Además Anabel nos dejó un “tentempié” a la llegada que fue un detallazo. No está en la zona más céntrica pero si muy cerca, a 10min andando y a 5 de la estación de tren y esto hace que además sea muy tranquilo. El parking incluido en el mismo edificio es un plus muy importante ya que no es habitual por el centro. Repetiría sin dudar y además es más económico que la media de aptos de la zona. Un 10! Nada

Para ir en invierno excelente tiene calefacción y se está divinamente Escaleras en los accesos
La cochera de difícil acceso muy estrecha
A 20 minutos andando al centro que no hay problema porque para ir al centro y a la playa es un paseo muy agradable

Very well equipped apartment and comfortable beds. Great location with easy walk to the old city and waterfront but convenient for train station and 4 supermarkets. The fruit, cakes, coffee pods and tea on arrival were a really nice touch. For people sharing it would be useful to have separate sets of keys. Wasn’t a problem for us but some would prefer more than one bathroom.

- Lubov Shilin (10/5): Very nice place in Malaga - The apartment is located in leaving area 5-7 minutes walk from the train station, 10-15 minutes walk to the nearest beach, 15-20 minutes walk to the center. In very quiet leaving area with many shops and places to eat.
The flat is very clean and good maintained. Very comfortable beds.
The AC is in living room only, but the ceiling cooling fan was enough.
We also used washing machine and were very nicely surprised to see that there are even pins in the flat to hang up the laundry.
I would stay here again if arrive to Malaga in the future nothing

Abbiamo anche trovato acqua, frutta e cialde del caffè.
A 20 minuti a piedi dal centro. Se si è in macchina offrono il parcheggio, altrimenti per strada si trova posto a pagamento ( sabato pomeriggio e domenica gratis)
Proprietari veloci nella risposta per qualsiasi necessità Se si ha il sonno leggero ci sono rumori della strada e dei vicini fino a tarda notte.
In quei giorni faceva molto caldo e l’aria condizionata c’è solo in sala e non nelle camere

Además una parada de autobús cerca para poder ir al centro o a otras playas. Los dueños muy atentos y muy amables. Tienes casi todo a menos de 15 minutos. Muy buena experiencia Todo estuvo perfecto

It's in a business area but don't be put off by the area it's quite at night and only a 20-minute walk from the old town .

He provided us with very accurate directions from the airport, and then google map directions from the train station. Both were extremely helpful. There is not an amazing view from the apartment but that didn't matter as we were out exploring each day.

It's a short walk to the port & seafront & we used the secure parking. It's only a few mins. walk from the train & bus stations, + a range of bars, restaurants, shops & a short walk to the winding streets of the old town.
- Robert (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect, the location was very good, close to city center, very cozy. The property owners were very nice, they waited for us and presented the apartament and the parking spot. Everything was ideal for a couple.

I came here after a week in an apartment in Ronda which was more expensive yet lacked almost everything which was available here.
The entire flat is extremely well appointed,extremely clean and tastefully decorated. From the kitchen to the bedrooms there was nothing I could think of which wasn't to hand and everything was of good quality.
Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants abound in the vicinity and the centre and beach are within walking distance.
I didn't give a 10 marking because that implies there is never room for any improvement but this place came pretty close.
The ultimate question is : Would I choose to stay here again?

Easy communication, free parking in the garage, 10-15 mins walk downtown, quiet area/street. There are several grocery stores nearby, coffee shops, the train station is very close as well. Beds and pillow are very comfy. I'll come back for sure.

The flat is in a residential block with minimal noise from inside or outside. Shutters kept the bedroom dark. 5 minutes walk from the train station and 15 - 20 minutes to Central Malaga.

- George (9/5): Excellent choice near Maria Zambrano train station - Carlos met me at the building door and showed me around. He then came with me to show me where the train station is, Mercadona supermarket, other smaller markets. It was Sunday, December 24, he went to far as to ask the cashiers when they close. In the apartment we found fruits, sweets and a bottle of Cava and a large jug of water graciously left for us. The entire place was spotless. It is a stone throw away from Maria Zambrano train station where the regular and high speed trains stop; and a stop on the Sercania suburban train that goes to the airport, takes 10 minutes and comes 3 times per hour. The building is about a 20 min leisurely walk from the Cathedral and Calle Larios, far enough from the noise but close enough for a walk. El Corte Ingles is 10 min walk. Malaga centre is very clean, well lit and safe. Carlos inquired a few times if all is good and promptly answered all our messages. Wi-Fi worked great. TV had BBC, TV5, RAI, Eurosport, Euronews, too many channels and options to list It was all good for us, nothing to complain about. The parking spot is a bit cramped if you have a larger car. Careful - the garage door opens inside, I was lucky it didn't hit the front of the car on the first day I took the car out, stay a good 2 meters back from that door!

This holiday apartment is a hidden gem. A great base for exploring the area.
Would certainly recommend without hesitation.

- Andrew (10/5): Amazing experience and first class apartment - Everything about this apartment was first class. It’s newly renovated with all new appliances and fixtures. The host Carlos and his sister Anabela were super nice and even had milk, bread and fruit awaiting us when we checked in which was a pleasant surprise. We were only 10min walk to central area and 15mins from the nearest beach so the location was amazing. I honestly couldn’t fault the apartment!
