bits can do with explaining a bit better ,but once I figured everything out by asking other people at the property it was all good , could of done with the host answering his phone when I called a few times

• William (10/5): Clean, well stocked studio in an amazing location! - Amazing location! Well stocked kitchen! Even coffee pods, sugar, and biscuits. Very clean, and helpful with things I had questions about. The Armenian and greek restaurants across the street were both excellent, and there is a large grocery store only about 2 blocks to the north N/a

• Vassilis (8/5): Very satisfactory for the area but needs more equipment. - The position is ideal, easy access and close to main points of interest. Cleaning good and comfortable furniture well done. The neighborhood has plenty of easy food places and shopping. There are no appliances for cooking (light or more) which is not as expected nor close to the apartment rental habits. There is not washing machine either. So, it is not well equipped for living as it matches to hotel room but no hotel benefits....I would recommend to update the equipment.

• Graham (8/5): Good value for the price. Location excellent. - The position is great, just off Ledra Street, so walking distance to everywhere including the border crossing. Very clean, well equipped, nespresso machine, water in the fridge, even biscuits. City view is a little ambitious, amounts to overlooking the take away opposite, and the rather shabby narrow street. But because the position is so convenient I forgive it. In fact my second stay here. For the price it’s really good value. I will stay again.

• Nicoletta (5/5): Hmm, I wouldn’t book again. - Very bad smell coming from the bathroom during the night, also badly bitten my mosquitos in the room. From the photo it looks like there’s a balcony but there isn’t. The kitchen was just a kettle if I recall correctly. I ended up checking out early. While I was trying to leave the owner or manager was calling and messaging saying they want to do an inspection but because I complained about the smell. However the smell was during the night, probably when everyone was showering. I tried to explain this but they sent the cleaner anyway while I was literally leaving. Luckily I have family close by and went to stay with them.

• Brian (9/5): Clean and comfortable apartment - Free parking in nearby car park is a bonus, parking pass collected from attendant at car park. Short walk to apartment which is located above shop in traffic free street. Area lively, shops, cafes, restaurants until late at night but sound proofing (windows closed) is excellent. Apartment clean and comfortable with everything you need. Good place for a short stay, plenty to see and do and short walk to crossing to North Nicosia. Recommend.

It was nice to have two armchairs and a table and tea and coffee making facilities. The location was good- central and near to restaurants and bars, the green line and the bus station. Communication was good. Instructions re getting in and hot water were thorough. The property isn’t fancy but is clean, comfy, good value and a good pick for a night or two in Nicosia. Nothing really. It was as said.
