- Maximilien (5/5): Construction going next door. - Friendly staff, great location and well designed property. The volunteers make sure to create a nice atmosphere. There is a big construction going right next door that makes a lot of noise during the day, very loud and annoying, plus the workers. I went there to surf and relax but this was impossible during the day. The hostel sent an email after the booking was confirmed saying "noise levels will be moderate", which is incorrect, as the noise levels are not moderate at all. The problem is that there is no mention of the construction (that seems to have started a while ago) on the listing, and that they only inform you after the booking has been done. I only found out once I arrived as I did not see the email beforehand (through booking website). Other than that, the dorm is very small for 6 people, the wooden bunk beds are pretty uncomfortable, no place to store your stuff and no A/C. There is no kitchen and if you want to eat it's 25$ for a family dinner. Everything is overpriced my opinion. They should at least lower their prices during the construction and include this important detail in the listing.
- Tom (7/5): Good - Location was amazing. And the nearby beach is incredible. Staff were friendly and helpful with good food options and a nice breakfast. More on us I think but it is certainly more of a hostel than hotel and privacy and noise weren't 100% ideal at times but a minor complaint.

Enjoyed my stay - Marina, the manager was a very comforting young lady, always available engaging everyone to play varies games, walking on the beach in a group and eating dinner together was very special also. I was the oldest in the group and had a lot of fun with the young travellers. Not having a vehicle and the distance to restaurants or Santa Teresa was a little difficult to get to. My suggestion would be to have a vehicle available at a reasonable rate at least twice weekly, if necessary
- Adriana (10/5): I would love to come back soon! - I love this place and highly recommend it. Everything was so clean and exactly as the pictures. It is beautiful, comfortable, and food was amazing. Also, the staff is so nice and welcoming. This is a great option if you want to disconnect and being in middle of the nature. Very close to the beach and 20 mins to drive to the town. :-

Loved it - New to Hermosa, this Surf camp has an amazing location.. 4 min walk through a Mango forest to a pristine beach perfect for all levels of surfer. Rooms were comfortable, food was great. Chill atmosphere, with great vibe The manager and staff could not have been more friendly. Loved this place.. Definitely coming back compared to other places in Santa Theresa, it was the best value Again being new they are working on finishing touches. I am sure with time the experience will be even better.
