- Bhavi Kumar (1/5): Worst kind of admins. - Nothing. The staffs are rude and doesnt even respond. Accidentally booked for the wrong date, and they didnt even bother to help although i was about to rebook. Kept cancelling my request, didnt pick up the call. Plus didnt allow to cancel the stay even when im paying for the cancellation. Took the cleaning fee as well fpr something i didnt use.

The unit looks bare, poorly maintained with mold, choked drainage, busted sink and cupboard, etc. Charging high prices for such a basic decrepit house is downright scam. You might as well take the "couch", if you can even call it that, away cause its nothing but a poorly assembled wooden frame with no cushion. EVERYTHING. The room looks nothing like the photos on the website. They basically staged the house and stripped everything out when they are done. The unit looks bare, poorly maintained with mold, choked drainage, busted sink and cupboard, etc. Charging high prices for such a basic decrepit house is downright scam. You might as well take the "couch", if you can even call it that, away cause its nothing but a poorly assembled wooden frame with no cushion. Beds are alright except for the guestroom bed. The bed was so soft that I thought it was gonna eat me alive when i slept on it. It was not comfortable at all. Also take caution when you use the sink because that sink is holding on to his dear life on the countertop and its really not looking good for him. Will never come back to this place ever again.

- Nurin (10/5): Clean and comfortable stay, and everything looks exactly like the pictures. Really worth staying here. Thank you! - Our stay was pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and the host’s instructions were very clear. Overall, thank you for the stay! The only issue was that the DB electric had problems, so none of the room sockets were working. Hopefully this can be fixed soon for better convenience for future guests.

- Nadia (10/5): Nice - Unit was very clean. Standard check in procedures. Team was responsive. Got towel, shampoo & body wash. Queen bed was comfortable. Got Smart TV. Aircond, fan, electricity & water no issue. Theres electric cooker. The swimming pool/gym is at the central park in next building. Have to walk outside but not far & no need access card but would be helpful if team informed earlier. Luckily we asked the guards around. Pool time stops at 6pm. Not sure if other blocks have their own pool but I stayed in block that doesn’t have pool. Hope this is helpful for people who do staycations and want to spend most of the time inside unit. Otherwise the unit is great for rests.

This has to be the worst ever experience I have. I’ve been in booking.com a few times. Everything is perfectly fine except for this bullshit property. Dirty, everything spoiled, looks like a budget motel instead of an Airbnb. Even the bed has hair, and ants every where. The sponge that used for cleaning plates smells like shit. Worst thing is, the actual place is totally different from the picture. At first I complained and the PIC, said they can give us another unit. So I’m fine, I change. I didn’t want to be an ass, doing all these but the second unit was also bullshit. Has cockroach, spiders, spider webs every corner, even floor is so dirty, cola spilled under sofa, didn even have the courtesy to clean for the next customer, this is the worst of the worst. The bathroom all the pipe is broken. The ceilings near to the bathroom got mold. The drain is sumbat.. The bed is hard and the pillow also the same. They double it. The other room had single bed.. Seem like broken bed but they improvised to make sure can be used. Talk about the living room. Haih.. The sofa is full of stain (soo geliiiilahh) and hard like you sat on the plywood without cushion. 2 person big size cannot sat together coz might broke the sofa 😅. The coffee table already broken and the is no safety. Hazard. The curtains seems like they borrow form rumah mak and gantung there and not measure up properly. This is not rumah bujang.. You put as rental.. Make it properly lah. The fridge also dirty got stain here and there and also smelly. I complained but no one entertained my complaint.

- Chieng (1/5): Scammed and Defrauded - None. I have been scammed and defrauded. Advertised as 1 large bed + 2 single beds. However, the unit only comes with 1 large bed + 1 single bed. I decided not to stay when I realized that the unit is not as advertised and proceeded to ask for a refund. But my request was rejected, no reasons were given. I hope no one else will be scammed in the future like me. This is a dishonest service provider. The real situation is not like what was advertised in the photo. It's so dull and run down.
- Mona (7/5): Good location - Location near Angsana Mall and easy access to other areas of JB. Washing machine and other electrical appliances worked as intended. Would have been better if there was a microwave oven. Stains on sofa and sofa was so hard! Like no cushion. Toilet could have been cleaner. We bought detergent just to clean the toilet floor and ease the water flow down the toilet bowl. A microwave oven would have been great to heat up food. Insufficient mugs and cutlery for the no. of pax that can fit in the apartment.

- Wan (6/5): It's okay based on the price but there's pros and cons - The place is located nearby lots of shoplots and the petrol station is just around the corner. It can be say that it's the center of everything. Netflix is provided and it's an extra mark on that. The downside was that the toilet doesn't have water pipe nearby the toilet seat, preferably to have one so that it'll be easy to cleaned afterwards. House floor was quite dusty though and no curtains present, thus felt like no privacy and when the sun is up, it's quite hot in the room. And the aircond in one of the room was not functioning at all can't feel any cold air at all.
