• Tess (10/5): A wonderful apartment in a pretty area. - The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location. We liked everything but a coffee machine would have been good.

• Judith (9/5): Convient location close to beach and Battery point, very comfortable and cosy - Extremely comfortable beds, good quality pillows and towels, newly renovated bathroom, great location within walking distance from Battery Point and just around the corner from Sandy Bay beach, quiet neighbourhood, lovely little garden, kitchen was well equipped. Lisa was great to communicate with. We would stay again. All was great with the accommodation. I was just a little surprised that I had to pay a damage waiver - I had not seen this in the fine print when I made the booking. Probably my own fault but perhaps good to know for others upfront.

• Serena (10/5): Place was indeed cozy and convenient. - It is in a great location for walking to cafes and restaurants. A small beach was a few minutes walk away down a pedestrian lane. Easy parking and access to main roads to take trips. House was comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was well appointed. Only overhead lighting downstairs which was bright and made it hard to sit in living room in the evening.

The property itself is also very beautiful and the view from the rooms are absolutely beautiful. The host was very helpful and provided all that we needed which helped make our stay a very pleasurable experience.

• San (10/5): Luxury accommodation - Quiet location within a few minutes of Hobart CBD - the apartment is fully renovated with modern furniture and bedding There are good kitchen appliances, ceramic electric cooktop and microwave, dishwasher and washing machine - luxury cutlery and utensils. Large Flatscreen TV and free Wifi rounds up the facilities. Nothing - could do with an clothes dryer but there are clothes lines in the well kept backyard anyway.

• Shauna (9/5): Excellent location and well appointed ,warm and comfortable Villa. - Property was central to Hobart and in a quiet location with a safe, close car space. Villa was well appointed and had all necessary features. Wifi, Netflix, dishwasher, heating, electric blankets. Host had supplied all toiletries, kitchen requirements and extra's to allow an easy stay without buying incidentials. Appreciated the small xtra's like umbrella at front door , doona options, both bathroom/toilet area's with cleaning product and plenty of toilet paper.
