• Alice (9/5): Spacious flat, great location - The flat exceeded expectations - it was very spacious, and situated in a brilliant location, just stones away from an incredible view of the acropolis. The flat was clean and fairly well equipped. The customer service on WhatsApp was also very helpful. The place was very good value for money, considering how central you are; public transport connections very good. Lovely lively square at the doorstep was great for a late night drink and music. The instructions to pick up the key weren’t very clear: they mention a black key box but when I arrived there were around 10 black key boxes, with no identifiable features to find the correct one (so I had to try several before finding one that opened with the code provided). There was also nothing in the instructions to indicate which floor and which door was the correct one for the flat. However, the agency was very responsive on WhatsApp and was able to tell me to provide clear instructions. Unfortunately, the wifi did not function throughout my stay. However, they did tell me they would provide a partial refund for this issue.

• Patricia (1/5): Dirty, poorly outfitted and bad service from the hosts. - We complained to the hosts / mgmt company, at first they were going to refund us, once they saw the photos we sent them - but then they changed their story… Kitchen was poorly outfitted, faucet broken, bathroom had dirty toilet paper, no bath mat making exiting the bath dangerous on super slick tiles. Sheets did not fit and the bed cover was filthy. We are still waiting on some sort of refund, compensation. This was a bad experience.
• Dubs (1/5): We arrived in Athens late evening to find we had been scammed - We tried contacting the property for self-check-in, 4 days before arrival, we sent all the information requested, but no response from the owner, and no replies when we called the property. When we arrived in Athens at the property location and tried all accommodations in that area we were then told by Police & locals we had been scammed, because it was not a full property address. Please do not book this accommodation it does not exist, regardless of reviews. Being scammed on Booking.com. The property is supposed to be in Mitropoleos 10563 Athens but this is not the property location, it also needs a number, and without any information from the owners on how to get in, it became obvious this apartment was a scam. We booked alternative accommodation and have been in touch with Booking.com for a full refund. Please do not fall into the same trap by booking this accommodation.
• Mátyás (8/5): Very good - Excellent location, large and clean apartment. Fast and smooth check in and check out. Slow WiFi, construction or painting smell in the staircase.
• Nicole (3/5): Couldn't even shower. - Location is good. Water heater leaking requiring breaker to be turned on and off during the stay, bathroom window would not shut, hand held (only) shower would not stay on, no drain plug provided for bath, bathroom was dirty, and kitchen was very poorly equipped. Bed supports also slip from under the mattress. I left 2 nights in to a 5 night stay.
• Yoel (5/5): I wouldn't go there again, despite how well located it is. - The apartment is nice and spacious and located in a very central area. Very close to the metro. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. The worst part was the shower. The water pressure was incredibly weak, and made it very difficult to shower. The shower window was broken which added difficulty to take a shower, to not hit your head on. The bedroom was very dusty, the blanket was dirty (but the owner replaced it was a completely new blanket once we asked). The kitchen was not well equipped. Just a handful of forks and knives...

• Darren (3/5): Disappointed - Location was ideal for a short break in the city as it was very central to all shops, eateries and transport Not clean, shower water pressure extremely poor, a tv but not channels present, noisy area but that’s on because of central location. Toaster provided but trips the electricity when used, pillows on bed extremely too firm.
• Iris (9/5): Athens trip - The location was great. It's in the middle of Athens and you are able to walk everywhere. The airco in the apartment is life saving. There is one in the living room and another one in the bedroom and they both work fantastic. While it was 47 degrees celcius outside, it was only 22 inside. The apartment is really spacious. They even had a washing machine. The bathroom window didnt close. Although the airco worked great, you had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times. The bathroom got very hot throughout the day. The apartment is on the fourth floor, with no view except for roofs. We only got 2 big towels and 2 small ones. We had a washing machine but it meant we had to wash everyday.
• Eric (8/5): overall , nice. may not stay here again since it’s hard to sleep but appreciated the experience. everyone was nice. - the location in the city is the best! close walk to every area the metro. not noisy and close to night life. loved that we had a washer available. living room and kitchen were clean and the AC and kitchen. was super helpful. the washer was needed since we were sweating most of the day and night when we went out. . the bed hurt my back and every side. I slept on the couch as that was more comfortable. the towel had a stain and so did the extra pillows. since the full address isn’t given to you till after you pay, management messages you, which is totally understandable, but hard to find the entrance in the city. there a hotel called te heart of Athens which is where our taxi dropped us off at 2:00 am ☹️
• Oliver (6/5): If management can address the above problems, the property is a very good choice. - Close to transportation, attractions (markets, Plaka area) and many restaurents. Property said that they did not receive my email replies to them via Booking.com, but Maritina from the property is a great help to settle everything in the day before arrival. Andy also helped to resolve couple problems after moving in. Thanks, My email correspondence with the property via booking.com did not work, and everything had to be settled via WhatsApp phone the day before arrival !!! A lot of frustration The amenities and facilities need improvement: 1) please provide English instructions for equipment use such as TV, washing machines 2) wall holder for shower head is missing. You cannot just tape/bind it down to the window latch!! We need to use the shower head for every position. 3) provide more towel bars to hang towels and others 4) please verify the equipments are working properly, e.g., the batteries of air-cond remote control are dead (we had to use our own); your toaster is tripping circuit breaker (we found out in the last day when we tried to use it) 5) WiFi did not work as per information until we called to find out that the router has been changed 6) suggestion: a microwave oven is a big plus for kitchen (if you feature kitchen facilities for your property)
• Lindsay (8/5): Very good - Great location, very clean and spacious. Kitchen well stocked. Would definitely stay here again. Even though the streets were noisy, I did not hear much from the bedroom with windows closed. A bit tricky to find initially; unfortunately there was no soap in the bathroom so I had to buy some.
• Hafeez (9/5): Superb - it is spacious Apartment and a very prime location tv is old and small 20 inch and no cable working. there was No hanging for shower so u have to you both hands to shower
